First of all i wasnt in favour of this sim. My whole family is after sawa since they started using cellphones. This is the only reason they all hated mobily because it deducted maximum 2 riyals each day. I loaded 10 riyals 3 days ago and i didnt even called much .. i just have left 5 riyals in my cellphone. OMG this is so merciful why you left even 5 riyal ? Just take this money too.
Look into this matter or else i will through this sim away ..

I mistakenly activated the automatic renewal of 150 MB data and it keeps on deducting from my local load every after 5 days. This is no use for me because I have my internet sim so please deactivate this auto-renewal of Mobily.

I would like to know how to deactivate or unsubscribe from all the msgs that keep sending on my number. It is really distrubing that after all the sms sent to my number my load credit is automatically deducted which i dnt know to stop it. Please help
