Negative option billing on the premise that you supply a credit card for shipping costs of a one-time only sample? Disgusting. Besides the capsules, we will soon see these turkeys in the toilet.

Force Factor Scam
I saw an ad for the product Force Factor (free trial) and thought I would give it a try. What I did not realize when purchasing their product is the automatic sign up plan they have when trying the product. It was there in fine print but not noticeably visible. My real grief was when I accidentally went off the page by reversing my internet page before sending everything and proceeded to send it again. Same address, same information. Well now I am being charged 86.00 dollars twice on my credit card for a product I only wanted to try. ( for free) 172.00 per month for a supplement I only wanted to try a sample of. On top of that they offer no cancellation method without calling their phone number. I can buy it without talking to them. They can bill me without talking to them, but I must call someone to stop it. This is stealing and fraud. It is sad business is allowed to operate in this fashion. Plan on canceling if I can ever get a real person. Will never use their product again. If you sell something worthy, People will return to buy it again.

Cancellation Force Factor
I called the Force Factor and cancelled my subscription , I received Confirmation on the 10/05/2014, they took the money out for the last shipment on the 13/05/2014, according to my bank statement.
Their product arrived at the Post office and I informed the Post office to return to sender as the order was cancelled, the IDIOT I spoke to at FORCE FACTOR never mentioned an RMA code was needed for a refund.
So Here I am waiting for a refund and read this morning (15/06/2014) on their pathetic contact us page that an RMA code is needed before returning items.
I had no need to got to their site so did not know about any RMA code prior to returning the item, They Failed to advise me of such a code when I called them to cancel my subscription.

FREE TRIAL SCAM
I too didn't see the "super small fine print" till i went looking for it, into the site and found it at the bottom of the many pages you have to go through to get the "free" sample.
Nowhere near "free" (that is mentioned over and over) is there a "this is a subscription".
I'm going to file this with the FTC often until i get my refund.
