Throttled data
Hi, I'm a Celcom First Blue user. Why am i not receiving the full pleasure of my data? I've paid the monthly payments but still i am throttled...please do something celcom (0196057775)

Slow Mobile Data
Recently, Celcom service (mobile data service) is extremely bad. The internet speed is slow no matter indoor or outdoor. A stable internet speed is what customers pay for, but in return Celcom provide slow internet speed (disconnected from the internet sometimes). I will definitely change to other operators if the problem is not being settled.

Overcharge
I have change to maxis from Celcom due to uncountable bad experience, I try to settle the outstanding fees, but I unable to check the bill online, I didn't receive any letter for any fees, I try to walk in to celcom centre but they told me unable to check, it's like a treasure hunt course, tough and a lot myth to solve.
Finally able to call them and they said they charge me one month postpaid fees instead of pro-rated for 4 days. Was been threaten, if u don't pay, be prepared to be blacklisted in Ctos.

Rebate 6% gst
Salam..dan hai just nak kongsi sapa2 disini pernah topup Rm9.43 je dan rebate 6% tak pernah dapat,saya juga penguna maxis setiap kali top mesti ade akan sms bg tau 6% gst telah dimasukakn..29/3/2018 sy telah complaint ke celcome service center melalui email.tau tau hari ni 2 april 2018 rm 4.32 rebate telah dimasukkan ke dlm acc sy.ok lah tu rm.4.32 ikut2 kan lebih dr itu sbb sy mengunakan celcome hampir 1 tahun.sy pn tak faham cara pembayaran 6% gst bg telco celcome ni mcmc mn.sy nak tgk next reload mcm mn? Takkan setiap kali topup nak kene complaint br dapat. Klu sy yg bersalah tlng btulkan..

UN-SUBSCRIPTION FEES
In March statement I received an extra charge indicated "MOBILE CONTENT SERVICES" of an amount RM15.00, therefore i called up the free toll to check, and it said the charges were subscribed with a "GAMEHERO" from CELCOM, and we definitely did not subscribe and have no knowledge of it.
I hereby attached SMS messages we received and weekly having an auto-renewal RM3.00/1 week, and the March 18 mobile statement for your reference, is unethical for CELCOM to do business in such way.
I need an immediate response and explanation, please do waive off the charges.
Please provide the compliant contact center number, I need to send a personal message or email.

CREDIT BALANCE DEDUCTION
I just fill my top up RM10 yesterday to renew my weekly late night internet and as usual sms will notify me that it's been renewed, since I feel so sleepy I didn't bother to check if the data is there and today I check my subscription *118*1*1*3# unfortunately there's no late night internet weekly, I'm wondering where my RM7 went to- did celcom accidentally charge me? if I'm charged because of my credit advance then why my credit advance only get cut by RM2+? My credit balance left now is RM0.

Illegal data roaming charges by CELCOM
I am writing to complain about the roaming charges for a total amount of RM310.37 CELCOM charged me for the month from December 2017 to February 2018.
The roaming charges were imposed while I was in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Although I have forwarded my PASSPORT to prove that I was in Malaysia at that time and also confirm that I have switched off the data-roaming setting on my phone, yet CELCOM refuse to grant me a full rebate. All they say is the roaming charges are valid. That is their standard reply to customers who are complaining about this problem. How on earth can they impose roaming charges when I am not using my phone in overseas? They don't consider the proof I have submitted. The worst part is I get to know that CELCOM practice double standard. My colleague who experienced the same issue got a full rebate. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO ALL CELCOM CUSTOMERS.
Another friend who is a MAXIS customer got his full rebates for the same problem.
It is time to boycott CELCOM.

Line macam haram
Aku langgan internet 4gb dengan harga RM5 untuk satu hari.Last last tak boleh guna langsung data tu.Aku ingat nak try download game.Tapi nak bukak play store pun tak boleh.Woi Celcom ko ni memang suka cari duit haram ke.apasal aku bayar Rm5 tapi tak boleh pakai pun internet.Tapi kadang 2 internet ko laju pulak.wei tolongla baiki sikit line tu.Menyampah aku nak pakai celcom ni.kau buat la macam2 promo tapi kalau masalah line ni pun tak boleh selesai.Korang tutup company jelah.berlambak lagi syarikat telefon yang lebi baik.takpe la celcom.nanti aku tukar u mobile pulak.makin kurang la customer ko.

Sumpah mcam haram sial celcom ni, terbaik ? Laju ? Hebat ? Pale buto lah celcom. Kadang je laju . kadang mcam sial slow . paling babi nya tengah emergency tiba2 data hilang and paling sial line2 sekali hilang . buat line celcom tu elok sikit lah ni kalau asik data hilang line hilang no service baik kau tutup je company celcom ni lebih bagus . aku tukar ke umobile atau maxis lebih elok dari celcom anjing mcam ni . buat line kata laju bagus lah tapi sikit pun tak puas . menyusah kan je . ape ke patot orang tngah emergency apa semua time tu lah line nak hilang apa . eh tutup jelah company celcom kau tu kimak . celcom ke xpax ke buat lah promosi berape bnyak pun berapa murah pun tapi kalau line tu mcam sial jgak baik tutup je company kau !

Line Macam Haram
Guna data, bayar mahal2, tapi slow nak mampus, baik aku pakai basic internet je. Sumpah bazir duit, subscribe data tapi macam tak ada function, nk layan internet susah, media social (Dah aku buat data utk bende tu) pastu yang paling bangang, nk buat kerja pon tak boleh, susah la macam ni. Cuba la naik taraf sikit Celcom, problem banyak sangat. Kalau susah sangat just shut down je senang. Tak payah nak sibuk2, buat semak

Beli Rm30 data utk 5GB dpt promo free 10GB basic internet utk tiga hari..bila tengah syok layan yotube bagai cek data..free 10GB basic internt msih tk digunapakai instead badic internet 5GB tubdah berkurang..alahai..apanda kadi dengan service celcom di tahun 2018 ni?Semakin teruk..dah 11 tahun guna celcom tpi ni pertama kali secice celcom teruk..sangat mengecewakan.

Lost of signal coverage
Was a hotlink user back then, just changed to xpax last november. I never regret my choice, the data plan is good, the connection is superb. Just one problem I would like to bring up is that there's still a certain place in my village that has no celcom line when there has it before. I wish it to be fixed, Celcom. The location is at KG. Telupid Sabah.

CELCOM LINE IS PROBLEMATIC
SINCE 6.3.2018, CELCOM LINE HAS BEEN VERY VERY VERY POOR. I HAVE BEEN USING CELCOM FOR MANY YEARS BUT NOW I NEED TO SWITCH TO OTHER TELCO AS CELCOM IS NO LONGER CAPABLE TO FULFILL CURRENT NEEDS
