Very Slow Internet

Here in Matrikulasi Selangor at Banting my Celcom internet connetion always get disconnected from LTE network and shows only E an H+ which can't even open up a google page because it is too slow.A lot of my assignments are procastionated because of this.Please fix the issue because I really need to use internet to do most of my work here.I'm using the golden plus pakage.

pergi kedai celcom dekat wangsa walk mereka kata semua sama je tiada lain.

Poor speed celcom 4g

Slow speed for 4g network, always disconnection, not stable, high ping on online games, im payed for platinum plan every month, please fix laaa, so boringggg laaa celcom.. Kecewa dgn servismu. Tgk signal dkt handphone terus ngantokkk..hmmmm

Poor speed celcom 4g

Network not stable, lost connection ( always disconnection ) im payed every month for platinum plan. Please solved my problem laaaa bla bla sooo boringgg la celcom, hmmmm mengantok bila tgk signal celcom... Kecewa...

Unstable internet connection

Please do upgrade your internet connection at my area. Its really worst for us to wait until midnight to get a better internet connection especially for gaming. I feel like the connection capacity for our tower is limited. Our tower only provide celcom service. So, we hope you guys can give us a better experiance in a month. Thank you. Location : Kampung Keranji Jalan Bau Kuching 94000 Sarawak Malaysia.

Poor line

Please please please please please upgrade your line coverage in my area, line is so bad, I'm paying 150/month for this plan but it really worst my money to pay every month commitment for noting.pls do yr work because we r paying u.

Tadi ada topup dalam rm20 melalui maybank2u... Mmg pada awalnya dpt la message mengatakan topup dah masuk dan baki ad rm20.88...tp bila check balik.. Tiba2 ada baki 0.99 ...tolong respon secepat mungkin.. Rugi la topup kalau x masuk... Tq

line very slow

internet sangat slow... kadang h+ kadang E... banyak kerja tertangguh... kalau internet asas lambat it ok lah but dan buat data duit dah potong but internet very very very slow.. haral pihak celcom dapat tangani masalah di kawasan saya.. terima kasih

Exorbitant bill

Been away from Malaysia for about a year. Got back on the 15th June 2017 and activated data plan for my postpaid line on the same day - 1GB. Despite activating data plan, Celcom kept charging me under the per usage basis. Ended up receiving a fat bill. Called their CS and lodged a report. Was told will be investigated and resolved in the next 7 working days. Imagine my shock when I received an even fatter unbilled amount that resulted in my line being barred. Have spoken to Celcom's CS more times than I have with my mum in the last 12 days. And the last straw, 27k+ bill when I logged on to my Celcom online account!!!

Melampau Teruk Line Celcom

Internet area Gemas, N.Sembilan terlalu teruk sampai nk bukak what app pun x boleh. Digi,Maxis dgn Umobile ok je time raya2 nie. Bayar mahal Celcom. Bukan murah. Speedtest 0.08 mbps.

Slow mobile internet

Currently on xpax monthly mobile internet plan. 3G is full but for the last few days, the communication is extremely slow or to be accurate, no access to Internet at all. Before this problem started, internet is ok, even download up to 1Mbps. But only last for a few days. I hv a lot of contact and hv to constantly connected to them via email or WhatsApp, so Internet is crucial. But no its like living deep in the jungle. To Celcom, pls pls pls fix this problem asap. Or at least send a notice. Your useless promo message filled my inbox almost every day but yet no notice about network interruption. And I feel I'm throwing away my money again subscribing your mobile internet plan. What a service you have.

Terrible service

I'm working in pengerang. Previously the internet line is good and no issue. Since June 2017 the internet and even for calling outside have a lot of problems. I though that my phone is the problem. I need to use whats app to organize my work. I need to make urgent call. Celcom don't even have the courtesy to inform or apologize to the customer. So, decide once my contract with celcom already expired, will change to other service provider. Thank you for the lousy services.

I have read the reviews below and I agree with all of them. Seriously, is it so hard for you to give a notice if the connection or line is bad? I am inside UM right now and guess what? No connection! Yay! You're lucky that I have paid my bill this month, if not, as soon as I have finished my work, I will change to other service provider. I heard from others and my own friends that celcom is the most stable and the best service provider, that's why I changed to celcom from Digi. But it turns out, you're even worse than others. I have given so many chances​ but still no improvement. You act as if you don't appreciate your customers hence, yeah, you're about to lose one customer then. Bye. I will change to other service provider that will take me seriously, unlike you.

My network can't use almost one week already. I have been complain so many time to celcom but also can't use. Celcom have send a massage for me and said that my data usage is already finish but I have check with the center and Celcom Postpaid App, the data usage that I use is only 5 to 6 GB only.

Hi, celcom can you fixed your internet line speed?!
its so suck! very bad! when im playing games watching video your line very slow! i try make outcall but cannot reach no coverage!! it so suck if someone have emergency!! I use postpaid every month i pay! but for what???! nothing?! dont be like other line! so suck!! if you not fix this problem until july 2017 i, we, all your customers will change to other line! thank you for your poor service!

can't call or receive message

I am so frustrated. This is the second day I can't call or receive call. Today I have to make online transaction but when I request the TAC number, it never arrives. I've log in and log out so many times. I thought my phone is the problem. So I restart my phone a couple of times. Still I can't receive the TAC number. Turns out IT IS THE LINE THAT IS THE PROBLEM. I've wasted hours trying to make the important transaction. You could have informed the customers when the line is bad you know. I've asked my mom(also users of celcom) to call me. We are in the same house, sitting next to each other and guess what. We CAN'T CALL EACH OTHER even when the line bar is full. Seriously, is this how you treat customers? You could have give notice if the line is bad you know. I'm so disappointed.

Servis Celcom super duper teruk

Tolong lah sediakan servis yang setimpal dengan bil yang dibayar tiap bulan. Jika terdapat gangguan, hantar lah pemberitahuan awal pada pelanggan. Jangan sampai pelanggan lari cari telco yang servisnya lebih baik dari Celcom.

Worse Connection

Lately Celcom Connection in Banting, Selangor has gone Bad to Worse. Hope the service provider could look into this complain ASAP. I've been usingf Celcom for over 25 years and this is the at most worst experiences i've had.

Wow! So called 4G connection!

Woow!! So GREAT service you have here!!
You gave us 4G services, but the speed of loading is like GG!!
Come on la, if you guys are having bad connection or bad services, at least you send a message for pre-notice please.
And when customers said they are having bad connection, just admit it that you guys are having bad signal on today.
Your mom never taught you how to admit wrong when you do mistakes??!!
