Want to unsubscribe and cannot find the right way to do it

Stupidly, I signed up for the special with free yarn and a one time charge of 4.95 for shipping. Needless to say they took my money but I haven’t received my yarn. How in the HELL can I get a hold of these people??

.Why did you withdraw $153.00? I do not even remember signing up with you. It appears you have several complaints of taking peoples money and forgetting to send them their yarn. Please cancel this so called membership that I can not remember sign up for. Boy, you have a lot of upset people stating this is a SCAM!! Please refund my money. I will be getting in touch with the Better Business to inform them, you take the money but do not return the product to the customer. Also it appears you took the money in which I never signed up for. I never sign up for things like this. I know better. It's sad to see your taking advantage of peoples hard earned money, especially now when people are not getting to work. This $153.00 would have bought my daughter who is a single parent with two children who struggles to put food on her table. This money could have helped her with a bill or put toward her house payment so she and her children could live another month in their home. Have heat in their house and food on their table so my grandchildren would not go to bed hungry.

P.S. I will keep inquiring anout my money until I recieve a credit of $153.00 back on my checking account. I have no idea how you got my routing and account number. Oh by the way, I am not even registered for your company. I do not give out my checking information to companies like this!!! You have one very, very upset redhead!!

The ad that I saw my Facebook feed advertised "free yarn" with the purchase of shipping. After several days of no emails telling me about my yarn I went digging and checked my bank statements. Apparently I had signed up for a membership that was no where on the site page I was on to buy the yarn. The purchase price was $20 but I had picjed out of I remember correctly was a few skeins. I didn't bother to check my spam folder because by this point I was angry. Unemployed means a lot of time on your hands but not a lot of moola. I truly believe this is a scam on this fact as well as I had to Google how to cancel the subscription I never wanted; there was no place on the main website page where you could cancel from what I could see.

Have twice had money taken from my account but no yarn. DO NOT JOIN, SCAM!!!!!!

Never signed up for membership. Refuse to reply for cancellation. On their facebook page many,many people on same situation. This company is a scam and the owner us a thief. They should be shut down or sued or both.

Dollar Yarn Club advertised free yarn for a trial membership. I signed up months ago, yet have received nothing. They have since continued to remove money from my account, yet I hear nothing else. No yarn as promised, no explanations. Just taking money from an elderly widow on a tight budget... for nothing. When I tried to cancel membership, I got nowhere. Please help me, someone!
