recently i have been cheated by this indian man residing in Kapong central area. This person running illegal visa agent scam, using his rental apartment as commercial space and collected rent to use one room as office, he has a professional visa of some shah alam company but he doesn't work there, he works in some hotel near Chow Kit area and he took money from me as help and now denying to return the same. i have just a friendly loan agreement signed by him as an evidence. I am not sure if i can take any legal action against him. I helped him with RM17k and he bought bike n all. Infact he doesn't have malaysian licence and still riding bike fearlessly. His name is Nitin Bhatia, B1-13A-A, Pangsapuri Desa Jaya, Kepong Sentral, 52100 KL. HP- +60182516267. I dont know where to go with this complaint and if i can take any action against him and can get my money back. I live in Singapore and would be grateful if some legal authority can intervene in this and show me some way to get my money and my other belongings back from him.

specially , a Bangladeshi human trafficker and a PIM who no visa joined recently to work here with his overstaying friends. He and his friends brings girls from Bangladesh to do sex work in Malaysia. 2 years he had been stayed in summit area(usj2) 3 months before,1 jun, he changed to brickfield,KL central area with girls and he sending them backfields prostitution place.once we know that he staying with girls ,3 weeks before he moved to putraheights and recently joined contraction work with his friend. he changed house again and assigned another boy to take care 3 girls and to do sex work. sometimes he go there to collect money and to enjoy.

we request you to raid that place and send them Bangladesh and related persons. we sent somebody 2 days before to confirm . they still there.

we are confirmed that many illegal workers there as someone told them to supply illegal workers ,they said no problem here can work with out permit and visa.

Few Indian & Srilankan guys hijacking people, beating people, disturbing people in SUTRAMAS APRTMENT everyday.
Even SUTRAMAS APRTMENT management also with them (hijacker).
& most of the hijacker dont have Malaysian visa (illegal).

Few Indians & Srilankan guys hijaccking, beating & disturbing people in sutramas apartment (oppposite IOI Mall, puchong, selangor) everyday, even sutramas aprtment management with them.
Most of them (hijacker) don't have Malaysian visa, they are illegal here & they also live in Sutramas Aprtment (7th floor & 9th floor) .

I request to the Malaysian Police to take action against these kind of activities .

This restaurant hired a lot illegal workers from Myanmar, Nepal, Vietnam. Although some holding permit but actually belongs to other company. The foreign workers ran away from other companies and work here. The foreign workers not even handling cleaning job, but also as chef and food preparing. This is very dangerous as illegal worker don't go thought medical check up but prepare food for consumer. Some more, they all 20 people stay in one upstair shop office near the restaurant. They drank and made noise at midnight and throw rubbish everywhere. Very annoying the society. Please take action to catch them ASAP. Thank you very much.

a maysian man complaint to shah alam enforcement in May 2015, house no-81,usj2/2m and no- 40 , usj 2 / 2L, but no body went there to catch illegal bangladeshi 15 persons from 2 houses where used to stay 1 pim who bring illegal girl from bangladesh and men . he forced to girl to do prostitute/sex busniess . his name RASHIDUL ISLAM. after compalint of 15 days later they run away from that 2 houses. RASHIDUL THAN TOOK 3 GIRLS to KL CENTRAL brickfields in 1 jun 2015, 10 days before he put 3 girls in USJ area and he joined work in putraheights contraction project near by rapid KL Bus stop U65,near by GIANT.

most of worker are illegal working putra height contraction projec tNEAR BY GIANT AND U65 LAST BUS STOP. RASHIDUL AND his friends also working thre those used to stay USJ 2 area house. few sub contractors said ,they pay money to police station sothat inform them if immigration come.

Frustated Apartment tenant...

i would like to log in a complain on this particular officer who name nurhamneza (spelling of her name may not accurate) at counter 4 on 12 August 2014. She is totally unhelpful towards mother with infant. She is loud and so impatient towards me and my infant alone. She should understand it is not as easy as she told me off the way to make a (less than 6mths old) infant to focus at the camera. Yet her appearance and attitude shown very unhelpful and impolite. Even a man officer can be nice to a mother with infant and shame on her as a lady that never understand about these. Thank you to a lady came and raised up her kindness to help my baby to focus. I do not understand she as a lady and may be a mother also or not yet and I really disappointed on her service and treatment of embarrassed me in public. I wish that she manage to read this statement and improve herself for her own future..Please kindly do not be that rude to us cause we do pay for the passport (provided renew or new application passport) and it's not for free

That guy is under contract with Nityo Info Tech Sdn Bhd whose office is at MidValley. Please investigate Nityo as this is their responsibility and should be punished if found guilty.
