To start with Your Hallmark movies are just horrible! All the characters are all the same. The woman are only young, beautiful always thin and the men are only good looking and successful. Most of these lame movies even have the same storyline! No one is ever poor or struggling unless they just lost their flower shop or dog grooming business. Give me a break! These movies are rarely about woman of color and I have no idea why anyone would enjoy them. We are not living a fairy tale. There are real problems in the world or haven't you heard! Please don't tell me that some people like to escape from reality. Then put on a sitcom as most of your viewers here are requesting! Do you ever read these complaints? There is not one person on here thanking you for putting Christmas movies on from Halloween to New Years! Is it too much work to schedule your regular programming at this time? Are you all on vacation? I NEVER watch the Hallmark Channel during this time. So many of your viewers are telling you the same thing! Why aren't you listening?

I watch Hallmark channel everyday (Comcast 131) and today there is a problem. Contacted Comcast, but apparently since this is the only channel doing this, it is determined to be a Hallmark channel problem. Every 2 minutes to the second, the picture and sound go off for 3 seconds and then comes back on. This is very annoying and upsetting.
I hope Hallmark, does not take these complaints lightly and will do something to correct it. According to comcast someone else complained about the same thing, but their Hallmark channel on comcast is 137. Not even in the same area.

For the past week, Hallmark Channel has been blacking out and the sound has been interrupted, too. I am not sure if this is done by Comcast or if other Cable companies (such as Verizon FIOS) has been messing with this channel. I find it strange that as soon as I told Verizon that I would NEVER switch to FIOS because I like Comcast much better, I have been experiencing problems. It's happened a few times on some other channels, but mostly Hallmark. Is VERIZON FIOS trying to sabotage other cable companies? Makes me wonder. If it IS Hallmark, PLEASE FIX THIS. It's annoying. Also, when you show Christmas movies, please do NOT show them ALL DAY LONG from Halloween to New Year's Day! I love CHRISTMAS as much as the next person; but, I love watching I LOVE LUCY! I've been watching I LOVE LUCY for over 50 years now, and I would prefer watching 1/2 hour comedies and Little House on the Prarie than to see Christmas movies ALL DAY LONG for TWO MONTHS. Last year, I didn't watch Hallmark at all from Halloween until January 2nd (when you finally stopped showing these Christmas movies over and over and over and over again). LIKE OTHERS HAVE SAID, PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR VIEWERS' OPINIONS AND PLEASE FIX THE PICTURE AND SOUND FROM GOING OFF AND ON!

There is no sound. I don't hear anything. Every other channel had sound but hallmark.

The background music is sooo loud. Why do you have to have music all the way through the movies anyways? I love watchingHall mark movies but the music is so annoying. I have to put on the closed caption so I can see what is being said. Please take it off or please lower the music so we can enjoy it better.

I really wish you would stop showing movies back to back. There are way to many movies out that you don't have to do repeats. Show more of the movies by Michael Landon's son, and shoes like "the magic of ordinary days" this is s really good movie. Just please stop repeating.

I'm in agreement with many others that the background music is way too loud. Makes it hard to hear what is being said.

It would be wonderful if you could correct this. I think more people would watch it you did.

The movies are so cheesy it's terrible. I have been chronically ill for 3 years now and I have had to put up with all this crap nearly every day. My health is improving somewhat. I can't wait until I am well enough to get a job and MOVE OUT so I never have to watch this garbage again!

HALLMARK channel: Commercials are way too loud and it is so annoying that there are times we just don't watch your programming. There are laws in place to control the loudness of commercials. ESPECIALLY NUTRO. Can Hallmark be notified about this?

I just had to change the Channel in the middle of a movie because every time the a commercial came on I had to turn the volume down. It's way to loud. I thought there was a law passed about that sort of thing.

I love watching Columbo but after finding this program on the hallmark movie and mystery channel and watching it for only a short time,they started playing the same few over and over.There must be more than those few that you could show.Wasn't Columbo on for years? Where are the other episodes?

I am so sick and tired of the LOUD background music....it drowns out the words that are spoken, I would need to turn up the volume, but when the music comes on it is extremely LOUD again. Would have change the volume constantly like a yoyo....not very pleasant at all. The commercials are very loud as well and what is up with "Christmas in July"? I want SUMMER happenings in the SUMMER, not winter happenings like Christmas. I love Christmas, just not when it is not Christmas....so inconsiderate and ludicrous. Plus I have to change the channel when "in the middle" comes on. That show sure doesn't measure up to any of the other good shows. Thank you for your consideration.

I used to really like the Hallmark Channel, but am not sure what is going on up there - - or if there is anything "up there" at all. The background music is so LOUD it is killing the words of the movie or whatever it is....the Commercials are so LOUD that they have to be muted and Christmas in July is just irritating. I love watching the movies at Christmas time (as long as I can hear what is being said due to the loud background music) but NOT IN JULY....it takes away from some of the other shows that are shown and please don't batter me with "in the Middle". I have to change the channel at that point. Thank you for any consideration.

The commercials are so loud - when they come on it has to be muted, I am sure the sponsors would love that! The background music was bad enough and now this. How sad, I have always loved this channel but may have to stop watching, it is getting entirely too annoying.

Why on earth would you think it will be a good idea to show Christmas movies in July? Not only does it make no sense but it cuts into the time of my favorite shows( Matlock, Diagnosis Murder, and Murder She Wrote). What you should of did was ask YOUR FANS to vote on whether or not it would of been a good idea to show Christmas movies in July. In which I know they would of replied "NO"!!!!. I'm so sick of this channels poor decisions on programming for it's viewers. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER AND ASK BEFORE YOU MAKE IDIOTIC DECISIONS!!!!

What's going on ... all of a sudden commercials are extremely LOUD .... Please do whatever needs to be done to correct this. Only choice is to stop watching because it actually disrupts the sleep of others in this household!!

Please why do we have to be subjected to daily Christmas shows so early in the Summer until Christmas..2 months before, perhaps, but 6 months before is ridiculous!!!
Your commercials are sooo loud, I have to keep the remote to lower them during each show..why can't they be the same decibel, why do they have to be so loud? when watching at night, you don't want to wake your household or neighbors! Give me us a break already..you have had plenty of complaints, & have done nothing about it..When people stop watching our stations because of your lack of concern, then you will realize what we are talking about!!!!

You have some nice progamming, BUT your commercials are WAAAAAAAAAAY TOOOOOOOOOO LOUD and WAAAAAAAAAAAAY TOOOOOOOOOOO NUMEROUS!!!!!!!!!! Some time back the FCC ruled that making those ridiculous commericals louder than the program were against the law. As a matter of fact, ALL channels, being they non-cable and/or cable, contain TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many commercials. I love the Hallmark movies but why are there no lead characters of color?

I can't believe after 4 frustrating months of Christmas shows beginning in October through January, we now have to be subjected to them in JULY??? This is LUDICROUS!!! ENOUGH ALREADY!!! Who told you we want to watch that? I am in the Midwest and after the winters we have nobody wants to be reminded of them in July. I love the Hallmark Mystery and Movie channel but every time I begin to enjoy it you just have to throw a wrench in it. Why did you replace Diagnoses Murder and Perry Mason with Hart to Hart?? And to have 2 hrs. of it no less! I appreciate the fact that you have Diagnosis on throughout the day but what happens if you work during the day? Why not put Hart To Hart on during the afternoon when people are working so nobody will have to watch it. It seems to me you are not catering to the viewers. If your shows do well one way why not just leave it alone. If something is not broke why do you call yourselves fixing it?? You only mess things up when you do that. We are paying to watch this channel so we should have some kind of say in the programming.
