Internet speed too slow
Kelajuan internet terlalu slow walaupun menunjukkan 4G, its not the standard for 4G at all. Adakah internet jadi semakin slow klau penggunaan lebih daripada 50%? Saya dapat rse ada penipuan dalam kelajuan internet celcom kt sini. Saya akan tukar kepada line yang lebih matang servis dia berbanding celcom klau tak mampu nk betulkn masalah ni.

Bad service
Line slow gila.... kejap slow kejap laju. dah kenapa sebenarnya! buat sakit hati je! Main game pun duk kalah je! Duit da la bayar mahal2. gitu je line nya!! Main game, tengah attack tak ada line, dah mati baru ada line!! pe motif siakkkkk... bazir je aku bayar mahal tiap2 bulan!

MY MODE LINE CELCOM
Sejak beberapa hari ini..line sangat slow d area kediaman saya senadin miri (H+)...aduhh....lemah rasa jiwa satu benda kerja nak buat pon terhenti seketika..😕.
Please help me..saya perlukan line yang laju setanding dengan bayaran bulanan saya FIRST PLATINUM.

internet slow di UTHM pagoh
internet 4G terlalu perlahan di uthm pagoh, johor. ini disebabkan 5000 pelajar menginap dan belajar di sini. bandwidth perlu ditambah bagi menampung user yang ramai.

Unauthorized Charges By Celcom For None Approved SMS subscribers
Since March 2017 I have regularly receiving SMS texts from numbers like 39159, 39239, 39293, 39128, 39137, 39243, 39254, 39253 and etc. By not knowing ignoring this SMS I had been charged as agreeing in subscribing to their website services. I only realized I have been ridiculously charged in July 2017 and kept on calling Celcom to block this SMS texts. Problem is it kept on coming....
Worst with disappointment is Celcom claiming that those are not their responsibilities. I felt helpless as this kind of `harassment' were really exhausting image you need to call Celcom's 1111 every time to block it when you received it. This week alone there were already at least 3 incidents.
A police report has been lodged and I hope some party could help me.

Reloaded rm30 but only get rm28, happened for third time this time.
I just reloaded rm30 and tried to subscribe monthly Internet data. Unfortunately, it says balance is rm28,but I never subscribe to any of your credit advance nor anything. Even in your system(Celcom careline) says my balance is rm30. This happened to me for the third time. THIRD TIME ALREADY. Previously, the careliner ask me to topup another rm5 so that my balance is enough to subscribe monthly internet. I have to wait for three days for your system to find solution. THREE DAYS?!! THATS YOUR PROBLEM AND I HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS??THIRD TIME ALREADY. AND CELCOM DIDN'T EVEN COMPENSATE ANYTHING FOR MY LOST. PLS PLS PLS SOLVE THIS ASAP OR I'M GOING TO MAKE THIS FUSS GOES VIRAL. I'm a loyal customer have been using Celcom for 8 years and so do all my family members, and this is what I get??

Used to be Celcom user. I have port out with two days crossing the next billing cycle. NO e-statement or hard copy statement provided after port out. Almost 4 month later which is yesterday, an unknown mobile phone number called me chasing over the outstanding due. I got surprised with the huge amount outstanding as I remembered max it will be only 1 month over due. Therefore, I further clarify with the person on the line which particular month I am owing and she replied impolitely that I have been owing them for 4 months. Basically she did not answer my question. She asked if I can go to Celcom and make payment today. I said i need to work, it sounds so ridiculous that she did not consider I am working. Then she ask how about tomorrow, I replied it depends. Then she said she will call back tomorrow at 11am. After ending up the call, without hesitate I call Celcom customer service to check it out, only that i know that Celcom will not pro rate for port out user even if is just 1/2 days crossing next bill cycle. I am first time Celcom user and as a consumer I was not made aware of the charges upon submitting port out request. I am agreeable to pay what I have used and not what I have not. Most importantly, I was not made known on the charges of full month. So I lodge a complaint to MCMC. The day after, this outsource Celcom chaser called again, i rejected their call, they send me text msg informing me that i have blacklisted by celcom and reminding me to pay otherwise they will proceed with legal action. They continue to call after that and I did not answer,

NO INTERNET CONNECTION
In my village there is no internet coverage..i wish that CELCOM department taking more action in network coverage so your customer will not run away.. please submit my complain and make an action!!

Can't fix my problem
I would like to switch my digi service to celcom in Melaka .but I have take for 10day to wait.now my phone can't call out,just state on “not in service "i haved make call to celcom service line,but they only say something have been wrong,maybe is IT PROBLEM.i want to cancel for the summation also cannot do for me.what kind of service they provided to me?! Only a small matter need to take for 10day to process?isit i need to wait until die you all just settle for me.a very worse service I never meet before

Celcom - data drain too fast
Celcom data drain too fast than previous I had use. I signed 3GB per month but half month already finish all. I using 3G at outdoor and connect WIFI at indoor also drain very fast... are celcom purposely do that ???

Bad Line and Data Connection
Line and data connection for Celcom at Kinrara Mas, Bukit Jalil is very bad. Do something or customers are switching to other operators.

4g Line but slow internet
I have full bar of 4G line, and subscribed to weekly rm10 internet. My data are still full but the data connection runs very slow. My 4G line feels like 2G. Celcom suckss

4G VERY SLOW
Celcom data speed very slow in my area (4G). Desa Pinggiran Putra, 43000 Kajang. Just beside Putrajaya. Specially in peak hours. Sometimes I cannot run google search properly or download even a photo in WhatsApp application.
I'm using samsung galaxy S4 active smartphone. The connection of 4G seems ok all the time. Sometimes the speed even faster than my wi-fi (unifi) specially after 12am.
I did make a call to 1111 (celcom help centre) before but until now, there's no improvement to the data speed.

Late night internet
Memang cam gampang kalau aku mintak late night internet tapi dia bagi lepas pukul 7, dah tertidur baru nak bagi tak payah lah, last2 credit habis sebab request lebih dari 1 . Ni memang trick celcom baru ke macamne , orang request late night internet tapi kena tunggu comfirm pastu lama nak comfirmnya . Perlu ke nak tunggu requesr bagai kitaorang bayar bukan tak bayar barbie doll.

Internet data tooooo slow
What happen to you CELCOM? I experienced slow internet data since last month. Everywhere I go -Alor Star, Pasir Mas, Shah Alam, Rawang, K.Trengganu, Kuantan also same...damm slow.
Are still on this business or in the midts of bankruptcy?
