I like Halmark channels and it sickens me to see shows like Psych shown of any of them. Now I have to go to a channel other then Halmark because I won't waste me time watching such an awful show.

Have you changed direction with Hallmark? You seem to no longer know your audience. Reruns of dated series (which are also on so many other channels) and Reality shows? Oh my... What a horrible disappointment. We are not voyeurs, we do not want to eavesdrop on other peoples' lives.. exploitation has never been a virtue, nor stalking a family.. Which is what reality shows really are.. Sorry, Hallmark.. you really missed the mark. (Notice the fall in viewing numbers?)

Plain and simple. Your target audience does not want to watch Full House and Psych!
Look at the ratings from Sept-Jan. We are your bread and butter. You are losing us.
We are desperate for good movies and tv and for the substance that we find by watching Hallmark. We are so loyal we watch the same movies and mysteries over and over and over again. We can repeat the lines.
We are the working moms, the stay at home moms, the grandmas. We will support you until the end but you have to do better than what you have on right now.
We don’t want to give up our favorite channels.
Get back to the boardroom and make some format changes. Please.

It is 6:00 and again there is that stupid show Full HOuse that makes me what to leave Hallmark completey. I can't believe that I am paying for something like that.I am so close to say good-by. When I signed up for the two channels of Hall mark I was delighted with most of the programming. I can't stand Full House and Psych - So after the 4PM movie I do not watch anything on either Hallmark channels. I am only hanging in for most of the mystery movies that come on at 9.. If I knew that I was going to be paying to watch a stupid show in Full house I would nothave signed up. Shame on Hallmark to make yet another channel and take the movies and shows that we shouldbe able to see in what we are paying for now... Shame, Shame on you Hallmark... Might as well not have the ones that I have now... It is a waste of money.

I love your movies, but I would like to know why is all your movies only casting white people as the lead actors? In todays world and the industry there are a lot of people of color and bi-racial couples with leading rolls. But for some reason you managed to always include people of color and from different countries as a secondary person but never the main character. I've never seen any signs of a biracial couple neither. Hallmark need to watch more of other tv shows and go into the real world and take surveys, cause some where down the line you've forgot it's 2018 and not whatever year you're stuck in .

I enjoyed reading the Mitford series books. Loved that you cast Cameron Matheson in lead but how could you cast Andie Mcdowell as his love interest? She is 12 years older than Cameron Matheson & looks it! What a sloppy thoughtless casting...could have been a great movie but ruined it. She looks more like his mother!

I counted 11 commercials in one commercial break. Then there are the lengthy infomercials. Isn't viewership up enough to help you avoid going to the dark side of advertising overkill? And......it seems you believe all viewers are 70+ in age by the type of advertisers you've chosen to do business with. Try appealing to the 40-55 age range......I'm thinking we make up a larger percentage of your audience than you think.

I am very disappointed in HM channel....you don't have hardly any movies on anymore, only two during the weekdays, in the afternoon, on HM channel. And, the HMMC, if it has movies, they are always the mystery ones....I would like you to show more movies on the week nights, please!!! And, the HMMC should have good movies, not just the mystery ones all the time when they show them...it does say HM Movies and Mystery Channel, not just Mystery. Can you PLEASE, PLEASE, change the schedule to be more viewer friendly?? HM is the only channel I ever watch, but not anymore!

I also was a everyday watcher of hallmark movie channel and am very disappointed that they just want to run full house and old reruns! I guess it’s time to go back to the 3-4 stations with an antennae. Seems like they want to charge you more for absolutely nothing interesting to watch. Very disappointed!

I will always watch another channel when you show PSYCH. It is not a good show and I will not waste my time with it. I was disappointed when you put it on most all afternoons and sometime all day on Saturday or Sunday.

I love Hallmark movies and the wholesome entertainment. On the other hand I am disappointed in some of the same actors and actresses that are being used repeatedly. For example: Lacy Chabert does a wonderful job of acting but her laugh is so distinct that it reminds me of the same person in very movie despite the roles she plays. Also, Alicia Witt sounds the same and looks the same in 99% of her roles. There are many more examples that I could give you regarding more repeated female and male actors. With so much talent out there to choose from why do you deep casting the same actors and actresses in your movies? What makes a movie successful is the believable roles that are being played by the actors. It's time to venture out and put variety into your casting. My challenge to your casting company is to bring on some new and exciting talent and to open your eyes and heart to some new possibilities. Without change you will lose your audience and become stagnant.

So let me get this straight. Hallmark wants loyal devoted long time Hallmark fans to now have to pay 599 per month to watch their all-time favorite fan favorites through hmm live streaming? I have a Samsung Smart TV but since it was purchased before 2015 I don't even have the option to live stream through the TV.

The Hallmark Channel that I loved for decades is gone!!?!?? Now we have to choose between watching monk, Fraser, cheers, I Love Lucy, Murder She Wrote,?? What happened to all the Hallmark movies? Valentine's Day is coming up I want to watch The Lost Valentine? And other Valentine Classics.

What a shame!! You will definitely lose business this way ! What about us devoted fans who are in a 60s 70s 80s who can't afford to update our devices or perhaps just on a budget.

The new show, "PSYCH," is so slapstick, inane and boring. The Hallmark Board should fire the one who produced it. I thought slapstick comedy went out with the Three Stooges!" My husband and I are aficionados of the Hallmark Mystery Reruns like, COLOMBO, Diagnosis Murder, MONK, Murder She Wrote, and Rockford Files. You have great, more recent shows with Lori Laughlin and Cameron Burae, Brooke Shields, and Keli Martin (Although I miss Philbe; Pincher does not have the same impact as Philbe did on the story line.
I hope you will reallocate air time to more stimulating mystery programming, and cut PSYCHE. It is stultifying our interest in the the Hallmark Channel, if the kind of show like PSYCHE is a new trend. Now, I just turn the channel PSYCHE comes on. AND today, you have a PSYCHE marathon. That"s cruel!

Psyc - 5-9 - YUK, Full House 6-9 -Yuk - Yuk. What in the world are you guys doing with these below acting and story lines. Full HOuse again was terrible back int he day. Psyc if you see him going into his fits once you have seen them all. Are you trying to make all of us dislike Hallmark and think that buying your new channel is going to fix things - well think again. I now watch other stations until the 9 o'clock hour. Hoping that there will be a good mystery on.... please take Jewel off and Emma Fielding - she is even more boring than Jewel... she is like plastic... there has to be better mysteries out there... even old ones. You over do most of all of the shows - over and over and over and over again...just about to say goodbye and shame on you for adding the new channel when the things on there should be showing on one of the main 2 channels.

We are used to watching the hallmark movies and mysteries every night at 7 P. M. now you have on there the pych which is not interesting at all please put on the movies again and also on the hallmark channel itself. We would appreciate it very much if you can change it back to the movies on both channels. Thank you for any assistance you c an give to this matter.

Whatever happened to the nightly movies starting at 7:00 pm??? Every night, after dinner, I was able to watch a good movie before hitting the sack—not anymore!!! I get up at 2:45 am every morning and cannot, in any way possible, stay up on Sunday night for the new movies so I looked forward to watching it on Monday at 7 pm. I certainly was a big fan of the Hallmark franchise but recently I’m losing faith in both channels —Psych? Really? Full House? Really? Oh, and whatever happen to Father Dowling?? You took that show off the line-up pretty quick but, continue to have Columbo in the line-up, which I’m sure all of us by now can recite most of the dialogue to those episode!!!! And while I’m on a roll, whatever happen to The Flower Shop Mysteries?? That was taken off and replaced by Fixer Upper Mystery which STINKS!!! Jewel may be able to sing but, SHE CANNOT ACT!!!! BORING!!!! If anything, it’s a great sleep aid!!!

The episodes of Full House are being shown in a strange order and they are also labeled wrong on my TimeWarner DVR. Season 3 and 4 episodes are really season 6 or 7. I'm trying to watch Full House episodes in order. But the channel has not played the "real" season 3 and season 4 episodes.

Are you kidding, how can you add so many hours of Full House and take away Rockford Files on Movies and mysteries channel. I love many of your shows but we’ve seen them so many times that I’m starting to mouth the words to them! Psych is another that has too many episodes showing. Remember who your core audience is and we do buy your cards and channels
