I have a very good time in Penang, however all ruins with an immigration officer in the airport when i leave the country, who threatening me at the counter that im visiting his country implying that he wont let me go? Even i just say Ok, he stare at me and asked , what did you just say, be careful, here is immigration!

Im sorry, but i do think that immigration had this power that can threatening anyone as no one want to get into trouble when leaving. You may feel superior when threatening a visitor, but im not sure this do any good to his own country. All my good memories gone, I think next time people talk to me on Penang, may juat remind me on this experience.

I've been to 60 countries, may be Im being lucky, this is my first threatening instead of many immigration officer elsewhere would ask if i enjoy their country.

Today is 2nd April 2018 early morning, the officer sit at counter 16.

I would like to report on illegal Vietnamese worker at location
Company : Perfect KTV & Lounge
No 18 Jalan Bestari 7/2 , Taman Nusa Bestari, 81300 Johor Bahru , Johor .
There are about total 23-30 Vietnamese girl at Perfect KTV & Lounge .
They are very noisy and open 24 business hours.
A group of young men & girl peddled their drugs at the corridor.
We report polis the complaint did not receive a response.
Hope this information enough for investigation and quick action.

i just wonder why in publika at solaris dutamas area got a lot of foriegn worker which is near the immigration dep.
i went to that place few days ago and i incounter a situation that the staff cant understand malay and only a little english and sad to say he/she is from philippines.
i dont understand also why the can work at restuarant which is in front desk and also more on inside shop and kiosk.
as you can see if ever you visit that place you can hear tgem talking and so laud means noisy like they dont care.
if you go at big supermarket even the casher is foriegner.
if you go all the way to food place then a lot of them on kiosk on the side.
if you go on behind nandos near the money changer also got.
if you go outside then you can see more on resto bar.
i just bring my kids on the kids playing place which is jkids i think then i heard a girl talking loud and she look like a muslim but when i ask she said she is from philippines.is she pretending to be look like a malay?
if ever any of you try to visit that place then you see them from outside to inside.

immigration department is just on next corner but they simpley just ignor them.
at the news they always said that they will hunt them down.but why you dont start on near to you instead you go on construction site catch the guys that make our country much better.
catch the look that so pitty working under the sun for 12 hours.
look at them! we can read on the news paper everytime that you hunt them like animals.
why you wont start catching thoose iligal that have bad bahavior acting like they own the place.
for sure the worker inside that mall is using a maid visa or maybe even a fake one.

even though its not really a good day for me.

few days ago i went to publika in solaris dutamas area to buy something, but before that i go for launch first in mamak shop around there.
i set down and eat, but there's a group of Philippine girl and guys talking right infront of me and so noisy like they own the place.
i just ignore them.after that i went to the shop after few minutes there's 1 girl ask me for anything and when i look at her that girl is one of the noisy girl in mamak. how come they're working infront desk?nevermind,il go and pay to the counter then it was a philippine guy also and just playing his phone and he ask the other guy to do the casher thing while he is holding and playing his phone.. i realized that mostly the worker in publika is from philippines. from bar and restaurant then to big super market then if you walk towards food court then a lot of them on the kiosk. if you go on right near nandos also got. even on the kids playing area. place name i think jkids. i bring my son in that place but i saw some of them is wairing something to look like a muslim malay which makes me feel so bad.

immigration office is just on the next corner of jalan dutamas 1 and they just ignor them.

immigration just simply talk to media but the real ? is are you doing your job????
go see around.. not just askin and talk to media.

after that day i didn't go back on that place.
it's ok for me if you serve or do your job either from which country you come from as long as you dont act like you own the place.

I have been visiting your beautiful country since 1984...Since I retired from Japan Airlines in 2011, I have visited Malaysia frequently...I have literally been everywhere on the mainland and Penang Island, and I have friends here..My visits are always long stays so I spend a lot of money here and enjoy your country immensely.

About 2 years ago I got interested in the MM2H scheme, which I applied for and was accepted recently..As a result my visits have become more frequent as I am deciding where to stay in Malaysia...Malacca and Taiping appealed but after thinking long and hard I settled for Penang ..I am very familiar with Penang as I was a Royal Australian Airforce Pilot/ Engineer..I was here in the 1980's..

My two last visits were to look for a property to purchase..a very long process. I was also here to see my MM2H agents , Alter Domus to see them in relation to my application...

My last arrival in Penang on the night of 22nd March.turned out to be a nightmare because of an immigration officer ..He questioned me of my frequent visits to Penang..I explained but he did not listen..I told him to contact Alter Domus who are my agents for my MM2H , and I showed him an acceptance letter...He rejected the authenticity of the letter and wanted me to go to Kuala Lumper and aquire a lettter with an official letterhead from the immigration department in Putra Jaya !!!! He would not call my agents at Alter Domus or in anyway corroborate my story..And he was hostile..He gave me a 7 day visa !! Hardly enough to look for a house to purchase in Penang..As a former pilot with the Australian Air Force and later with Japan Airlines, I was very disappointed with this officers attitude towards me...I have never been treated in this manner in Malaysia or anywhere else before..

I am not a vindictive person sir and I don't want to name this person , however immigration staff should be trained and reminded regularly how important tourists are to Penang..The government spends millions of dollars in attracting tourists for a reason. Its a very lucrative business..And the majority of tourists are not criminals..Respect with professionalism please...This disrespect effected me so much that I cancelled my application for MM2H..

My name is Ms Kalaiselvi and I wish to complaint about officer Mr Dinie who served me at around 10.40pm in KLIA2 when I arrived on AK 893 from Bangkok on 15th March. 


I was traveling with my daughter who has Singapore passport while I'm a Malaysian using Malaysian passport. 


As she is 12years old, I accompanied her to clear through Foreigner lane where Dinie was sitting.


He was on his handphone when I went to him. 

I greeted him by saying hello but his face was so sour and received no acknowledgment. 


Fine.


He looked so annoyed as if I disturbed him eventhough he was the only officer without any queue because his seat was hidden behind another Indian officer.


He asked me why I was in Foreigner lane. 

I explained to him that I went to Malaysian with my daughter during my last few trips and they officers gave me a hard time and told me to go to Foreigner lane next time eventhough I hold Malaysian passport. 


He asked "So?? Who said you can come here?"


Well, I thought I just explained that so clearly in Malay. Maybe he don't understand.  So I explained in English.


Again he asked "So?? Who said you can come here?"


The officer sitting next to him heard how rude and mocking he was and turned to look at him. I stayed calm as I didn't want to end my holiday being angry with an imbecile.


I want to know what did I do to deserve such an idiotic response from your officer.

Maybe I interrupted his Facebook chat time or his Angry Birds game on his handphone. 

But please note you are paying these officers to work, not play or chat. 

And he is one of Malaysia's frontliners.

Is this how he's trained to serve tourists?


Shameful!!!

I got scammed by one of the johor malaysia immigration officer at Kompleks Sultan Abu Bakar, Johor Bahru. He was wearing a tag with number J7153 ( i couldnt read his name on the tag, it was so long in small font size. It was Moh. Ainan or Ainun something). This happened on 10 March 2018, around 12am. I'm an Indonesian passport holder, and he made a fuss of me travelling back and forth malaysia 3 times within 3 months with tourist visa. I explained it was because i was planning a wedding and ROM in malaysia so of course i needed to travel quite often. Each trip never exceeded the maximum 30 days stay. Some even less than a week. So i know i didnt do anything wrong.

He kept by passport and asked me to go to the dark alley behind the office and asked for money or else he will keep me in quarantine. I was helpless because that day was saturday, so i couldnt ask for any indonesian counselors in johor to help me because office won't open that day. My husband paid him money 127SGD. Right after that, he handed us my passport and apparently it got the entry stamp already. This means he knows he didn't have any reason to keep me and already gave the approval entry right away at the counter. He just wanted money

I tried to capture him for evidence with my phone secretly but he noticed and brutally PUSH ME and SNATCH my phone off me. He then deleted all the pictures on himself on my phone.

We missed our bus and needed to stay at the bus terminal for 2-3 hrs in the middle of the night until we found a bus that got empty seat. That officer not only took all the cash we had, he also put me in danger by leave me no choice but to stay at the bus terminal in the middle of the night, out of nowhere, with no contact.

I will like to issue formal complaint against this officer, if anyone know how, kindly let me know.

Really feel disappointed with this e passport system. I renew my passport through e passport and payment was done on 19.2.2018. Receipt was stated can be collect on 20.2.2018 9.30am-4.30pm. I arrived immigration which located at jalan srihartamas around 10.30am and my passport had not been prepare and the immigration officer ask me to reshoot my picture which i already uploaded during renew e passport through online. What's the point if e passport take time to be done like manually renew passport. What a shame. Finally until 12pm on the same day my passport still not prepare can be collect. What a shame.

I apply my e passport through online on 19.2.2018 and payment was done. I got a receipt of payment and stated there to be collect my passport on 20.2.2018 from 9.30am-4.30pm at branch which i choose.on However i feel really disappointed. On 20.2.2018 i arrived imigration around 10.45 am and until 12pm i still not yet get my own passport. What's the point if i apply through online and i still need to wait like manually renew passport. What a shame.

I would like to make a complaint regarding illegal workers working in Xiamen university Malaysia, and Sunsuria construction sites,where you can see a lot of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesian, and China workers working without working permits.They came in using tourist visa,but stayed to work illegally. And you can also find china workers working inside Xiamen university supermarket without working permits.And sometimes you can see them causing nuisance in kota warisan area. I hope the immigration will look into this matter.

I was traveling from Singapore to Malaysia via Tuas second link on the 18th of Feb 2018 around 8.30am as I was clearing immigration and went to the security screening area. There were two ladies were talking. One Malay female and one Indian female. After scanning my bag, i left to walk out the door, this Indian lady officer shouted at me saying “EH! SCAN YOUR BAG” , pardon me ? That was so rude for calling people “EH” I told her I did scan my bag. They did not check the screen AT ALL AS THEY WERE BUSY TALKING! After telling her, SHE ROLLED EYES AND LOOKED AWAY. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AS IMMIGRATION OFFICER!
If you are not doing your job properly DO NOT raise your voice and misbehave. Please investigate this matter and teach her some manners.
