How to handle this total scam
So, like everyone else on this thread, I got scammed by Force Factor. You can't get a hold of anyone in this crappy company, and even if you do, and even if you cancel your subscription, they will still charge you. HERE IS HOW TO SOLVE IT:
I decided I wasn't dealing with their bull shit any longer. So I just gave my bank a call, and in less than 5 minutes I had a total block installed on any Force Factor merchant on all my accounts. Basically, this means that they will never receive money from me or my cards, no matter how hard they try. The bank will block them. Just do this with your bank/credit company, and it should be an easy fix. Don't deal with this company for one more second.
On a funny side note, Force Factor has been sending me supplements even though I'm not paying for them. I guess their employees are too incompetent to check they're getting money from me before they send my months worth of products. What idiots. What they deserve I guess. I just throw all the product away because it doesn't work anyways.
Good luck guys.

Second: I had no idea the GNC guys were going to laugh me out of the store or my former friends at the gym. Force Factor is a big, HUGE joke in every circle and making enemies all over the world. I am one.
Third: I am trying to find a way to your offices so I can punch everyone there in the face.
Fourth: You are thieves! You will get what you deserve.

Total scam of "free trials"
Force Factor LLC lists free trials for supplements on their website, with misleading language at the top of the screen regarding the terms and conditions, stating that you basically have nothing to lose by trying the free trial, states you have 18 days to try it out, and does not mention that you will be placed on a recurring monthly auto-debit of $85 while sending you a product that you never actually ordered. For a senior citizen, visually impaired person, or a non tech-wavy individual it seems plainly stated that all you have to do is click order and you only have to pay shipping and handling for a free trial and that is that. If you do, however, without direction to do so, scroll down to the bottom left corner of the page and in essentially microscopic print requiring a magnifying glass the company states that you will be charged monthly for an $85 product if you do not cancel within an 18 day time period starting from the date in which the order was made. That last part is key because it contradicts the above language stating that you have 18 days to "try the product." How can one try a product for 18 days if the free trial takes 2 days to arrive anyways? That would be actually 20 days post order, not 18. With that said, they are stone-walling cancelation calls and making it extremely difficult to contact the merchant (they would lose a lot of free $ if they were transparent and easy to get a hold of). With my case I called on days 17, 18, and 19 post order. The call would go > 10 minutes with just their recording playing each time about their products and then I would have to go to work or sleep etc. This happened 4 times. Then I saw that they posted the $84.98 auto-debit from my checking account on a product I did not want, nor order. Then after 3 more calls I finally got a hold of someone. They tried to talk me into just letting the issue go and not requesting a cancellation and refund so I asked to speak to a manager. I was put back on hold and 4 minutes later was hung up on. This happened multiple times and thus it seems that there really was no chance for me to effectively contact the merchant "in time" or to qualify for a refund of any kind, while being denied access to staff manager. I am now out of $84.98 and had to cancel my credit card so they will not continue to remove money from my account against my will. I am pretty capable of using technology and keeping track of my funds but I can see this company depleting funds of senior citizens (with their limited income), non tech-savy individuals who are just trying to get an edge in the gym by trying a product, or people who are not extremely vigilant with monitoring their statements and daily bank account activity. All this company would have to do is to be transparent regarding the automatic switch to recurring payment if no cancellation and effectively answer calls to cancel their product order as Americans do not have all day or all the cell-phone minutes in the world to wait each day to hopefully reach someone. They absolutely need to rid their site of the contradictory language regarding the "you have 18 days to try the product." vs "you have 18 days from the moment you order the product" the latter in the fine print on the left bottom of the order page. That language is misleading and cost me $84.99, as I would have made the 18 day legitimate trial deadline when I actually finally spoke to a staff member.

Billed for a product that has not been sent
I have been billed for a cream that I had not ordered. After returning Force Factor pills I was talked into a face cream for an ageing skin,
I felt obliged to try it as they seemed fair on the return of the Force Factor pills.
They told me the cream would be a one off that I wouldn't be Billed for anymore and today I discover that $74 has been taken out of my account without permission.
How does this happen when my last dealings with the Company was over six months ago!! I am on an Aged Pension and cannot afford this type of transaction just to be taken out.

Free Trial scam
I made a purchase of 14 day trial of Testorone pills for US$4.99 and gave my VISA card number for which I was charged based on the Cdn$ exchange rate and got the product. I just got a notice from my pre-paid VISA firm that a charge for $125.79 was declined due to low balance. I just load $100 at a time to use the card so I got saved, but others got ripped off. Please look into this firm; their website address is www.forcefactor.com. Now that I hav ediscovered what this company is, I am sure that the pills are useless.

Unauthorised Charging
Once you have accepted their free trial offer, they commence charging and shipping their products to you.
You phone and complain and the response is you accepted the offer if you did not cancel within 18 days, of receiving the free sample.
The customer service representative advises you that all further orders are now cancelled but they still keep coming and charged to your credit card.
The only way to stop it is to cancel your credit card and ask for a new number from your bank, they are very sympathetic to this sort of behaviour.

Fraudulent billing
I took delivery of an online offer (which I had to pay delivery for), for gym products. The offer was free trial product.
I have now received a full supply of the product (1 month later) and been billed $100 for the product.
I did not sign agreement to order product monthly.
This is a scam - the company should be held accountable. Their 'customer service' (or lack thereof) is a 1800 number only available in US times.
Force Factor - cancel my order immediately!

CANCELLATION OF ORDER 5940235r5
I have read the preceding complaints and my circumstance is very similar. I was unable to contact the organisation using the phone number provided,so I wrote to force factor at their Braeside Victoria address on 30th June requesting cancellation of my order. I didn't receive any acknowledgement but I have since received another shipment of their product today and my credit card account has been charged again with an additional A$89.98. I am an aged pensioner and cannot afford this monthly payment and would never have agreed to such a financial commitment. I am not asking for a refund of the moneys already paid but I am not able to pay any more. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER FORTHWITH AND SEND ME NO MORE OF YOUR PRODUCT.

Free Trial issue
I ordered a free trial of Force Factor Ignite, I showed the unopened free trial package to my specialist prior to taking any of same and was told that it could be dangerous to my condition, so the package remained unopened.
I rang the Australian number1800-084-649 more than 40 times only to be told that the business was closed and I must call during their working hours. I have rung them on every possible time slot during the week and have always had the same response. I sent an email to the American corporation and received a " Unable to locate server " message. I have just received an email to the effect that my next shipment has already been sent and my credit card has been billed $132. THIS WAS NOT ORDERED and it is a scam. I tried to contact the US by phone and received a message that I must call again during working hours. Assuming that I receive their latest package I cannot return this whole collection within the 10 days because I will not have an RMA number and it appears that there is no way at all to obtain one. I will be referring this to my Bank's scam watchdog and to our Consumer Affairs department. This company cheats it's victims, I refuse to be called a customer since I did not attempt to purchase anything. I have been advised that this corporation insists on a very small shipping charge for their free sample which must be paid by card so that they can get details of your credit card for their monthly billing system. Ask them to produce the signed agreement on which you contracted to be sent product every month for an indefinite period, or take them to court at their expense

Order Number 5985164
After my 20 Mar 2015 purchase of a trial product from your company, on 28 March 2015 I phoned several times your 1800084649 to cancel my subscription and was continuously told your "office was closed and that I should call during business hours". On the same day I then went onto your website and surprisingly enough the only way to contact you was an online HELP chat where your representative attended to the cancellation of my subscription.
But on 10 April 2015, your organisation decided to take AU$143.64 from my credit card without my authorization. On 14 April 2015 I ranged your number 1800084649 and spoke with your representative for about that unauthorized withdrawal from my credit card and was told you will refund all my money but up-to now you haven`t.
If you do not refund my money without anymore delay I will have no choice but to take alternative methods to recover my money including reporting your organisation to FTC, FBI Internet Crime Unit, Better Business Bureau and ACCC. Each time I call your offices are closed!?

Scam alert
Force factor sent me a bottle of Volcano for a $4.99 s/h charge. They promised if you call and cancel the trial they won't send any more so no more charges. If you call they say you didn't and send another bottle at $74.98. So you have to send it back at your expense and you supposedly get $69.99 credited back to your card.. You have to pay to send it to you and back. Hopefully the $69.99 posts on my credit card.

Negative option billing fraud
There are many other complaints of the same kind so I'll be brief. Wish I'd read this site before accepting the 'free' trial. Any other Canadians who are foolish as me should be aware that negative option billing is ILLEGAL in Canada. These people took $90-odd dollars from my Visa. Informed that this practice is ILLEGAL in Canada, they claimed to have sent me a refund. Two weeks-plus later, shock and surprise, nothing has been seen of the refund.
