I have been charged 4 times but only got yarn once. I canceled, and am still getting charged.

I just found out from my husband about this. Apparently I started being charged $19 +2 service fees for their being outside the United States all totaling over $20 every month since April 2018 I had no idea this was going on because I don’t go into my account and look at things. So I don’t know what I can do to get any of my money back but please help me!

I unsuscribed 2 months ago but they are still taking my money from the bank every month .
I want my money back for those 2 months that i paid for nothing..

I signed up for a free ball of yard with a $4.95 fee. They proceeded to withdraw $146.47 (5/4), $57.00 (6/5), $57.00 (7/6) and $57.00 (8/6 for a total of $317.47. On 06/19/2020 Dallar Yarn took $4.95 from my credit card and to date I have not received anything.
I can not reach anyone and want this money refunded back to my account.

I am being charged a total of $105.95 all taken on the 06/29. WHY?? I never received anything nor do I would want anything to do with this company from now on. Please put the money back in my account.

I signed up for the free kit and the yarn club,. I never received the free kit and they have been charging $19 to my card every month for almost four months. I have tried to call several times and emailed them but am unable to unsubscribe I am getting very upset how can the allow such fraud to be advertised.
I am now going to cal my credit card company and see what they are able to do.

I ordered the free yarn kit (where I only had to pay shipping) and declined the $19 membership. Ordered after I saw an ad on Youtube having faith it was trustworthy because it was advertised there... I tried contacting YarnClub to cancel my order because I had seen after I made the order that it was a fraudulent company. I tried contacting them again. Then 2 weeks after, still no yarn kit received, I contacted them through their "contact us" option that I found on a Google search, and I sent them the same message about 10 times where I even threatened to report them. That same night, I received an email saying they would refund me the $19 but not the $ I paid for shipping. I look in my bank account and those con artists gave me back $14, not $19....! I just finished calling my bank so they can block my card and send me a new one. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOLLARYARNCLUB. They're a scam.

I joined the club but never received the yarn that was supposed to be a freebie. Last month I sent an email to an address to cancel my membership. I never received any acknowledge of my request. I am unable to even find a phone number and I don’t know what happened to the email I sent. I was inundated with emails from this company - I mean 4 to 5 a day. So I am out $19 plus from this company. I am going to try and see if I can get the bank to refuse payment. Beyond that I don’t know what I will do. WHAT A RIPOFF!!

I believe I signed up for a free yarn/pattern kit for $4.95 for shipping. There was no mention of joining a monthly club, yet I was charged $19 on my bank account. I've never received any merchandise from them.There's no way to contact them on their website. I need for them to cancel this monthly charge and return my money. If I don't get this matter resolved soon, I will contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau, to claim this as fraudulent. Please contact me concerning this. I'm waiting to hear from you. I'm getting charged for something I'm not receiving. I'm not even sure how I got signed up for this. I've tried every email I have and nothing works, there's no where to cancel. I'll have to contact my credit card company to see how I can stop payment to this fraudulent company.

Previously I canceled the account you had for me and my credit card received refund for the amounts I was charged. Unfortunately I noticed that this company, Dollar Yarn Club started charging me the monthly fee again. I contacted my credit card about the fraudulent charges. I need to ensure the Dollar Yarn Club responds to my request to stop any further charges. I have not purchased anything and noticed my account was deleted. I don't dare register for an account. Please CANCEL any account you have for me and stop charging me. It would be nice to have a way to contact Dollar Yarn Club directly, but I can't find any way of doing that. Stop harassing me with these fraudulent charges.

I signed up for the trial with yarn. I never completed the transaction because it wasn't working, yet, they took my money and have sent no confirmation and no product I cant reset my password, they don't recognize my email and they have no contact digital or phone. Those yarns cost what they were charging retail so it seemed legit.
