My husband and I were rear-ended by a vehicle going 70 miles an hour while siting on an exit ramp. Morgan and Morgan won't take the case because they don't think there is enough settlement money in it. The problem with Morgan and Morgan is they will not take a case unless there is enough money in the suit for them. So unfortunately Morgan and Morgan is not about the people only the money.

Hired Morgan and Morgan a year ago. As of today my case is still pending with no progress the Attorney/ Case manager handling my file lacks in communication. No return emails or telephone call, and the nerve of the receptionist having attitude when calling to check on the status of my case. I would not recommend this Firm to anyone.

Called them in Savannah receptionist took all info from me and said a lawyer will be calling in 7 to 14 days but really will not take that long. Never heard from them and when I called the receptionist she said they talked to me a month earlier which I inturn told her no one contacted me at all. She then informed me that they don't handle those cases involing Employers that I need to find another Attorney that handle those cases. But they advertise it on their television commercial's that they do Employment and discrimation due to age. So guess they do false Advertising. I would not use or recommend these Attorney's for anything. Since they advertise on television then when you call and need their help they don't know how do do anything.

I called Morgan and Morgan to make inquiries regarding my previous employer. The receptionist took my information and placed me on hold. The call was ten dropped. After calling back twice to continue and the calls were dropped again while I was on hold, the receptionist informed me that their legal team has declined my case. That is all fine and that is their perogative to decline my case. I am disappointed how I was dealt with from beginning to end. Call dropped 3 times and I am the one who has to call back for them to tell me that they are not interested in the case. Their advertisements, compared to the manner in which they interact with their potential clients, is a total fabrication.

I was assigned an attorney that was not demonstrating expertise in area I needed, failed to communicate case, never met until deposition, showed up late for deposition, did not provide me paperwork of case, appeared to be working for the opposing side, was rude and disrespectful on phone and in emails. I asked POLITELY to be assigned another attorney. I was told this was done, but 1st lawyer NEVER gave up case. (Verified by emails) Requested ADA accommodation, this was “excuses”. INSULTING!!!

My husband got injured at work and dumbfoundedly called this ridiculous joke of a law firm. They sided with the insurance company who tried to get him 1500 in which they took 4 or 500 of after sending him on hour drives to particular doctors. He had to fight with them every time just to get the reimbursement for gas. After a while No one wanted to hire him after his last job let him go because they said he was a risk. So money was getting tight. We found out Morgan &a Morgan was siding with the insurance company, wasn't fighting for my husband at all and agreed with them that he was trying to just get money. Well what do you do when no one will hire you solely because of the injury and lawsuit? My husband wasn't hounding them at all I had to later on push him to put his foot down because these people were clearly crooks. So the worst part of it all is when my husband finally went with a much more knowledgeable and respected no bs attorney, Morgan and Morgan demanded we pay them 1200 for doing the work. Right from 4 or 500 to 1200. Now when my husbands attorney won the case and got I'm more money back, Morgan and Morgan demanded %25 of our settlement for the work they did. Now our attorney is holding that %25 until they take Morgan & Morgan to court. They say they are for the people, what people? Morgan & Morgan are crooks taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations. This company needs to be ashamed of themselves. Worst company we ever felt with by far. Even the secretary was rude and my husband feels it's because of his race. These people are disgusting

I went to Morgan and Morgan after I had a porch ceiling to fall on me back in 2015 met with investigation lawyer,gave him what happen when , what and how.They took my case sent me to a doctor where I was seen and helped.NOw it has been 2yrs since I have walked in there door 2lawyers that was supposed to be working on my case. I found myself having to call them to see what was going on never got a straight answer from my lawyer and the one I have now I caught him is lie after lie.So today I call and left a message for Mr.Joseph Linahan of the Fort Myers office that I will no longer be using this firm.WHen your case is not worth 500,00.00 and up your case means nothing.l will never tell anyone to use Morgan and Morgan ever again in this lifetime.

I am soo furious it's been 3yrs that Morgan Morgan supposedly have been representing me on my disability case never get calls about what's going on what they may need from me I always reach out to them first hearing came and went no notice from them I got a letter from social security denying me I have a appeal hearing coming up I contacted my case manager and she has no clue about the hearing just tells me the lawyer that was working on my case no longer works with them she will find a lawyer to represent me smh I don't get help from my insurance no dr.s are accepting new patients and and now this damn firm who say for the people smh just dragging it out as long as they can to get a bigger payout from my back pay today I was hung up on 4 different times and one from my so called case manager so unorganized and unprofessional so disappointed with all this I have a hearing in two days and I wished I did my research before choosing these careless crooks to represent me in my hard time of need.

My husband fell off of his flatbed trailer and hit the back of his head on the concrete parking lot at a major company. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance in Memphis, Tn. He was there for 4 days in critical care unit. Came home and had to go to Vanderbilt Hospital the third day he was home. Stayed there 3 days for treatment and release him. Had to take him to St. Thomas Rutherford and his head was hurting him so bad.He had alot of pain and start to effect other parts of his body. I called Morgan and Morgan; two reps came to my home and they (men) took all the info. We filled out paperwork and they worked on his case for about 6 months. I had been calling in between times to see what the status is. I was told everything looks good. They ask for some info and I made copies of what they ask for. Mailed the paperwork to them and they send it back to me unopen and a letter stating they could not help us. They did not give us a reason why they could not help. But the insurance company that paid all of my husband medical bills sued the company where my husband fell, won their case as of August 03, 2017. How is it ; the insurance sued and won. But this so-call law firm call themselves for the "PEOPLE" apparently do not have the knownledge to do it. Something smells in the "HEN HOUSE". Maybe under the table hand out. "Mmmmmm"!. I have had my case going on since 2014 and it is now almost 2018 I was transferred to 5 different lawyers in two yrs. Told a million different excuses blah blah blah and so on well at first I was told one Number we were aiming for then it went down dramatically then an even lower number then changed lawyers again then discussed a nother lower number we were aiming for then changed lawyers Again he told me the number before that was never even talked about. And I clearly knew the number we discussed but he insured me I was wrong ok moving on they made me feel like they were working for the other side against me but who knows. I had to hire a attorney for a simple case SSI and SSDI. I had to fill all the paper work out all by myself and when I got the two denial letters I had to contest it all by myself o had to full out all that paper work all by myself again and when I called for questions no answer or a call back from my attorney so I called my parents for help on filling out all the paperwork. They never called to check on me or return my calls this went on for 2 years straight. Finally I got a letter from the social security place that I have a hearing with a judge I had to call Morgan and Morgan to inform them about the court date and that was left on a answer machine. Three weeks before court no call I get a letter in the mail they fired my attorney and in another letter they gave me a new attorney no call no warnings. The day of court I have a 3rd attorney case the 2nd attorney went on vacation no notice no nothing I find out 19 min before trial. It gets worse the attorney had no briefing or knowledge of this case mind its 10min before we see the judge and I have been waiting for 2years and two months for this and the attorney is clueless of my case but that god the judge had everything in front of him and understood my case and justice was served because off everything I did Morgan and Morgan did not lift a finger in the the years I was alone even the court day I don't recommend this law firm to anyone go find an attorney that cares for your rights as a person and not the money cause Morgan and Morgan does get get money from my case how much I don't know

The Morgan law firm refused to take our case because they support inclusion to the point they discriminate against true Christians who are being harassed by there employer ,who promote Tim Cook blasphemy comment ...."Being gay is the greatest gift from god".... Morgan is more afraid to lose LBGT support than fighting for the "all" people, i guess the only people morgan defends against harassment is gays... I retained Morgan and Morgan and previously retained the Nashville office, however after previously using them I wanted to express my experience with this firm, just to give people a heads up this firm does not respond back to phone calls or emails I've sent messages to the firm and never get a response back when I try to call. The office and nobody ever answers the phone it's almost like they only attend their office one day a week which makes it very difficult to communicate with these people, when you do get in touch with these people finally they are very rude and nasty they are not supportive in anyway I highly recommend anybody looking for a lawyer to seek representation elsewhere.

My personal review...being a smart consumer I usually always check the BBB and online reviews before deciding what company to use for something that is of the most importance to me. Like a lot of people I have talked to( after the fact ) I was also mislead by the family oriented law firm that states it works for the people. I honestly thought this was a local law firm and quickly found out after the research that is far from the fact.

Expecting the minimum of my call was a legal opinion regardless of the out come to get involved or not. I was called back later that same day to say they would not be able to help with the legal concern that I called about. Not other information was given.

I expressed my concern that this firm misrepresents itself on TV due to the fact that I did not get to talk to a professional for a legal option. The exact definition of a consolation. The supervisor continued to redirect my concerns that led to nowhere.

Needless to say my time was wasted and I feel that the advertisement is misleading at best. I advise anyone that is thinking of calling this firm do your research first. As I found through personal experience and many reviews online you will be very disappointed and shocked at the reputation it has from real consumers.

I worked in a persons house she was very friskey when i told her i was married she went nuts said i threatend her singed a restaining order agenst me . the police came 2 days before Christmas tore our house said she told them i had a gun no gun as found .cost me a lot of money for lawyer and my wife wants a divorse. it was orderd no restaining order and that family members put her up to it i want to file a law suit can you help me ?

I called from the Tampa, Florida area ( that is where I currently live ) and asked if they could help me with a problem I am having with a Trust/Will in Chicago. They asked for all the details and then told me to hold on... they transferred me to 5 different people and locations all asking for the exact same information. After about 45 minutes explaining my case each time, the last girl I spoke with (sounded like a $8.00/hr. receptionist) put me on hold again and after about 5 minutes came back on the line. She told me that she was sorry but they don't have any attorneys that handle my type of case in Chicago. Can you believe that they do not have any estate planning attorneys in Chicago ?????? But of course they are for the PEOPLE !!!!!!! B.S. Don't waste your time calling them..... They are not worth it !!!!!!!!

My moon was injured by a nursing home transportation company the first week she was there. I provided all the info. NECESSARY seeing I'm a paralegal and knew what to supply. They did nothing for a year, then claimed no one was taking responsibility for hurting my mom so they closed the case. Shameful. If it's not a multi million dollar case they don't work on it. I should have followed my instincts telling me they sucked.

I should have followed my instincts and called another firm. M&M is in the top 10 of the worse law firms.

I was told Jennifer Miller was the attornry, and Johnthan Pearso was paralegal. I sent over 80 pages of pictures, hand written journal notes, bill, etc. After 7 months and being put off over and over I called MS. MILLER SHE WSS RUDE AND VERY UNPERSONABLE. SHE NEVER ASKED ME TO COME IN AND SEE HER. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET ANY OF MY MEDICAL RRCORDS. SHE SAID HER AND OTHER ATTORNY'S HAD LOOKED OVER MY CSSE AND DECIDED NOT TO TAKE IT.I WAS TOLD BY MR. PEARSON 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THIS THAT HE HAD SENT MY CSSE TO LITIGATION. I REQUESTED THEM TO SEND ME BACK ALL MY DOCUMENTS I HAD SENT THEM. THEY SENT BSCK MAYBE HALF OF WHAT I SENT IN. I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH THEIR COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT, ONLY TO BE CALLED BY YOU GOT IT MS. MILLER. I CALLED COMPLAINT LINE AGAIN AND TOLD THEM I NEVER WANT TO SPEAK TO ME. MILLER AGAIN. A MR. GEE CALLED ME AND I GOT EMOTIONSL, I JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AGAIN, AND I TOLD HIM HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS IN HIS COMPANY. I SAID THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT THEY WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS. I AM DISABLED AND SUFFERING. I TOLD HIM THAT MS. MILLER AND THEIR FIRM WANTED AN EASY CASE. THEY WANTED APARTMENT INSURANCE TO OFFER A SETTLEMENT. THEY DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO GO TO COURT AND FIGHT FOR YOU. DON'T USE MORGAN AND MORGAN THEY LIE TO YOU.

Almost 2 1/4 years since we were rear-ended in April 2015 causing $11,000 in damage to our late model SUV worth maybe $13,000. We've talked to our Morgan & Morgan attorney twice; once when I engaged him on advice of our chiropractor who was his friend and the 2nd when I demanded he call to let me know what the hell was going on after 2 years of silence. Now that my wife has exhausted her $10,000 of medical, he wants to have a meeting. The new case worker/para legal recently assigned to the case just rubs me the wrong way with his attitude. He recently call and talk to my wife and strongly suggested she stop spending insurance money on physical therapy and doctors. Said accidentally was no big deal and the other insurance company didn't think the claim had much value.Denied it when I confronted him. We'll see what Morgan and Morgan attorney has to report next Monday July 10, 2017.

Also, Morgan and Morgan out of Orlando filed a "Diminished Value" claim for me because of the extensive car damage, plus the car was never the same. Getting them to return calls was like pulling teeth. Finally settle for a few hundred because I wanted to trade the car in ASAP. My opinion on the Diminished Value Claims office is a low 2 out of 10.
