screw up network and line

I have paid my bills and celcom said that my cheques was decline. I checked with the bank branch and they said that there is no problem with my cheques. The banks pointed that celcom is the main problem and currently they are having our cheques amonting to Rm1,000.
This is my last 10 good years of being aclient to celcoms. The line 1111 are hopeless as everyday we had to call them on the status checkup and we have to stress the whole story again.
my report number is 1-108189729498 and no one is getting back to us since.
We are loosing business as our customers complaints that they cannot reach us with all our messages. Yet, we cannot call back.

coverage macam siallll

ini kali kedua aku complain kat sini. apa masalah dgn coverage celcom ni? utk internet kejap ada kejap takda. yang lepas mmg dpt feedback balik. bole ckp kna duduk outdoor bru stabil. ape pnya level servis yang celcom bagi??? bayar mahal tapi servis mcm siall.. so skang aku complain ni nk tgk ape feedback and action dpd celcom. klu rosak ke! maintenance ke! inform la pd customer. babi btul la telco mcm ni. untung bnyak tp servis yang ko bagi pd customer macam sial. area pagoh muar johor. call aku 0197464365

Shit line when playing games

I don't know why but the 4g on 2 bars is really slow.Also,everytime I play online games like heroes evolved or mobile legends the 4g would lag me out.The second I stop playing it the internet immediately gave me full bars on 4g like seriously WTF is going on does Celcom have something against playing games or what.This leads me to waiting until 1 am where the line becomes fast but there's one problem which is the 4g icon.Let me explain this,everytime I play an online game 4g full bars drop to h+ on 2 bars like really? And immediately after the game ends it becomes 4g full bars I'm really pissed off at this because I'm playing ranked games and each I get into a team fight the internet ### me up and I get reported for playing badly and trolling.Celcom please fix this shit right now it's really annoying.In the meantime I'll be looking for order sim cards to use instead of this and I'll warn each and every single friend and family member to not use this. I feel sorry for your customers

Phone Care

I walked in to celcom blue cube at Pavilion Shopping mall with my father yesterday to sign up iphone 7 plan with 2 years contract of monthly subscription of rm98.
i been told by a staff called Shah Iskandar about phone care is compulsory to buy for 3 months minimum subscription. i refuse to pay but he said this is a MUST. i forced to paid phone care rm12.70 by cash and device price by credit card.
I am curious about why phone care is compulsory to buy, for maxis phone insurance is an optional, therefore, i called to celcom hotline to check. Customer Service told me that phone care is optional and not compulsory. I feel like being cheated by the staff called Shah Iskandar at Pavilion blue cube.

Line slow

Pls la celcom... 10months line ke laut.. wtf.. rugi jk beli tnet bratus ratus.. tp line hampe.. stress.. da la mcm chipsmore.. pandai hilang.. org bru maw feel2 legend men gme tiba2 "no cnnction".. waaa.. pns gilak... tme2 riang hati tggu mov siap dwnld tba2 "no cnnction".. then abis kouta.. grrr.. bengang btl la.. blh mndtgkn kemarahan nie... "sabar" nie mo dkt stahun sda.. 😡😡😡

Internet sucks !!!

Every month we pay for you , but what’s your service to us ?? Please improve the connections ! Celcom you’re lousy !!! 4G is sucks ! While going to Celcom centre or call to customer service , you guys just keep saying we upgrading. Damn , we are consumer and you sucks you never get any improvement to us ! Celcom please take action !!!!!

4G Tipu

Dear Celcom,

I have lodged several complains to you and as well to MCMC and yes you did respond and urgently contacted me, appreciate that. However, you sent someone to do site visit/connection checking and that person keep calling me asking for my address tho i have submitted all the information earlier, but i was still fine with it until that person sent me a picture having his phone with speed test on in front of my house and of course the internet works perfectly !

I told him i couldnt use 4G or even 3G at my house and he insisted that the line is working well on his Samsung phone. And thats it, case closed. But still, im not able to fully utilize my data as it runs too slow that i almost give up to do anything about it. Im gonna open up the case again with MCMC or might as well lodge a police report for the service not delivered.

Worst coverage telco

Recently ur network and coverage especially 4G very bad. Always ‘No service’. Area klia2, sepang, kuala langat. Indoor and outdoor. Ur 3G network & coverage useless.

Celcome

My celcom bill cycle is every month 14th and since 17/9 i already switch to Maxis (due to poor coverage) but celcom still charged me for the Step bill!! The bill should be prorated!! I just used for 3days and have to pay for 1 month bill!!!??

*sumpah kali ni Celcom dah melampau , i Baru jak bayar minggu lepas due 74 , tetiba pgi 250 what the ###!!!!!!!! Dah bertahun2 dengn Celcom tpi selalu charge tinggi mcm ni, line x clear pun mcm siput!!!! Sial lA . Kali ni memang saya akan tukar dengan webe!

Data tak masuk

bar line full, tapi data x masuk, apa nak jadi dgn celcom, semalam buat hal , malam nie but hal, kalau nak upgrade pun, infrom consumer dulu la, jangan main buat suka hati, ingat penguna teda hati ka? nak hilang pelanggan ka, dulu 3/4 tahun sebelum nie ok, skrg buat hal hilang line, dah langgan tapi x dpt subscribtion yg d langgan,aku na buat kerja skrg nie pun gantung, nasib ada kawan guna digi, alhamdulillah siap juga kerja, lain kali inform dulu penguna kalau nak maintainence ka apa ka, jain suka2 hati bikin panas bha

poor internet coverage even in town

Please read and take necessary actions for all the complaints that users posted in YOUR complaint board.

We could accept your 'service disruption due to upgrading' excuses before but it is now end of August and your services continues getting worse.

It is very unfair for the charges that you charged vs the services that you provided. You even charged a penalty if we terminate the plan. You should be ashamed with your so-called 'Celcom Territory'. It is completely disaster!

It was so disappointed as CELCOM is quite a big name in providing internet service provider nationwide but the truth is.... your services is very poor.

internet lost connection every 12 am

Kenapa celcom selalu lost connection setiap jam 12 malam...apa malasah sebenarnya? Saya mahu celcom cepat uruskan masalah ini..asal lost connection mesti lebih kurang 5 minit lama..kalau saya tgk masalah ini masih berlaku dalam seminggu...saya akan tukar ke rangkaian lain..baiki secepat mungkin..

Very slow 4G

Tak ada apa tindakan pon. Tlg fix la. Internt slow hila. Tengok movie pon sangkut teruk. Padahal 4G. Tapi sangkut deret. Apa semua ni haa. Ingt kami topup pkai daun kaaa.?? Guna duit tahu dak?kalau tak ada tindakan juga, tukar no lagi bgus!!!
