A few illegal immigrants are taking up residence in a rental flat at 63-4, Blok B, Persiaran Lemak, Taman Segar, 56100, KL. The flat was originally rented out to a Malay guy claiming he rented it for his just-graduated brother, but it turns out it were illegal immigrants that were living there and the Malay guy just vanished and was no where to be found / contacted. They refused to leave the flat. Police report was made but the police don't have the authority to chase them away. Kindly please take a look into this matter.

You need to send some officer to check this hotel because they hire an illegal worker that don't have legal permit here. Their HR Manager Mr Logenthran still taking them although he know that they don't have a permit. Please come here regarding this matter. Thank You.

I would like to lodge a complaint towards an Immigration Officer Mr Eric who is stationed at KLIA2 - he is an absolute thrash! I wonder why he is still working, representing the image of Malaysia being a rude prick that he is. What a disgrace. And do you have any sort of Communication Skills class that he can attend? Please brush up his skills, man, he is annoying. Well, most of your immigration officers are that annoying. Seriously. At least, please treat US foreigners who generate income to your country a lil bit nicely. PLEASE. And at least hire people who can speak English. And not using handphones while on duty and later on treat us like a dirt bag when we have to answer an important call. Do something, Malaysia. These officers are bringing shame to you, in general.

When I brought my son to apply for passport, continuous for 2 days, the number is finished and the office there (as per her name tag Safiah) and another guy officer without uniform were very rude. Just don't understand why in the website stated operating hours from morning till 10pm but the service provided to Rakyat only half a day.

I also effected of some Pakistani Agents.
They are running a gang of Agents, They are encourage peoples to open a company in Malaysia with Professional Visa.
They have some fake Company documents, they show that document of peoples and said to them these our companies are
running in Malaysia, and they said we will open your company in Malaysia and we will process your visa with your family.
So many Pakistani are effected of them. they bring them on visit visa in Malaysia, after that they get payment of them
for company and visa process and then runaway/hide. nowadays these are in Pakistan and peoples are finding them and some peoples also registered case in Pakistan against of them.

Azhar Mahmood he is a leader of this gang. he has some link with Company Registration Department.

A person name sadiq hussain live at labuan disturbing our bussiness in labuan bandar..he is living here in malaysia from 15 year ..every year he showing to immigration that he has married but in real he did not married only a woman take his responsibility not his wife ...he has opend a bussiness on other person name who is malaysian..he has two branches in labuan both are in bandar..he has two brothers names are 1.zafar hussain .2.ahmad hussain and his name is sadiq hussain
he is trying to buy malaysian card from someone in kota kinabalu.
for his younger brother he trying to find birth certificate from a woman whose son has been died

Immigration website giving inadequate info & misleading info.
My son is under program 3+1 in University of Nottingham Malaysia. He is going for final year in Nottingham.

Informed by officer in Immigration Kajang and only full time 4 years student are eligible. This is absurd as normally 2 years, at least, are done locally.

The website should give more details instead of leaving to individual interpretation. I would think that for 1 year too would be eligible and only knows that cannot verbally. Please give full info on eligibility and what are documents required.

I would like to know to file the process of filing a formal complain regarding an immigration a officer's very disrespectful attitude which took place early morning on 14th Feb 2015- in the business class departure counter of KLIA.

I'm an expatriate living in Malaysia with my family for the last 3.5 years. I've had the opportunity to mix up with a lot of Malaysians and the experience was positive so far- until this event occurred, and that put me into a shock so deep that I believe the authority should take care of. I'm afraid this guy is giving a bad name to the entire immigration department in front of foreigners (and I don't know who else).

I didn't make a fuzz as I was rushing for my flight with my family. And I didn't get to look at the officer's name tag (which was quite not visible also). But in sure you have attendant logs and rosters to find that out.

Hence, please let me know how I can proceed to file a formal complaint.

They come at mid night and arrest any person and threat them (that we will send you back to your country) if you will not give us money .mostly they target Pakistani families and students.and this gang don't have visas and also don't have family visa.We have complain before about this case to police but this gang have sources with them.So i request you to take action on this case and save me and my family.

I have some of my friends who working in the Mangala Theepam Shop they are really been tortured very badly like making them to work from Morning 8 to night 11 without any break and no holiday even a single day in a Month . Many of them are suffering from severe leg pain and Helath issues . i wish the Malaysian Immigration Department to take action agianst this and Many of them are in Tourist permit and not in Permit .

I am going compalint against this to the Ministry of External foreign affairs of India to take action against this Nowadays in Malaysia the Indians are tortured very badaly mostly the Restaurant sides with Bad atmosphere and Not proper accomdation for the Employees and Salary is not given properly 12 hours of work and not proper leave .

Making the employees sick and helath issues and if they fall in sick the owners send them to the hospital and get deduct money from the Employess .

This is really a very torturing having the employees as Slaves .

Even Now a 4 Employess came running from the Hasan Cafe restaurant to the Indian Embassy and they got help from the Embassy to get their passport . They where in Non permit tortured by the owner without slalary and very bad accomdation .

Many things happening like this in many Places like tortuiring the Employess in bad way .

Now i kindly request to Check in the Mangla Dheepam Shop where there are many of them without permit and proper careness. Need to stand for a long time in the shop from 8 to night 11pm .

Please call all the employees individually and check what is happening how they suffer there they are been threatened by the shop owners . There are individula rowdies appointed by the shop owners to take care of all the issues .

Many things going on please rectify the issues sir .

I found something weird happening. in Titiwangasa condominium. There are two people staying in Titiwangasa condo A3- 37th floor..
that two guys staying indian(akash) and pakistani(khan) guys. they are staying more then their visa expired also..its not just one week r one month, its more then 20 months. they r not even working anywhere but they r doing some illegal activities .. i unfortunately saw them they robbing a foreigner near to d lrt titiwangsa .. while saw that, i plan to complaint in to d police but even they knows some police very well they are giving bribe also. i dont knw where to compliant and i followed them to know who they are n where they from i have found d above things. and i found they stayied also they threatened their house-mets. people r very scad to give d compliant if you people get a money from that guys n if u support them. But still have a hope some honest officers will take actions. and as per theirs neighbors suggestion they rape n killed some one recently.. if this complaint board really will take action i ready to give their passport details and everything.. and i ready to give the compliant from my side with my personal details.

I have rest at R N R dengkil Utara... Alots off indonesian workers to rude to customer/me cause nite already... sleepy maybe....
And we should make enforcement at this RnR suspected their are illegal immigrant..
Need immigration make sport check at this RnR Dengkil UTara.... don't want to mention any specific name off the shop... exspecially at nite shift... duty. Urgent so we can give our local worker... give chance to our own citizen to have job.

I have to let he Malaysian immigration know about an illegal immigrant, but I don't know to who I have to speak, or to where I have to contact. I have contacted to "immigration department of Malaysia (jabatan imigresen malaysia)", I have phoned them in this number 03-88801298, but they said they that we do not deal such things, then they gave me the phone number of Air-port 03 87768018, and Air-port staff said that we also do not deal such cases, and they gave me this number 03 888 01299 enforcement dept, and nobody is picking the phone on this number. And now, I don't have any clue the where I have to contact or to who I have to call on which number. Could somebody tell/guide me about it? The person is living and working in Malaysia for last 3 years. I have his mobile number, plus photos.
