I approved one month's payment and my credit card was charged fr six. I want my money put back on my account. There should be a law aganst doing ths.

I paid with my credit card for $14.98 or something like that. They took 59.98.. I tried to reach them with no avail, and so I contacted my back. The bank didn't pay it, and eventually BPM took 14.98 from me the difference of the 2 amounts was credited back to me. But then they didn't give me a month of service either. They also won't let me use my credit card to pay now. Because of an ERROR on THEIR part. Disappointed and unhappy.

Seems that I should not use their service since I am experiencing problems without even purchasing yet!? Their credit card process boots me back out with a "your credit card has been declined" Yeah, sure. So, it was good for the other 10 places I used it today, but YOU ALL say its declined. Then (like an ass) I go to buy another visa card and THAT one was also declined. Seems like they place all these ads on TV for Match.com Christian Singles and this one/Blackpeoplemeet ALL by the same company, but they can't keep up with fixing whats wrong

The company will not return my e-mail for a password reset and they just charged my account.
