CELCOM LINE TOO SLOW

PLEASE CELCOM, WHY YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION SO DAMN SLOW DURING THE DAY, AND AT 1 - 7 AM IS SO GOOD, DONT CHANGE YOUR STUPID CONNECTION AT 7AM EVERYDAY TO SLOW MODE PLEASE, SUCH STUPID, YOU'RE WASTING OUR MONEY, PLEASE GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER SATISFICATION. I HAVE 2 SIMCARDS BTW, EVENTHOUGH MAXIS GIVE RM5 FOR 1GB PER DAY BUT THIER CONNECTION IS SUPER FAST, STUPID CELCOM NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER, PLEASE LA, IMPROVE YOUR LINE QUALITY, DONT CHANGE OR LIMIT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN IT COMES TO 7AM EVERYDAY, SHIT. CELCOM LINE

Your line getting worse day by day.Not to mention at night internet very hard to connect till I have to go outside to get line.COME ON!!! Seriously thinking change to Maxis.Not a fan of Maxis at least their line is much better than you.

Poor celcom and Internet service

I have encountered poor celcom line and internet service for few months down the road! Can celcom improve it otherwise it is not worth paying the bill every month where the connection is up and down unstable most of the time!

Anywhere n everywhere in kuching reception shitty as ever every day ,every month n every year.you think yr company so rich that u can do as u like to yr customers is it...better I change to other internet service provider. I know that u guys won't read this complaints n don't give a ###k about anybody.hope yr company go bankrupt quickly

coverage low

Coverage tiba tiba low sejak semalam(28/08) kat rawang, sampaikan kadang kadang takde coverage langsung. Biasanya full je bar even pon dua bar. Please fix this, or imma change to other telco.

Penipuan celcom

Kredit advance rm5...potong advance 3..4...kali..balance advance rm 0.05 sen...babi hutan punya celcom..dah lah line slow..call dah rm 0.30 sen...tak kira org dah jawab call ke..voice maill ke..tetap potong rm0.30 sen...apakh tiada undang2 atau akta yg sewajarnya bagi mengelakan pengguna ditipu...atau ada rasuah disebalik nya...celaka punya celcom..

Celcom Data Very Slow

Dear Celcom,

Please read and take necessary actions for all the complaints that users posted in YOUR complaint board.

We could accept your 'service disruption due to upgrading' excuses before but it is now end of August and your services continues getting worse.

It is very unfair for the charges that you charged vs the services that you provided. You even charged a penalty if we terminate the plan. You should be ashamed with your so-called 'Celcom Territory'. It is completely disaster!

Absurd 4G data download speed

CELCOM 4G mobile service is way below what it claim it can/should deliver.

Service has been bad alll through August 2017, and that despite being right in central Subang Jaya, this irregardless whether its at home or the surrounding malls/ shops area of Subang Jaya....data transfer either hangs or completely cuts off...

For good measure, checked and verified others around me during such instances, those using other services do not seem to have similar issues.

(by the way, using a brand new phone of 6 months, purchased under CELCOM plan).

Not getting my monies worth as a post paid customer and surely feeling cheated, what more, watching their never ending promitional adverts promising the world but falling short on all counts.

This is surely not how big corporations should treat its customers....

Garbage

Celcom = Garbage

Used it for 5 years and 2k17 is the worst. I can't use my internet at time when it matters. Constant connection drop and even when I'm writing this shyt right now the connection bar have been going up n down and even lose its "connected to internet status" a few times. I've live in 3 different cities using celcom and all of it have poor coverage. I mean cmon its a freaking city there should be lotsa cell towers around but still garbage connection... In the present there's even a "trend" for when the connection would be reallyx3 bad for a whole week where trying to net would not happen at all and that happen to all people in the house(we r all using celcom) even tho whatsapp still would work somehow. If celcom drop the charge rate I'm might stay with them but that likely won't happen so imma just switch to another MSP when I can. Lastly, don't forget celcom is garbage and I'll come to remind people every now and then.

Unauthorized charges

Dear Celcom;
I was terminated your services and switch the line to another TELCO provider on Jan 2016.
However, unfortunately for the past 5 months I received bill with deduction RM2.15/ months.
I have walk-in to Celcom center at Jalan Tampoi last month but yesterday I still received your illegal charge.
In fact Celcom owed me RM119 (show in the 1st bill that I was received early this year) but instead of return my money, you charged me for nothing.
I was so disappointed for your poor and lousy services. I am going to walk in to Celcom Center again and if still cannot resolve the issue and do not return the money in 48 hours after that, I will lodge a police report for the unauthorized and illegal charges.

Service level - 0%

Payment has been made on 13/8/2017 via internet banking, and subsequently call was made to celcom to unbar the line on the same day. Nevertheless the line was barred again on next day as i was informed that Celcom need 3 days to update the payment. Each call i made to celcom on the following monday to wednesday, all customer service has promised i could access call for 3 days. But they are all lying as my line was barred within 24 hours. I also need to highlight that not all the calls was recorded as my call record was missing. The standard of a local network provider is sucks and this is my first awful experience with Celcom for the past 10 years. Celcom does not appreciate their customer and it is time for me to move to other service provider.

Failed to connect to internet plan

I don't know what's wrong with celcom service! I already renew the internet plan and it took my money. But the problem is, my data is on 4G but there's still don't have any latest notification . So, I connected to WiFi, and my phone works no prob. But the Celcom internet plan very sucks and slow asf.

Slow like snail

Hi celcom, im here to tell you that your internet speed are quiet disappointing. Max speed only 300 kbps even it's 4g with full bar, i hope you fix the internet speed or I'll quit using celcom forever.
