He encourage me to open a company in Malaysia for professional visa. He was so called my fried i send him money to open a company from my Bank account(Pakistan) to his bank account in Malaysia soon i realize that he is not opening company and just prolonging the situation then i start recording our conversation on Skype i send him money in first week of May 2013 during this time he send me two documents in mail and also on my Skype id showing that he has send my application to migration office and this is receipt second paper he send me that there is delay in my process in migration office(I think these are false and self created documents) but he never show me company documents in fact he just take my money and don,t start the process.i have all the documentary proves and his recordings when ever you need i can send you. now he is even not attending my phone.
Please guide and help me regarding this problem if you investigate him you will save some more people from his cheating.

I would like to complain about one of your officesr who treated my foreigner friend badly at the Johor Bharu Singapore checkpoint. It happened at 3am in the morning on 21st October 2012 as he got down the bus at the checkpoint. There were maybe 2 or 3 officers on duty and he presented his passport to one of the officer. Since he is from a country with a passport that does no have expiry date (ex-USSR), he explained nicely about the situation since he has got a visa for 90 days and he was in singapore just on a 1 day trip and he has a valid return ticket and reason to go into Malaysia, but the officer refuse to understand and instead screaming at him rudely saying 'you stupid asshole'. The rest of other officer just looked at what happened and did nothing. When my friend asked about the name and detailed personal information of that rude officer, he went missing and never came back and instead other officer took charge of the situation but still refuse to give the rude officer's details. It seems like they are backing up each knowing that the Malaysian immigration officer's was action in such a low class and manner. As a Malaysian, I am disgusted and dissapointed with the quality of immigration officer of Malaysia at the Johor Singapore checkpoint. It seems like these people just scream and shout acting exactly like low class gangsters and think they are above others. How can we trust officers like this to represent Malaysian border and act as our country's front liner? To the Malaysian Immigration department, pleasetrain your officer and make sure you produce quality, do background checks, do investigate this matter seriously and find out who the low class oficers are and give him together with his officer friends who looked and act nothing a severe punishment. We have youtube now and if the video of how the Malaysian Immigration officers act lowly like this gets recorded and goes viral, it would put the Malaysian Immigration department and our country to a great shame.

It seems like there is no respond to the above complains in this website, I wonder also if this website is even looked at seriously by the poeple in your department. Please get back to me regarding this matter as I want to see what actions are taken by your department to avoid this shameful incident from happening again. If there is no feedback adverstised here at your website then this clearly shows the level of efficiency and intelectuality of your department.
