No Internet

Celcom !,

since 12 PM 5-MAY-2017 till now, I'm disconnected from the Internet eventhough my phone is showing a healthy 3-4G.

Even your 1111 hotline can't be reached. What the Heck man? Your competitors are laughing, and you shall feel ashamed. Get it right asap.

Man... Pathetic.

APA MASALAH CELCOM?

Hi Celcom.
Saya pengguna celcom postpaid first gold. Sebelum ni saya pelanggan telco lain. Dan saya bertukar ke celcom tahun 2016. Jujur, saya kurang berpuas hati. Tapi okay la celcom ni pandai amek hati pelanggan. Daripada 10gb internet jadi 20gb. Terus tak jadi nk tukar telco lain. Then awal tahun 2017 mmg line sangat lambat. Dan bulan 4 mmg the worse. Mmg nekad nk tukar telco. Tp celcom skali lagi pandai amek hati. Bg free 1 week without data charges on fb and whatsapp. Tapiii hari ni slow lg. Bkn stakat slow tp whatsapp mmg connecting dari semalam. Apa masalah ni? Bab data mmg dr dulu musykil kenapa tk smpai sbulan dh abes 20gb padahal guna utk on whatsapp, fb, ig je. Youtube pun tidak. Abes tang mana? Mmg menyesal tukar ke celcom dan kali ni tak teragak-agak dah nk tukar ke telco lain. Urgh

Bad Experience - From Beginning til the End

I had terrible experiences with Celcom from the first day I signed up (Feb 2016) in KLIA. Staff keyed in my surname wrongly eventhough I gave him my IC. After that, I was told to go to any Blue Cube to change my name; went to both Blue Cube Alamanda, Blue Cube KLIA 2 and Celcom Dealer MyTown. They wanted to charge me RM 60 to change my name. Told them that it was their mistake but they simply didn't listen and help. My name in the bill remained incorrect throughout my time with Celcom.

The reception in Nilai was bad and my calls were always dropped in the middle of a convo. I complained from June 2016 until Dec 2016 more than 10 times (up to 8 reports!) but their Huawei Technicians never seemed to be able to fix the problem. They charged me for new SIM card and try to fix the problem for half a year but after that, I still experienced drop calls up until April 2017. I only got a month of bill rebate (compensation) in Jan 2017.

When I decide to port out to Maxis, Celcom did not send me any verification sms and claimed that I didnt reply to their sms. They dragged me for 6 days until the last day before my billing cycle. They wanted to charge me for one full month of postpaid bill if the request is only successful after the billing cycle.

This is one of the worst experience I had with any Telco provider in Malaysia. P.S. I was using First Gold RM 80

No signal in Singapore

I am a Xpax user for decade.
Recently, probably started last month, I found no signal in Singapore.
Not even at city center area.
What is going on !!! Celcom !!!!

Overbilled

I just changed to celcom line last Tuesday , thinking it might be a new start despite I saw some bad comments as I perceived from the celcom dealer that the internet is slow due to upgrading system. Thing will be much better after April 28. In fact I have made advance about RM759. Surprisingly, celcom sent me a text that I have unpaid amount of about RM600 plus. Gosh, I have just begun my line on Tuesday,and they barred me on Saturday! What a new beginning experience I have with celcom. Imagine I have spent about 1300 within 4 days! Says who?? I called the customer service. Then they informed that they cannot do anything about it until 4 days letter. No call is allowed and the internet line is not working much. The sad thing is I have to submit my complaint again after 4 days, to be sure that I am innocent.....Who can compensate for the lost I have within these few days? And I stuck with celcom for 2 years!!!! If celcom want to earn money, I don't think this is a good strategy. You may lost one potential loyal customer and imagine the "good" reputation celcom will have in the future!!!

No bill but lawyer letter

Celcom never sent me a bill after I terminated their service..After few months of termination, they sent me a lawyer letter claiming that there was an unpaid amount. I called to their customer service a few times, they promised to send the bill but I have not received any from them, I even tried to put a request online, but never heard from them after one week of waiting.

poor internet

on 19/4/17 my data plan shows 4.8gb balance...today it was 3.7gb....internet connection was very bad ...can hardly connect and yet Im still losing 1.1gb of data...pls explain...this is not good...Im furios...sending this mail via Marrybrown wifi network...

4G internet getting worse

hi celcom,

what happen on your internet recently?
i'm paying rm99 permonth and you giving me shit internet speed
the signal permanently 2/5. i need keep turn my phone to airplane mode and turn it back to browsing facebook.
20gb data i can't even use more than 2gb per month.
it was happen since last month.
im going cancel this data plan if next month problem still persist.

slow data speed

Terrible and unacceptable data speed , it has been continuously happening since 2 weeks ago . I'm paying almost RM130 per month , what I'm getting in return was indeed disappointing . There were complaints submits by others , yet none has been done to solve the problems . Therefore , maybe less another one loyal customer means nothing to celcom .

Celcom data slow like shit

What the hell celcom data slow like shit, and even dont have any notice to send to customer.

We pay bill to get the best service and courage, and dont have any single message send to customer for clarification & action plan.

Pay bill want fast, if no, will barred your line. But when line slow, then pretend nothing happened.

Please work fast on recovery line, if no, will switch to your competitor together with my whole family.

Too bad internet

Setiap bulan bayaran tetap sama, tetapi line tidak seperti sebelum ini. Sepatutnya customer service hendaklah menghubungi setiap pengguna yang membuat kritikan terhadap rangkaian anda. Saya amat tidak berpuas hati. Tolong jelaskan apa yang terjadi pada kami. Kami perlukan penjelasan yang lebih terperinci. Sila bagi kerjasama!

Internet Service Slow..Slower..Slowerest!

Ape masalah data/internet CELCOM ni sebenarnye? Terlalu slow..dah mcm kongsi wifi dgn jiran rasenye. Ade masalah cer bagitau customer. BAYAR FULL TAPI SERVIS KELAUT.. nak tgk video asik buffering. bukak fb, google dan page lain asik loading. satu hari lebih 25kali saye RESTART PHONE. Walhal line CELCOM ni haa buat masalah. info la customer kalau ade masalah. Haduhai.. abis nk buat cmne ni? NAK KENE TUNGGU SAMPAI BILA??? HARAP PIHAK CELCOM MALAYSIA MEMANDANG SERIUS PERKARA NI. jgn buat lecehh naa.. kami bayar bil, kami NAK SERVIS TERBAIK DARI CELCOM! STAFF CELCOM area PASIR GUDANG, SILA JALANKAN KERJA ANDA✌.

Celcom network/mobile data like shit

I pay so much for Celcom postpaid and yet I can't even do whatsapp, watch videos...etc. Damn! Am I being short-changed? For the record, your so-called hotspots are non-existence...I am from Bangi, Selangor. What the hell is going on? Are you guys really working? Are you guys really as fast as your Usain Bolt? Go to hell...I am switching soon. very soon.

loading slow!!!!

Dear Celcom,

Please solve the problem for loading slow speed on internet as soon as possible.
It's few days can't received the what's app message very well, and even Facebook also loading very slow.
We do not what is the point that make the loading slow speed but at least you have to explain the reason why the line is always in unstable situation.

celcom mobile data is crap

I pay so much for the line and data plan and yet, I can't even whatsapp, video loads..etc...what the heck? Celcom is fleecing all of us and we are not getting our value. Internet is freakin slow...coverage is only E all the time..very rarely HSDPA, very rarely 3G.
And the so called Celcom Hotspots are non-existence. What's the point? Even TM hotspots for UNIFI subcribers are more reliable and coverage are extensive. Damn. I have been short-changed. Damn you Celcom....I am going to switch.

Alway the same

It makes me angry celcom said that entire Malaysia facing internet problem. In my situation is completely different, here at my place celcom network always bad, no network when blackout. There's once a time we don't have network for 2 days. Digi is batter than celcom. Celcom suck

Celcom internet slow

All,

Saya pakai Celcom postpaid. Masalah sama jugak, tak boleh load apps/ video.

Call Celcom @ 1111 tadi, tanya ada upgrading or maintenance kah, sebab satu Malaysia ada isu tak dapat load internet (saya di kk, tapi saya quote komplen atas2, yg ada connection prob di klang valley, kl, johor, etc).

Celcom cakap ada network isu, SATU MALAYSIA affected. Wakil Celcom cakap spatut smalam dah selesai masalah, tapi masalah berlanjutan. Tanya sampai bila agak2, wakil tu cakap dalam jam 10 malam ni.

Jadi kita tengok esok, harap2 setel masalah. Kalau tak, mintak sapa2 tolong call nombor celcom postpaid 1111, kita continue dari follow up call saya yg saya buat harini tadi.

P/s: wakil celcom tu baik n soft spoken. Harap jangan marah2 call =), control macho n cool selalu

Unstable Line

Hi.

I just bought this number this morning. It was fine for about an hour, everything was smooth and fine. Then all of sudden, Internet went from 3G to E. The internet getting unstable for no reason. Please fix this or I'll change my number. Thank you

Slow Internet speed

I spend a lot for mobile internet package n portablewifi monthly..before this your coverage here in bachok kelantan is slow already but this week is worse....it have been a week your internet speed is damn slowwww..i cant even load my gmail properly..wasting my time and money..this is not what im expect for what i've pay..recover this within this week or losing customers..
