I am absolutely disgusted with what I just read about Hallmark. First off I must say that Hallmark and TCM along with Dodger Baseball are the ONLY things I watch on TV. As of now, I will no longer be watching Hallmark. I will also no longer shop in the Hallmark store, nor will I purchase any Hallmark cards no matter where they are sold. I will also not knowingly purchase from companies that advertise on Hallmark and I will notify them as well.
This is my justification: it is against my principles and beliefs to watch sinful, unnatural, immoral and abominable shows. It is not that I do not love, care and pray for those who are risking their eternal lives but that I do not need to support nor be inundated by those ideals. Why has this world given in to the small minority of immoral people who want to influence us to accept what is wrong and unnatural? I cannot believe that Hallmark would kowtow to sinful and abominable ideology.

I am so saddened to be writing this. Hallmark Channel has been my family's "go to" channel for clean, wholesome, and uplifting shows to watch in this dark world that we are living in. We especially loved the special Christmas movies, where the word Christmas could be spoken aloud. Now, because of a very small (if they even watched at all) group, you are choosing to make a decision that will effect a HUGE group! I cannot judge the lifestyles of anyone other than my own, but I CAN make the choice to NOT support companies or products that go against God's Word. I will continue to love those that I know that are gay, but I will also continue to pray for them, that they will not keep trying to force their agendas on me. I truly believe the Hallmark Channel will see repercussions from their decision. I pray that the "powers that be" will be convicted by this decision. I am thankful that we still have UP Tv and Pureflix!

For years, my family and I have enjoyed your channel - especially during the holidays. It was a blessing to watch good, wholesome, family-oriented television and not have to worry if your young children or grandchildren were in the room. Now, you've decided to bow-down to a tiny percentage (if they even watched at all) of your viewers. I will no longer be watching or recording any of your channels content. We have UPTV and Pureflix and will pray that the "other side" cannot sway them. I hate that you have chosen this decision.

I was disappointed recently to learn that Hallmark was planning to produce programming containing homosexual content. But then I learned that they had pulled ads containing such content; terrific, they are sticking with their family-friendly roots!

Then I learned today that no, in fact they have reinstated the ads, which will most likely lead to programming that follows suit.

I have enjoyed Hallmark cards, Hallmark commercials, and Hallmark programming for many years, but if I can no longer trust the content you desire to send into my home I must say, "Good-bye Hallmark".

Should you decide to return to the wholesome family values that Hallmark was founded on I will be delighted to return my patronage.

I am appalled at your decision to reverse your decision to not promote homosexuality. It is disgusting that this group has so much pull and say over the rest of the world's population. Homosexuality is a SIN and should not be promoted yet here you are bowing down to a very sick and perverse group of people who are demanding their sick and perverse way of life be celebrated and accepted by all. My home will not tolerate this ignorance. You have lost a very faithful customer, we have watched your channel for many many years. We enjoyed the FAMILY movies, especially during Christmas time. I am so disheartened that I have to now stop watching Hallmark. I just cancelled Netflix because of their blasphemous show, The First Temptation of Christ. I am amazed that you really did do the right thing by cancelling the two women kissing commercial. Then you caved to a COMPLETE minority of people that probably don't even watch your channel. People really don't want to see two women kissing or two men kissing and it has nothing to do with being homophobic! I have gay people in my family. I love and accept them and have NEVER turned my back on them. BUT, and it is a BIG statement, I don't believe in their lifestyle. I have every right to believe what I believe. I love Ellen DeGeneres, but I don't have to approve of her lifestyle. 95% of people do not believe in a gay lifestyle. It's a fact and a fact Hollywood does not want to admit. There are channels for every race, religion and creed out in La La Land. Can we just have something that aligns with our lifestyles? I guess Pureflixs is the only answer. You are not helping anyones cause by having images that go against what the majority of society believes. There is no way to know what is coming up when we watch a show, or the commercials. I can only stop watching. A very sad day. Hallmark was always the one place that you knew would be happy and uplifting. The world is stressful enough to now worry about something on the Hallmark Channel. Goodbye Hallmark. Maybe it's a sign I shouldn't be sitting on the couch so much. I was so sorry to hear of your unfortunate decision to give in to the non-family friendly views of the gay/lesbian groups. I've so enjoyed your channels and beautiful cards. However, I will no longer be watching any Hallmark channels or purchasing any Hallmark products. I'm saddened at the loss but I will stand up for the family and marriage as God meant it to be. Per one of the earlier messages, I will look for UPtv. I'm hoping your Christian actors/actresses have some say in your programming but if not, I hope they leave and find a new organization for which to work that shares their life views.

My family have watched hallmark channels for years because of the type of entertainment you aired. Now, after having witnessed advertisements promoting lifestyles that are unnatural in their nature, I am seriously unwilling to stay with hallmark any longer.We will not tune in to any company who promotes violence, sex, foul language or immoral acts of any kind. We will also stop buying your products from cards to gifts. Nor will I purchase Crayola crayon products which I understand that you also own. You are betraying our trust in you and I will not support you unless you return to family values. It is such a shame that you don't have what it takes to stand.

I have all the Hallmark Channels and found that I did not mind paying extra for them because it was a place I could watch and my family could watch wholesome entertainment. I am not on Facebook or Twitter! I have recently heard that Hallmark will begin pushing the LGBT way of life as "normal" and "acceptable". Millions of us do not want to see that. If it happens I will cancel all my Hallmark Channels immediately. I do not accept that way of life and will not have it shoved down my throat as "normal". I am only one of the millions who are not on facebook or twitter who will cancel your programming. It seems you only listen to the liberals on Facebook. My family will not be watching!

How is it that this world has turned so upside as to what is right and what is wrong? Very disappointed in your decision to air the gay couple ad! We have always enjoyed watching the hallmark channel because you had traditional family values. We choose to watch the hallmark channel because of those values. You can’t do both have traditional family values and gay lifestyles. It's pretty sad that in the twenty-first century there are still people who think like it's the 1800's. Saying that your network promotes "filth" by airing a commercial that briefly features two women getting married is beyond belief, but when I read these complaints I see that and far worse. I personally know over a dozen families where the children are now adults and are LGBT. I knew the kind of hatred they had to endure for nurturing their children and allowing them to grow up to be the people they are, loving and caring, honest and respectful. Well good for you Hallmark! You made a decision to turn your backs on the audience that has made you very successful. How stupid is that? It is obvious now that your moral values are no longer in sync with your long-time LOYAL viewers. And I am sure your CFO is thinking "what the heck are you guys doing" but business and common sense has some-how given way to being in the current cultural PC club. How utterly ridiculous. Here's another one to ponder: by statistics the gays, etc. comprise 2-3 % supposedly of the population. However Hallmark's viewers are a smaller subset of the general population. And my guess is that the guys are a much smaller percentage of your viewers (or former viewers) so you have risked losing a large portion of your customer base to please perhaps less than 1% of those who might support you. That is truly stupid.

You brought your downfall upon yourself. Don't blame anyone else. Those who made the decisions will one day lose their jobs and who knows the financial fallout your corporation will sustain because of your decision which has now proven you were a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Hallmark Channel WAS the last bastion of decent television. Now it has surrendered to a small minority of individuals determined to destroy the morality of our country. Three channels my family enjoyed will now be removed from our cable service. It is my hope that millions more will join me.

My husband and I have watched the Hallmark Channel for years, and if we couldn’t watch your show, we taped it to watch later.....we have had Hallmark Movies Days to relax and enjoy from this stressful world. The one and only channel, we could always turn to and feel good in our hearts —- for me, that’s the only entertainment I will watch. The push for LGBTQ relationships on Hallmark is uncomfortable for me to watch therefore, I won’t ...... you have lost our support and viewing like so many channels before you. It’s sad, but worth the stand I take for my family and myself.

I'm sure Uptv will benefit from your decision to cater to the LGBT agenda. They still realize there's an audience who don't consider alternative lifestyles entertainment.
