Almost 2 1/4 years since we were rear-ended in April 2015 causing $11,000 in damage to our late model SUV worth maybe $13,000. We've talked to our Morgan & Morgan attorney twice; once when I engaged him on advice of our chiropractor who was his friend and the 2nd when I demanded he call to let me know what the hell was going on after 2 years of silence. Now that my wife has exhausted her $10,000 of medical, he wants to have a meeting. The new case worker/para legal recently assigned to the case just rubs me the wrong way with his attitude. He recently call and talk to my wife and strongly suggested she stop spending insurance money on physical therapy and doctors. Said accidentally was no big deal and the other insurance company didn't think the claim had much value.Denied it when I confronted him. We'll see what Morgan and Morgan attorney has to report next Monday July 10, 2017.

Also, Morgan and Morgan out of Orlando filed a "Diminished Value" claim for me because of the extensive car damage, plus the car was never the same. Getting them to return calls was like pulling teeth. Finally settle for a few hundred because I wanted to trade the car in ASAP. My opinion on the Diminished Value Claims office is a low 2 out of 10.

I have a dont have a complaint but I always was impressed what they are saying that their firm is all about. Morgan and Morgan seems the Firm I thought I would hire if I ever needed one upon til now. I am glad that I reviewed some of the comments and complaints.
Its seems to me that this firm is run by a bunch of Para legals which none if them have any idea what's going on.

I contacted Morgan & Morgan regarding my case and they took down all my information. They said it would take about a week to see if they were going to accept my case. I waited the week, then two weeks. I called and was told "Your case has been sent up to our Senior Attorneys for review. You should hear something soon"! Another week goes by and nothing! I called again and was told that it was still being reviewed. Another week goes by and I finally get an email from a Paul Martinez (paralegal) advising me now after a month has gone by, that an Attorney Paul Botros has been assigned to handle my case and attached was a 7 page questionnaire which I completed in detail and sent it in that day! 4 days later I receive an email saying that they have now decided not to take my case! HORRIBLE FIRM! The comments on line are absolutely correct! They are the WORST!

01606 tober of 2012 I had spinal surgery. On the 8th of Oct the initial surgery then on the 10th another to complete the insertion of rods and pins in my spine. When I awoke on the 8 the, after the 1st surgery I complained that my left leg was severe pain, the sheets or anything. That touched it gave me excruciating. Pain. The doctors could not explain it. All attempts to figure it out and find a cure was hopeless, so 7 days later a third surgery was performed to explore possibilities but nothing was diagnosed. During my 7 day stay in the hospital the doctor who performed my surgery admitted he accidentally snipped my lower. Bowel but repaired it. I still suffer from the nerve damage to my left leg and foot. I called Morgan and Morgan within a month after my surgery to see if they would handle my malpractice case. I received a letter from their firm stating they could nit take my case at this time. I have been suffering with this nerve damage a doctor caused and because. Of it i can no longer work. I struggled for 3 yrs. Working with this disability in a very stressful and demanding job which was my career but could no longer handle the job due to my extreme pain my performance was suffering so I was forced to resign and retire early. Had it not been for the negligence of my physician. during the surgery I could have continued working. But Morgan and Morgan would not help me.They're. Slogan should be "for the people whose cases we can win ONLY.i will never use or recommend. This law firm to anyone.

I was subpoenaed to give a deposition on a case against a previous employer, one that I have not worked at for 1 and 1/2 years. It was bad enough that I know this case is bogus and that the plaintiff is a money seeker and know that she did NOT get hurt during the incident that she claims. But then after taking a day off from work to go to this deposition in downtown Orlando since I work in Mount Dora and live in Apopka, prior to heading down there I was checking the address so as to put it in my GPS.. I could not locate said address so I contacted the office just to find that they cancelled the deposition WITHOUT informing me. Thank goodness I called right before leaving, otherwise I would have driven an hour for nothing. As it stands I took the day off (losing wages that will not be compensated) for no reason. The attorney's assistant claimed they did not have my phone number. First let me say that as soon as I received the subpoena I called Mr. John Lynch's office requesting that they take me deposition somewhere closer to me. They never returned my call and let me just say that given the attorney's on both sides have to share information... they could have contacted the defense attorney and obtained my phone number.

How incredibly incompetent, inconsiderate and rude!!!!! All for someone that is trying to get something for nothing. Thanks John Lynch for taking food out of my children's' mouths and money out of my pocket !!!!!

My husband has been calling James and Mark in the Memphis office the never answer nor return phone calls. There are having my husband get documation that the want to be lawyers are suppose to get. The whole law firm is a joke. Hopefully enough people that campaign please complain to the BBB and they will either get shut down or something. I DON'T think the the person (Mark) that is over my husband's case should get anything maybe 5% but defiantly not 20% the person isn't doing anything then telling my husband to get documation that the joker is suppose to get himself what a joke. Plus the case has been going on for about a year to 2 years now. Slow much I think so....

This won't help I know. Morgan and Morgan has way too much money to even care. Take your lying ads off of tv. They are misleading. After being hospitalized by a motorcycle accident, my wife and I hired this firm. Once they figured out they couldn't make any money from our situation, they decided not to help us. WHAT??? Their ad should finish with "for the people's money". That's all they care about. By the time they realized this, the man that hit us had already transferred every single thing he owned into other peoples names, I understand even a dog was included. So, I had to fire them in writing. Besides my wife losing her foot, 480 thousand dollars in hospital bills, (we were both messed up bad). So by the time I was able to get an attorney that at least acted like he cared, nothing was left but our now bill to him. Well, it cost our relationship of 12 years also. Hard to overcome the dozens of bills ending up in our mailbox every week. Thanks a lot John. Morgan and Morgan, for the peoples money. That's all.

These people should finish their ad by saying, for the peoples money, because that's all they care about, not the people. My now ex wife and I contacted them when we were still in the hospital after a horrible motorcycle accident that eventually cost my wife's foot, our home, our marriage and I could go on. I called for assistance for violations of the FDCPA, fccpa, along with breach of contract by BOA, harassing letters, coming on my property, mortgage defense etc. But yet they state " you have a case but we can't help you". Apparently, Mr. Morgan YOU are not for the PEOPLE. Why advertise FDCPA and mortgage defense if you can't handle those cases??? Funny, I guarantee this is about how much money you would make if you took this case on!! Wow.. fraudulent accounts were made by BOA, loss of promissory note, selling my account to a different servicers when promised they wouldn't! I can go on and on and on but obviously it won't help. You are just like every other scum bag lawyer out there. Unreliable. No wonder why the consumers are being taken advantage of by every slimy corporations out here cause not 1 good attorney will take on a case!

I contacted Morgan and Morgan online had a phone conversation with a lady who made it out I would be hearing from the firm about handling my case which was against an employer for wrongful termination and for not allowing me to fill out paperwork to report an injury. I received a call being told Morgan and Morgan does handle my type of case. They lie when they say they are for the people they are for themselves don't be fooled by their David vs. Goliath crap they are not a David they are more the Serpent in the Garden promsing things they know they don't intend to see through. David fought Goliath to save all his people not just those he felt where important to him. What a joke Morgan and Morgan is just a group of rich lawyers proving what everyone already knows about lawyers they are out for themselves not for the people in needed.

I contacted Morgan and Morgan about an age discrimination issue against a large US corporation. Morgan and Morgan would not take on the case. Their TV and radio commercials and numerous billboards are stating false information. They only take selected people as they are not qualified to pursue complicated cases. Perhaps it is because their firm is all about family and they do not have the knowledge, skill and education. Not all lawyers are created equal. Morgan and Morgan, for the selected people.

I did a consultation and was placed on hold.. My case was denied.. My 6 year old has a broken arm because of the previous surgery of doctors that don't deserve to be doctors.. They did a procedure to straighten my sons bone they somehow messed that up and my sons bone was wrapped in a cast and they let it heal that way.. Numerous sets of xrays carlessly overlooked.. I cannot believe an attorney would not pick up my case.. I'm sickened by the doctors who treated my son and I'm sickened by how heartless your attorneys are.. My son is 100 percent a victim of medical malpractice. Thanks for Wasting my time!!

Apparently not. After FOUR emails, I called and finally spoke to an associate (not sure if she was an attorney or not). Was told they can't help us.

So don't be fooled by the commercials on TV and radio. John Morgan (or his people) do not work for the "little guy". Having read the other comments on this site, I'm not sure what they do other than advertise. Oh - unless they're sure to make a big buck.

On the above date, I was injury by a patient, at WEST CENTRAL GA. REGION HOSPITAL.I went to court every. medical benefit was denied by a judge, Atty appeal the case medical was restored but not compensated for no finance.This is a state. job, when a cop is injury they continue to get paid.I haven't been compensated for my injuries. I am still under the doctors care, pain management I have to get injections to my neck.

I called but saw all of the reviews so didn't give any information. Currently the attorney's that advertise are in bed with government officials, State offices, large companies contracturaly to keep their money in their pockets. You can pay all you want, but it's difficult finding an attorney that represents you any more. They are all in bed. I think we are all better off just going to small claims court and not pay anyone. Just a thought.

After inmate lifted the garbage bags, he felt a terrible chest pain and went for a major by pass surgery and also started for dialysis since.I want to know how you can help .Because its health has known before incarceration.

Some of you all are to funny. If Morgan & Morgan dosnt take your BS case than no one will. They will do anything for a buck. If they dont take your case its either the statute of limitations has expired or tort reform laws paid for by the insurance companies into your politicians pockets makes it so they cant or if your going to be a pain in the ass and call every day about your BS injury case where 99% of people would be better the next day to a week taking up their time when their busy working on 1000's of other BS cases just like yours. my wife was discrimanted at her work place. talked to a morgan and morgan associate, who passed it to the attorney. which said they coildn,t help her and referred her to someone else. she works at Wal Mart. morgan and morgan i think they our affraid of wal mart. to big too many lawyers. It,s to bad that they only pick and choose who they know they can beat. I would not reccomend them to anyone. they our all blow and no go.

Filed stryker law suit with Morgan & Morgan in 2014 for metal poisoning. My mother died and this company says they are not able to get monies for her death because the doctor did not remove the whole hip device. It's like she should have did her own surgery. Every now and then they say that they are working on the case. I asked for a trial and they refused. Still waiting for outcome. Their are some mean hateful people there. The little "God's" seem to be not so smart. I am going to get another lawyer if this Case is not settled soon. Those people are not interested in my mother's death.

I was injured 3/27/2010 by a client at WCGRH in Columbus Ga. I contact MORGAN. AND MORGAN LAWYER, I was assigned a WORKMAN. COMP. ATTY.We did a definition. with 2 ATTY.'S,had a hearing with a judge.Both ATTY. stated I was injured, the. judge remove all my medical . treatment My ATTY. appealed to restore. my treatments. But I was not entitle to no back wages I was told by the head nurse. to go home. The doctor put me on light duty. I was told their was no duty. I had to borrow money to pay my bills.

I live in a house built in 1960 and I believe I have water coming out of the walls between the kitchen and family room and the carpet is wet and has continued to come out oOF the wall since Nov. I hired Morgan and Morgan 3 years ago to represent me in a slip and fall accident where an employee actually ran me over with approximately 50-60 shopping carts. The accident left me with a torn rotary cuff and a herniated back disc. Due to my in juries I am currently unable to work and have exhausted all of my funds and other options I'm an effort to keep my p above water. To date we are still going back and forth regarding settling. The attorney assigned to my case seems like he is working against me and with the insurance company. I am so frustrated with this firm. They are not for their clients they are for the insurance company. I thought I hired a firm with aggressive attorneys. I was so so wrong.
