Internet Problems
Internet kadang laju kadang tu langsung takde ni nak buat kerja pun susah ni 4g+ but hampehh kalau sehari tu boleh sabar ni 3 hari berturut2 ni hmm.

line terlampau teruk di felda sg. tengi, selangor
saya pengguna Celcom yang setia. sekarang ni saya dah hilang kepercayaan terhadap service celcom sebab tiada apa pun usaha tindakan dan perubahan kebaikan terhadap line celcom di felda Sg.Tengi ini. dah bertahun masalah line slow disini. saya nk bg tahu pihak celcom, bahawa purata pengguna di sini menggunakan talian anda. tetapi lama kelamaan, seorang demi seorang telah berpindah ke talian yg lain. sebabnya ialah talian celcom di sini teramat lah slow. kami berharap selepas ini pihak n good for me celcom dapat lah menyelesaikan masalah line slow di felda sg. tengi ini secepat mungkin.. harap maklum terima khasih

babi buto kau celcom sial i paid rm98 for the data plan but all i got was bullshit . average 50-100 kb amenda sial ?? thats what u meant when u said highspeed internet ? wilayah celcom kau kata ? wilayah siput hanat . line cam anjing daripada 4g skang E and its been a week sial . nak buat assignment research gaming semua takleh cibais . i'm starting to boycott this crap n terrible telco and i'm not the only one . ur not even trying to improve ur customer service quality . celcom ? more like crapcom

BIL TERLEBIH BAYAR DAN TALIAN LAMBAT SAMBUNG
13/7/2018 CELCOM telah menghentikan perkhidmatan telefon dan internet dengan alasan bil tertunggak. Walhal kami telah bayar mengikut masa yang ditetapkan tetapi disebabkan oleh sistem sedang ditambahbaik baki bayaran masih tidak dikemaskini. Adakah itu salah pelanggan sedangkan sistem yang tidak dapat mengenalpasti dan asyik bagi alasan bil tertunggak??
Kemudian pelanggan dah buat bayaran walaupun sebenar sudah lebih bayar sistem masih tidak boleh kemaskini baki dan talian hanya boleh disambungkan selepas 24 jam. Ini dah kira menyusahkan dan mengabaikan kebajikan pelanggan. Kami telah menggunakan CELCOM sekian lama. Jadi tolongla jaga pelanggan yang masih setia jangan sampai pelanggan beralih arah.
Tolong KEMASKINI BIL SEMASA mengikut bayaran yg pelanggan telah lakukan bukan mengikut sistem dan ambil tindakan SEGERA untuk sambung semula talian.

Celcom makin lama makin teruk !!
Eh why ya YOUR connection nowdays slow as F !
Menyirap betul aku dengan celcom ni .. slow macam haram jadah .. nak load gambar dekat shopee pun berjam walaupun internet ada .. Kalau macam ni connection korang bagi dekat pengguna2 setia celcom , memang korang ni tak berakal .. senang cerita baik korang buat je company menipu duit orang . Celcom sekarang ni lebih kurang macam scammer .. telan duit orang , servis macam bodoh . biarpun aku ni prepaid user , tapi aku spend almost RM300 a month for your stupid services .
TOLONG PERBAIKI DAN PERTINGKATKAN MUTU, KUALITI JUGA YOUR STUPID SIPUT CONNECTION OTHERWISE PEOPLE LIKE ME (PENGGUNA SETIA) CELCOM AKAN BERTUKAR PADA SERVIS TELCO YANG LAIN . HARAP MAKLUM .

Mnp from celcom to maxis
Sy buat mnp dr celcom ke maxis untuk 6 talian.
6 jul 2018 pembatalan kontrak untuk 2 talian dibuat kat celcom ttdi
8 jul 2018 buat mnp kat maxis
9 jul 2018 * 3 talian berjaya, 3 gagal
9 jul 2018 * call celcom careline, diberitahu kontrak masih wujud. Pergi complain kat celcom ttdi, diberitahu akan batalkan kontrak, selepas tu pada hari yg sama, diberitahu kontrak telah dibatalkan
10 jul 2018 * mnp gagal, pergi ke celcom ttdi lagi, diberitahu kontrak masih wujud, dan perkara ini akan dselesaikan secepat mungkin
11 jul 2018 * mnp masih belum diselesaikan, sedangkan i dah lama selesaikan bayaran untuk penamatan kontrak
Sekalian memang faham kenapa i nak buat mnp selepas membaca pengalaman sy kat celcom

MNP dari celcom ke maxis
Saya memohon MNP untuk 6 talian saya dari celcom ke maxis, selepas menyelesaikan bayaran penalti untuk tamatkan kontrak awal.
Tiga talian telah dimasukkan ke talian maxis tanpa masalah. Lagi tiga talian disekat. Saya membuat lawatan ke cawangan celcom dan mereka berjanji akan buat apa yang dikehendaki, termasuk memutuskan hubungan kontrak dalam sistem supaya MNP akan dapat dijalankan dengan lancar.
Satu hari kemudian, Diberitahu lagi dari pihak maxis MNP gagal lagi. Pihak careline celcom beritahu I kontrak saya sama celcom masih wujud. Pergi ke cawangan celcom lagi, kata pekerja dari cawangan kontrak tidak wujud. Minta pihak maxis buat permintaan MNP lagi.
Apalah customer service, kalau perkara remeh sebegini pun tidak mampu diselesaikan? Menyusahkan consumer aja.
Kalau customer service memang bagus, manakan customer akan bertukar telco.

Overcharged bill and Poor Customer and Coverage Service
on 19th June 2018 I called your customer service careline to complaint about my overcharge bill. It took about 30 minutes of conversation where I dispute about the game subscription that I didn't take place. Your agent promised to lodge a report and revert in 3 days but I didn't receive any feedback.
on 3rd July 2018 I called again and your customer service agent said the earlier agent didn't lodge the report for me and promise to revert in few hours time regarding the status of over billed charges but again there was no feedback.
today 6/7/2018 I called again but while asking me to hold the line for checking my complaint record, the line cut off and your agent never border to call back.
I would like to express my frustration on the worst service that Celcom provide to its royal customers.
1) Simply charge customer for the service that customer didn't use it.
2) worst customer service that never do the follow up on customer's complaint.
3) Poor coverage especially inside the buildings.
It's frustrating to keep on calling the customer service with no feedback!

SLOW AS F*** 4G+
The line seems to be getting worst by time. It shows 4G+ on my phone but its REALLY REALLY SLOW. (No Connection even at times). Most of it happens during the night. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. You're really tempting me to switch to maxis.

Line celcom dekat Pasir Gudang ni lembap nak mati. Please lh upgrade. Do something. Susah nak buat assignment. Beli data tapi internet lembap.Nak jawab quiz online pon susah. So please sangat-sangat PERBAIKI masalah ni. Dah 2 tahun dekat sini makin lama makin teruk bukan makin improve.

Poor reception signal
My phone cant access to internet from night of 2nd July until now. i not even able to send sms to my friends or family. This happened before, how come the line can be so terrible even in the city. Maybe it's time to change to another services.

Horrible Wifi
About two weeks ago, I changed my data from Umobile to Celcom because I heard that celcom has more coverage but when I changed my celcom was 4g but still lags in playing mobile legends? seriously. When I play mobile legends with Umobile 4g it NEVER lags. I dont get why celcom is just useless. i take the postpaid Rm98, the calls are suppose to be unlimited but why do u still charge for calls? Like tf! Plus, at the village that I live only had 3g/h+ so that was the reason i changed to celcom because celcom has 4g but when i tested with my brother since he has umobile. Umobile 3g was 100 times faster than celcom 4g. It seems like it wasnt even 4g and my brother was using samsung j1 when im using samsung s7. This is totally unexceptable. If this doesnt get fix, celcom will go down im a hole. I feel it very useless paying so much when u yourself arent satisfied with the service.

Line smakin teruk dan tak stable
saya sudah menggunakan celcom hampir 2 tahun, baru2 nie saya tak tahu kenapa line celcom semakin teruk, jadi saya mohon pihak celcom memperbaikinya agar semua pengguna celcom dapat trs kekal menggunakan telko celcom nie.mungkin kalau masih tiada perubahan berkemungkinan ramai akan berpindah ketelko lain yang lebih stabil

Dulu line celcom kt tmpt aku adalah yg terbaik tapi xpasal2 line celcom jd yg paling teruk kt kawasan aku ni ape halll?? Dh nk masuk 2 tahun mcm ni? Ape tindakan pihak celcom? Tiap2 bulan aku top up rm80 utk internet dgn data bermakna selama dekat nk masuk 2 tahun ni celcom dh untung dari aku je dh dekat rm 1900 lebih?? Tu bru aku sorg?? Klu kt sni ada beribu org yg pakai celcom xke untung celcom dh beratus2 ribu?? Membazir duit je? Xda kepuasan pelanggan langsung? Aku bertahan sebab mengharapkan pihak celcom mampu utk perbaiki masalah ni tp pihak celcom masih belum buat ape2 tindakan lg? Iklan nmpak menarik? LINE CELCOM SANGAT TERUK
kenapa asal jer hujan lebat dengan guntur kilat atau black out mula la celcom buat perangai.. sudah chat dengan pihak celcom melalui messenger tapi LINE masih macam tu juga.. sampai saat ni 26.06.2018 LINE masih lembap,sekejap H+,sekejap 3G pastu E last2 takda line langsung. Hello CELCOM,orang bayar tiap2 bulan tapi pihak anda tidak memberikan service yang terbaik,agak2nya berbaloi kah customer awak bayar tiap2 bulan...? Jujur kah setiap iklan yang disiarkan dalam tv konon nya TERPANTAS ke apa indah..? macam ni kah service yang terbaik kepada pelanggan..?
Bila kita LIVE CHAT dengan operator macam2 ja soalan ditanya.. dah la takda line,disuruh check tanya soalan yang entah apa,orang pakai line sebab kerja juga..
Please la LINE tu jangan LEMBAP.. malu la sikit bila buat iklan bagai semua macam hebat, tapi sebenarnya teruk.. kami pelanggan setia CELCOM tapi mana khidmat yang terbaik dari anda..?

Tulis Wilayah Celcom Tapi Internet Teruk
Sudah Memasuki bulan 6/2018 Talian Celcom Buat masalah apabila melayari internet. Tanda 4G ditelefon tapi buka laman web Google pun susah. Sahih la jika guna telefon pintar yang biasa isyarat kurang jelas tapi yang terkenal seluruh dunia. Jadi bukan masalah telefon tapi masalah isyarat yang lemah Rugi Bayar bulan-bulan tapi internet teruk. Sebelum Ini Isyarat Kuat semenjak awal tahun 2018 sudah semakin parah. Telefon 1111 beri alasan sama hubungi bahagian teknikal bila sudah hubungi bahagian teknikal suruh pula setting telefon tukar Apn Celcom 4G,restart telefon tapi masih sama. Bayar bil beratus ringgit guna data sebulan tidak pernah habis sebab internet perlahan tapi menanggung bayar bulan-bulan.

The telco service had deduct my credit, but there is no subscription made by my account. when i streaming youtube, it last for 10 second. my connection will lost but my mobile still on...i have tried many smartphone that i have but the result still the same. everytime i want to streaming youtube, i need to change my preferred network. please CELCOM, i have use your network over 10 years and this problem gotten more worse. youcan check this my number...0199671032...hopefully that your company can manage this problem mostly with my phone no. ...

The Line is slow like a tutle
Last time my friend told me celcom is good and having average internet dunno how many years ago. but when i chg the celcom then i only realize celcom internet speed if fcking unstable and slow like a madafaka....i have used celcom almost 1 year, it really suffer ... even other service provider and provide more stable internet and cheaper somemore. i do believe if celcom continue this shit, there are more and more ppl leaving to other network provider... . sh*t
