Sejak seminggu lebih ni, saya dapati data network terlalu slow. Ini boleh dilihat pada signal bar yg terdapat pada smart phone. Selalunya 1 bar/2 bar sahaja. Saya pergi mana2 dalam KL ni 1 bar / 2 bar sahaja. Harap pihak Celcom dapat memberi penjelasan yg sewajarnya dan berapa lamakah masalah ini akan berlanjutan.

Majoriti penduduk di sini (Ayer Keroh) mengalami internet 4G. Facebook pun x boleh buka. Kami pengguna dimaklumkan Celcom sedang naik taraf dalam masa 6 bulan sejak Jun 2016. Sekarang sudah APRIL 2017.

Kami terpaksa membayar bil dengan harga yang sama, termasuk GST, tapi tak boleh guna internet. Bar 4g penuh, tapi internet takde.

Sekurang-kurangnya bagi rebat atas kerugian pelanggan akibat kelembapan pihak Celcom mengatasi masalah ini.

Hi..I already complained bout my sms been blocked since november 2016..now already april 2017 but still nothing is been done..I need to sms my client at my working place..I never taught celcom will me this headache..very poor service..one of the celcom centre says celcom didn't block my sms..and another place.says celcom blocked..just like that..please improve your service and unblock my sms back..or celcom will not be people choice anymore..

Saya ingin membuat aduan bahawa line internet celcom terlalu slow di kawasan perumahan saya. Saya berharap agar pihak celcom dapat memberi kerjasama dan dapat memperbaiki ketidak puasan pelanggan yang menggunakan talian Celcom.

First of all. Line internet celcom memang sekarang sangat mengecewakan comsumer makin lama makin kurang ajar line yang diberikan. At my area jln putatan kota kinabalu sabah entah apa nak cakap lg. Sejak tahun lepas 2016 line internet celcom oky je fine xda masalah pun. Tapi sejak sekarang masuk tahu 2017 jee line kerap kali putus2 dan henti2 nak main game online pun memang tak dapt la. Apa cer? Entah apa la nAk jadi ko celcom anytime juga buat payment bulanan internet buat service you. What the fvck you guy doing!!!!!!! Are you guy lost tech support. Please replied me ASAP.

1. Tiada liputan 4G di kawasan Muara Tebas, Jalab Bako 93050 Kuching Sarawak walaupun telco Digi & Maxis dah lama ada 4G di kawasan ini.

2. Kesan nya, saya sebagai pembayar gaji pekerja Celcom, amat tidak berpuas hati dengan servis yang diberikan. Syarikat telco Digi & Maxis mempunyai liputan yang sangat memuaskan.

3. Akibat dari masalah di atas, rakan2 menyindir saya dengan menyatakan "bayar mahal, dapat 40GB sebulan tapi tak guna dengan sewajarnya, amat merugikan ". Saya terpaksa menanggung malu di atas ejekan tersebut.

4. Saya disini ingin meminta kerajaan melalui SKMM membuat siasatan terhadap permasalahan yang berlaku kerana saya telah membayar cas perkhidmatan SAMA JUMLAH YANG DIBAYAR OLEH PENGGUNA DI LEMBAH KLANG, TIDAK KURANG WALAU 10 SEN PUN namun mendapat perkhidmatan yang sangat menyukarkan hidup saya sebagai pengguna aktif yang memerlukan internet pantas sebagai medium untuk bekerja.

5. Saya tidak teragak agak untuk melaporkan masalah ini kepada SPRM sekiranya tida siasatan lanjut dibuat.

Apehal haram sangat internet service ni hah? Dah lah asyik putus2, internet service slow mcm siput bab* lak tu..haram jadah celcom..dah sebulan aku kat kuala terengganu, mcm ni lah jugak service slow dia..dapat 20 gb pun untuk celcom gold mcm tak ada guna kalau celcom slow bab* mcm ni..ciba* celcom c*bai..

Hye celcom.Kenapa kuota add-on late night internet dh berkurang?
Sebelum ni rm1 boleh dapat 2gb,rm7 boleh dapat 20gb.Kenapa sekarang rm1 dapat 1gb & rm7 dapat 10gb?!
Come on Celcom!Jangan macam ni.Tak pasal2 pelanggan boleh lari.

1.simply send a sms to me and said you are sucessfully subscribed to mobi whiz@ rm 2.00/day on emomi365.
2. Start charge to your bill everyday and send sms to inform you that had been renew without your knowledge.
3.from the message- if you dont want the service, you have to reply back unsubscribed and celcom will charge me also.
4.like this celcom will make a tons of money by cheating their customers.
5 for those cannot unrerstand english, surely celcom make easy money.

Hi, I experience real bad coverage and quality issue at my neighborhood area. I work as RF engineer for Huawei(Celcom & Maxis), so I know there are no site nearby my neighborhood area. I am so sure that is the main problem. I propose add new site at Seri Manjung, Perak to improve the coverage and quality. Plus, this is dense residential area, so sure very high user, please add new site here.

why internet speed is slow at evening until the early morning i can't even load my facebook properly.

Why connection too slow in the evening until early morning?
Can get only 2 bar and 3g connection. Connection I got using Speedtest is 0.3 to 0.4 mbps for download.

How can celcom makes data too slow. 5kbps? Really? I could not even use my data fully. When magic sim first come out, i can compesate for the burung hantu service. Now there is none, and the data is slower than before! The no kelentong is also the same! The is no freakin difference. If not for the celcom wifi at my hostel, i would not even consider changing telco. Please act quickly before you regret it

CELCOM GOLD user..previously (before March) the internet connection WAS GOOD...i noticed the super SLOW connection early this month..i thought it will be some kind of temporarily issue..so i chill up for almost like 3 weeks but nothing happen..i still have balance around 9.7GB weekday data now but the connection is really shit and super walawey slow..as slow as when i exceeded the quota before..but i still have balance..i'll try to contact customer service soon enough n hope they didnt come out with some shit excuses..it rly pissed me off! Even fvkin google.com is slow n sometimes even failed to load..i can only used 0.3GB this whole month..(balance 9.7 for weekday) wanna know why? Bcos i cant even fvkin open instagram..or youtube or facebook..(u know ur internet is shit when u open up insta the latest post showed up to be 9 hrs ago..n u wait for like one decade then it refreshed)..IF CELCOM seem like they CANT FIX THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY..i swear gonna CHANGE TO Digi or something..DONT FVKIN DISAPPOINT YOUR OLD AND LOYAL CUSTOMER(S)

Before this, evrything look find until this early march... In morning, my internet speed arround 500kb/s to 80kb/s. At noon after 6pm internet speed is 0.001kb/s.. What really happen to celcom? Are they already bankruptcy and firce to cheat custumer to get a profit. I got low priority in my dota 10 time already. Come back to your sense celcom, God see what you do ... 🙏
