I was looking for dental insurance and a lady name debra sherry and she was so kind liying to me on the phone about the insurance I did a large deposit and never received a card . today I decided to call the lady number is disconnect . right there I started thinking. a big business closing on people with out notice . I started calling and no body never help and keep on transferring for one office to another . first I was looking for dental and all I heard was medical insurance .. I'm extremely upset imaging to people can play with other life and finance like this .
I'm going to go extra mille to fix this problem even with lawyers . is inseam .

This is Kristin Stone, I had taken out a policy from these people and was totally scammed. I was lied to about his coverage, I was told that my son would have a Cigna Dental PPO policy with his health insurance with a $1,500 annual max. Michael Sullivan was the agent. I told Mr. Sullivan that I worked for many dentists and he still proceeded to provide me with false information. Upon speaking with multiple representatives with HII Quote/Health Insurance Innovations/Everest, 4 Represenatives told me that my son don't have any dental benefits. I find it highly unethical to provide false information to customers just to get them to buy insurance. It seems that the almighty dollar is more important to this company than the actual patient's health or dental needs.

Can't get Health Insurance Innovations to send me a 1095-a,b form so I can do my taxes. I've had to request extensions, my 2nd ext expires soon. None of my large bills are being paid a partial amount. I had emergency surgery. Not my fault if some of the procedures and doctors were out of network. The hospital was in network. I'm temp on medical disability and not getting much from state disability. Now I have $50,000 of medical bills that I can't pay for and HII won't pay for.

fell for it also.....one hour after I did the sign up process I got a bad feeling about it.
I used my HSA card and not my normal credit card.....cancelled that card after reading these complaints!
won't be getting a dime from me!!!

What ever agent sell the Health insurances that do not work as they said and about Dental & vision insurances do not work. as per they explain. They charge my card every month $298.26 from may 17 to still date aug 17 . we never visited any doctors ,when we want to visit doctors and we contact doctor says this is not a insurances you have to pay whole amount of bill. My husband received a call from this company yesterday. Since Obamacare sky-rocketed it's cost he has been without insurance and has diabetes. He was very excited to talk with this insurance company, they told him everything he wanted to hear. EXACTLY!!! Paid them $345.16 while on the phone for the insurance to kick in today. They told him that all major name brand prescriptions would be covered ($8-$20 out of pocket) INCLUDING INSULIN!!!! NOT!!!!! We called, bright and early this morning to our local pharmacy and they informed us that one insulin was $265.00 and the other would be $565.00. Well, that's certainly not $8-$20 is it??? So, we tried calling Health Insurance Innovations. Hmmm....no answer. Kept getting a voicemail to leave our name & number and they would call us back. My husband started reading the fine print in the paperwork that was emailed to him yesterday. WOW!

How is this company not being investigated!!! Unreal! They talk to people that are at their lowest because they cannot afford the help they need and BOOM, they reel you in! How horrible!!!

I was also sold dismemberment insurance. I only got this plan to not pay a penalty at the end of the year. They said that I still may have to pay the penalty if they weren't sure that it was compliant with affordable care plan. I was not explained this or told i was getting life insurance. My plan says that i chose my estate as the beneficiary and I never set up an estate. I started the plan 06/16/2017 and went past the free look period so they said I wouldn't get my money back. I made the second payment on 07/16/2017 and called to cancel today 07/24/2017. They said my cancelation was effective as of 08/16/2017. I told them no, i wanted it done today and returned the unearned premium and they said that couldn't be done, and hung up on me. I called back and some guy said no promises but he would do everything in his power to get me the money back. This is a deceptive company selling a bad product and including things without disclosing it first. One guy told me I should take it as a learning lesson.DO NOT BUY THIS FROM THIS SHITTY COMPANY. I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars for fake health insurance. I am now stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of bills as well as the monthly coverage fees that I paid for. These people need to be thrown in prison. How can this continue to go on in this country?

I was NOT told this at time i bought this insurance. It was untill i took off from work n took my daughter to her appt and then i was told by the doctors off that they are not cover anything towards her vist untill she turns 4. So i was paying for her even thou i couldnt use it for her. And nothing was done about that after i spoke to a supervisor. That was just the beginning. I was given different info everytime i called about what is covered and whats not. They woild transfer me to different depaetments that had nothing ti do with what i wanted. The staff knows NOTHING!!! I would ask a question and everytime its give me a sec let me double check. Cancled my policy in may service for $500 done in march is now all on me to pay for.

This insurance is a scam stay away....I wanted to cancel after 2 weeks and they will not cancel. The agent wont cancel insisting to know why. It is not liable and they lie. Be careful thank God for my bank that is working on to get my money back.

I signed up for health insurance coverage. I was quoted 213. The amount was broken down into 2 payments, which was ok. It wasn't until April a representative informed me that the 83.00. Was for health insurance and 130 was for my life insurance, dismemberment and accident policy! I flipped out. I said I never signed up for that! I told them that they were crooks and I already have a life insurance policy, and would never agree to that. Furious by continuially getting screwed, I called to demand a refund. It went to a complaint board. Since moving to Texas, I have cancelled three health insurance coverage policies. No luck

In very simple terms this company collects money and than makes certain you cannot discontinue their what appear to be fraudulent services. When you try to cancel your policy they will cancel some portion of it than continue to take money from whatever account you used to pay them When you contact them to follow up because they are still taking funds you will go through a non ending ringer of obstruction and stall tactics dealing with people abroad who effectively dodge you once again and accomplish nothing while they roll along charging your account. You will not get a person to speak with offering any solutions as far as I can tell.

I can't believe it I am ending up paying for the fine because they told me health insurance innovations wasn't even in my state/acceptable health insurance after paying my monthly fees for ten months!!. Wasted hundreds and I mean hundreds of dollars by them because in the state of Massachusetts, after the age of 26 your no longer on your parents. I just needed a short term coverage and found out was a scam. I am not getting my money back on top of paying a 695 dollar fine to the IRS!!!

Found out they were a scam 5 minutes after paying $254 to start. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee. Requested a full refund upon canceling minutes later by saying I didn't need coverage because "I forgot I was still on my parents plan". (That way they wouldn't argue it and try to persuade me to not back out) They agreed a full refund and termination of the plan would be available in 3-5 business days. It's taking forever. Filed a fraud claim with my bank as back up. Got an email from HII stating to expect my full refund soon of $204. Problem is that's not a full refund...that's short $50. If anything I should be getting an extra $50 for the inconvenience, not $50 stolen from me. I'm guessing they thought I wouldn't notice. Total scams. Just out to get every bit of your money they can and keep it in their pocket. As you're browsing online never trust an insurance company that calls you. Biggest red flag right there. I'm ashamed of myself for trusting these quick talkers. They really will try to seem nice and hurry you along with everything. I'm not resting until I get all of my money back. My sympathy towards their other victims.

Simple Health is all smoke and mirrors. DO NO BUY from them! HII.quote is no better. I emailed Norma Rico Fernandez at HII and got the runaround. She would not clarify the issue with MULTIPLAN networks. There are several MULTIPLANS, and the one that is pushed by these charlatans is NOT the one accepted by most doctors. The actual MULTIPLAN in these plans is the "Limited Benefit" version. Simple Health was admonished for continuing to call their plan "Prime Health." It is now referred to as "Axion." Many STMs (short-term medical) have several exclusions and limitations, which frequently are the reasons for people needing coverage. STAY AWAY, unless you know FOR SURE the actual name of the network. "Everest," for example, according to Eric Berg, V.P., says there is no network, but rather "open access," which would normally mean no network needed; yet, many doctors will not accept it for a copay. When I asked him to clarify, I got bounced to their TPA, Allied, then back to HII. Full circle of deception. It's a darn shame that something as ethical and respected as health insurance is twisted and manipulated in this fashion. Florida has one of the WORST enforcement departments.

I was told originally that this was apart of the affordable health care , rates sounded good and being new to shopping for insurance it all sounded good . Went to my dentist appointment to discover I didn't have a plan it was a savings plan I didn't go to the dentist until months later and had to pay out of pocket . They told me my OB and PCP were in network and with IU Health I had a total of 1300$ in bills which they said I'll never have .my policy was randomly canceled I had to call and have them correct that , now comes tax time and my accountant needs 1095A form I find that they are "private " insurance and don't provide those . After paying for a year for services that weren't really available I'm now facing a penalties. I've been getting the run around for a year and haven't spoken to a manager or anyone of real authority yet .

What needs to be done to end this company because they've been getting over and that's not fair people shouldn't have to pay for services , pay penalties at tax time and they still are selling false policies this is ridiculous and needs to stop immediately.
