sloooooooooooowww connectivity

very bad connection since the morning
a 30-45min process took 3.5hrs to complete
pages take ages to load
particularly bad for local sites and pages
foreign sites and pages load relatively quicker, but still not up to par

LINE MACAM HARAM

Tolong la Celcom woi, berapa lama lagi line nk problem??? Nk tunggu sampai pelanggan tukar telco lain ke??? Pikir la sikit, ape guna buat data kalau macam xde data, bodoh ke apa?? IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES

LINE MACAM SIPUT

Tolong la Celcom woi, kalau dah hari-hari line tak ada, susah la wei, memang nak suruh pengguna bla guna telco lain ke? Iklan nak gempak, servis cam haram. Pikir la sikit, kau ingt org topup, beli data tu utk hiasan je ke? Nama je 4G, G tu ape? Gampang??

Line internet mcm celaka

Aku hairan lar ngan celcom bodoh nih, stiap hari bukan setiap bulan slalu dlm pkl 0000-0200 mesti line internet putus. Aku bayar daa lar mahal tapi servis mcm cilaka bodo lagi. Bila aku lodge report diaorg ckp line ok. Menyusahkan hdup pengguna ja. Nak kata diorg tukar timing x jugak sbb aku daa buat combine data pagi mlm. Lahanat btul

Servis Celcom mengecewakan

Dah msuk 3 bulan servis 4g celcom tak seperti apa yg digambarkan...line slow kadang2 xde langsung...byk kerja2 yg tertangguh sebab masalah ni...harap dpt ambil tindakan segera sblm celcom hilang pelanggan...

CELCOM POOR INTERNET CONNECTION

Wasting my money buy the add on late night data but cant even use the data. This slow connection happened almost everyday..and even i have lot of data..but fcking slow connection.. its as if i have no data at all. Im gonna stop using celcom if this still happened. Im staying in kuala lumpur.. area coverage is not an issue. Your service is the problem. Please fix it.

Poor internet connection

Im staying at old klang road and my internet connection were poor. It is happened every day.. even i do the add on late night with lot of data.. still useless!! I cant even watching a single movie without long buffering and etc. It wasting my time and im so disappointed! I am wasting my money
... hoping to enjoy the add on late night data,,, very useless and wasting money!!! Not worth it!! Even u give 100g also not worth it if the line very slow and im not staying at kampung which i know might have some internet connection issue. Im fcking staying at old klang road!! Lol.

Celcom 4G internet speed too slow

4G speed too slow. Internet speed using 4G very slow, feel like using 2G. Sometimes even cannot open website. Open Youtube but keep loading for a long time.

poor connection when playing mobile legend

what happened to celcom? i have poor connection into mobile legend games since 30 dec 2017 until today without improvement. it is same either indoor or outdoor. No issue with other telecom services like digi and maxis. please fix this or else i would consider to switch company.

SLOW

I thought it was the area problem but nope, surprise motherf*cker! I am now in another state and the line is still bloody slow like hell. Other users of Celcom also experienced the same thing. It's not the hardware or area, it's freaking CELCOM.

Because of this miserable line, I can't even upload my works properly and lost it all from the cloud storage...several online purchases also faced problems because of the stupid line. Checking in for flights also faced major errors.

Credit lost after reload

When I reload, message kata successful reload and baki ada so and so. The minute nk subscribe to internet, tiba-tiba baki hilang. So try reload lagi, dapat balik baki, tak sampai satu minit. Baki hilang semula. Dah banyak kali jadi. Dah complain tp as if no action taken.

Internet slow

Tolong periksa coverage di kawasan BATU RAKIT, KUALA NERUS, TERENGGANU. Tolonglah check sebab nak guna untuk hantar assignment pun lembab. Saya sebagai student memerlukan internet yang stable untuk membuat assignment dan sebagainya. Jadi saya memerlukan kerjasama dari pihak celcom untuk membaiki perkhidmatan line coverage supaya saya dapat meneruskan perkhidmatan saya bersama celcom. Terima kasih.

Poor Internet Connection

I have complain about Xpax Internet connection at my place (Tuaran, Sabah). The Internet was so slow and i can't even send any chat using Whatsapp app that required only basic data. This happened for so long and i hope you can fix this. The line is 4G but with only 1 bar. For your information , I'm using xpax simcard with 10gb free basic internet and 10gb Facebook but it's no use because the Internet was so slow. When i redeemed my unlimited weekend data , i can't even use it and it became wasted. The internet was slower than snail 🙄🐌 . It became worsen everytime it raining .I really hope you can improve your service and fix this problem because it's getting annoying. My advice, don't ever buy that xpax simcard like mine, it's wasting money if it's continue like this. Please Celcom, improve your service! Thank you

TAC Service

Very often I am unable to receive bank TAC via my celcom mobile phone. Celcom and banks have confirmed that there is a problem with Celcom lines receiving TACs. Why hasn't this been resolved and why doesn't Celcom inform their customers when this problem occurs? It is a waste of time sitting by the PC waiting for a TAC which never comes for a whole day. And Celcom's Online Customer Service (AMA) which is Facebook Messenger Chat is not even replied by anyone.

Coverage, Internet, 4G problems

Yesterday, i got zero connection. Before this, the coverage and internet was 7/10 but now there is this issue i need to address. Just a moment ago my internet suddenly went missing, and i cant access *118# as a message pops out saying there was a problem connecting. I want to check my internet balance but failed. 4G is also a problem. My phone has 4G but i cant lock on too 4G without using an app that helps me connect to 4G. Sometimes my internet went down to H/H+ . This is the 21st century not 90's. Please upgrade your system and coverage by building celcom towers more

Scam

I have ported out from Celcom because I always received double charge from my subscription. I have already switched to other telco and never face any problem like this. I ported out before my next cycle, there is still alot of data left, but few months after i received a letter from the debt collector stating that they have send me reminders of my final bill ( which i never received any ) I am forced to make the payment within 7 days or they will send me another lawyer letter. So I made the payment. Hoping i can get a refund for the final bill, because i have never use Celcom service at all for the money I have paid. Please don't scam your customers. Same thing happen to my colleague but he go to the center and complain, in the end they have dispute the final charges.

Scam

I always get double charge by Celcom, or so called advance payment. Every month i have to pay double my subscription which is RM200++. so i decided to switch telco. Months after i have port out, a debt collector send me a mail said that i owe them RM100++ and need to paid within 7 or i will get a lawyer letter for RM100 lol. In the letter they stated that they sent me reminders for the payment, which i never receive anything at all after port out for a few months already. Anyway, i have paid it and will try to get a refund because i have ported out before the next cycle and I did not use their service after that at all. Please don't simply scam your customers

Line Terlampau Slow

Line kawasan Sungai-Sungai 1, Sugut, Sabah sangat teruk, kami tidak dapat akses internet langsung. Nak hantar email pun susah, download email 1mb pun ambil masa lebih 1 jam. Kami di bawah syarikat Boustead Plantation sangat2 perlukan komunikasi yang lebih baik. Sila cek kuota data kawasan ni atau masalah lain.

Poor network coverage

Disappointed!!!!i have been using celcom since I have a phone to use but gradually,its not getting better,the network getting worst. And now i change to toneplus which is also using the celcom line. I guess im just being stupid for changing the telco but still using the same line as I hope one day celcom would change. Im being loyal celcom, so please do something, or u will regret it later since at terengganu, the most populor telco now is digi. Very satisfied. Dont loss your customer ever again. I'm the only one left in my big family which is still does not want to change the telco. But if this keep on going, i guess i have no choice. Sorry for poor language.
