Sure have struck a chord with the Captain and it’s called more attention to the situation. I think instead of threatening me and the Captain threatening me. You should make sure all your facts are correct. 99% of what you have written here is false and that is well documented. You are implicating other people, one of which I strongly believe does not want to be implicated, but you’ve laid it all out there for all to see. Thank you knowing it is false only makes you look bad.



Now my desire as it always has been over the last 6 years is for the Captain to not say my name or more importantly my children or my family. I no longer want to get calls from the Island, telling me that Randy is once again badmouthing me. I really don’t think that is such a difficult request.

I can guarantee Randy is not a subject matter I choose to talk about or his buddy either. With all the amazing things you all having going. You’d think that I would be the last thing you should pay attention to. But here you are? Paying attention to little ole crazy me.

I keep getting multiple meet me requests and by the time I get to them to view their profile I get a message stating that this user has deleted their profile or was removed by pof. This is happening over and over and I just joined last week. It's pretty disappointing every time I check.

I've been on POF for a while now and I've had my profile deleted for no reason several times. I am also a single female with no inappropriate pictures. I'm a professional and don"t bother anyone. It's irritating that POF allows men to send me nude photos without my consent, but erases my profile for no reason.

So, I had my POF account for about a year, no problems other than the app occasionally being buggy or down. The other day, out of the blue, I got the login screen and it wouldn't accept my login info, even though it hadn't changed. I thought the app was just down, but no.

It allowed me to re-create my same profile. I used the same username, email account and password as before, and suddenly it works again. I don't feel my account was banned, I feel this was some kind of glitch. I rarely message anyone first, so I certainly never spammed anyone, used copy-paste messages or anything like that.

Also, there is nothing sexual or otherwise inappropriate about my profile (I'm a woman.) No racy photos, no scantily-clad photos..no swear words, etc. My intent is to find a relationship, so I wasn't messaging anyone with inappropriate text either.

Since I know I didn't break any rules (and had not been very active on it for weeks other than to sign in and check messages), I'm considering it a glitch that probably needs to be remedied. The fact that it allowed me to recreate the very same account using all the same credentials points to it not having been a problem with my actual account activity.

I had an account on pof.com and it has been deleted for no reason and without any explanation. When I created a new account a few minutes later I stopped being able to send or receive any messages. I did not realize it got disabled or quarantined until I attempted to contact my friend and he said he did not get my message. After that I created a new profile and after receiving about 20 messages within 15 minutes everything stopped again. Again I am unable to send or receive messages. I sent numerous emails to pof supprot asking for the reason it happens and help since at first I assumed the issue could be related to my computer settings but even through my phone I was unable to send or receive messages. Apparently pof responses only to upgraded users and totally ignores free users. I have never posted any fake pictures, never wrote anything inappropriate on my profile or replied to inappropriate messages. I feel very upset especially because I do not understand what could be wrong and unable to get an answer for weeks. My pictures are real and decent too. Yes I am very good looking but since when good looking people are not allowed to use online dating websites? Please help me to figure out what could be the issue here.
My very first user name was Beam_of_Light - it got deleted without any explanation or notification. The second one that I assume was quarantined was Beam_of_Light85 and the most recent one was luchsveta. My contact email is [email protected].

I was almost potentially scammed for thousands of dollars. Had I not been savvy in this area, I could have easily been drawn in. The profile name was gator1956 (profile ID# = 4173886). He contacted me on 6/18/17. His profile stated he was from Clearwater FL, and I live 1,000 miles away. I have been single for a while and would have never considered a long distance relationship but felt this was some kind of fate. What this person did was build a fake profile stating he was a widower and used someone else's picture and I believe they copied the text from another profile, appearing to be very successful, naive and sincere. Then he tried to get information out of me as to my status, and after a couple of emails stated that he is in love with me. I saved all his texts and emails. Then he asked for my physical address and sent me flowers, stating he loved me and wanted to surprise me. I totally bought into this lie. What girl wouldn't? One statement from him I question: "I will love you in this life and the next." Then he said he was awarded a huge project in Malaysia; that should have been a flag. He stated he will be there for 8 weeks. He sent me pictures of the job site (who knows where this was taken), and a picture of him having dinner. Then suddenly after a few days there he said he was robbed at gunpoint by some "Indian gangsters" while he was in a cab in between the jobsite and the hotel. He immediately asked me for $19,950 because he has no money and needs to finish the project. I thought, "if he is so successful, he should know what to do, and should have resources to amend this situation. And...they didn't steal his phone?" I told him I do not have the $$; I suggested he file a police report. He stated they attacked him a gunpoint, and if he went to the authorities he would be killed. He told me not to say anything to anyone. I then suggested he contact the U.S Embassy in Malaysia. I gave him the number, and he said thanks. Then he said, "can't you even give me $1,000 to support me for the weekend? I promise to pay it back." I knew it was a scam at this point...and went into POF to block him. Amazing. His profile was gone. I do have it on an xps file but cannot attach it here. I attached a couple of pictures that were in that profile and can provide any additional information at your request. I tried locating a good phone number to report to POF so another person is not a victim of the next scam but the phone number they provide is not good. I do believe this person will try this again, and has done this to other women. This needs to be addressed. I do not trust Plenty of Fish at all. I am deleting my account. Please advise if there is anything else I can do to capture this individual.

My U.S. account was suddenly deleted after more than 5 years of use plus payment for one year for an Upgrade situation. I guess the confusion is that I also had a second account in Portuguese foro POF.Com. Br that is a por account in Brazil. PLEASE , restore my account asap specially because all my records and ladies' accounts are all there. Thank you !

I have been an off and on user of POF since 2008. Recently (4 weeks ago) I updated my phone App and have not been able to login since. I've requested a Password Reset Email several times to be sent to my registered email and have yet to receive it. I've also email csr@pof for assistance and nothing from them either. Getting really frustrated. . . anyinput?

My profile has been deleted twice in as many weeks. Both times there was no warning, no e-mails and no response from their "customer service" which for the most part does not care enough to a. answer the phone, b. respond to e-mails. The second time was a clear hack as a friend of mine took a snap shot of the new profile and it was totally hacked.

POF is, without a doubt the worst of all dating websites. It is managed by wanna be Nazis who act without warning or courtesy.

I urge everyone to avoid this site, it is not worth the trouble that you will be put through.

I didn't even have a profile for 12 hours and I was banned! I'm a female, sent 1 message. Got 1 totally inappropriate message about fecal matter. Woke up and the account was gone. I'm new to online dating and I'm done. I've never ever heard of something like this. No message, no explanation etc. What if they have me confused with someone else? You aren't alone, there are LOTS of people banned for no reason, explanation etc. It's weird no doubt! But if this is how a site conducts itself, go other places. I was ALWAYS cynical about POF - for years, I refused to even consider it. My assumption was correct.

Hmmm I've read enough to understand I'm not alone in having my account deleted without explanation, and, like many others, feel that I didn't break any of their rules.

And... I'm so okay with that. In a weird way. I'm happy. What a crappy experience online dating has been, in many ways. I have met some very good friends, life long friendships through this site. Not love connections. But good connections nonetheless. I guess I kept coming back hoping that at some point there would be something more.

So, what I want to say is; thank you for randomly deleting me for no reason. Moving on now... yay!

I tried customer service but they have not replied my ex husband has a computer company its simple for him. I tried hiding my photo and using another name but it is pointless. He finds them all with help from idiot friends.

Stay away from Ranchsorter23 Alan Golick. He is bad news! He is physically abusive and currently awaiting a trial date for domestic assault! Girls if you want to try this... prepare for dishonesty, manipulation and being punched in the head while you sleep....

I've noticed people complaining about accounts being deleted.
I've been randomly logged out of my POF account on my phone and can't get back in...

I find when you log into a computer on your account then log back in on your phone it fixes the problem.

I don't have his user name (only part I could remember is he has the name Dave in it ) any longer from the Plenty of Fish site. Be warned, this guy is very slick and poses as a businessman ( importer of cocoa beans supposedly) and went to Accra, Ghana for some months (January to April or who knows he may still be there and be rotting with the beans! )on the pretense to buy the cocoa beans and then asks for money for shipping them. He is very charming and had me fooled. We had some disagreements, and then he makes you seem like the bad guy for thinking bad thoughts of him. Please be careful as he will say that he loves you and you are the "perfect" one for him and "we were destined to meet."

This user hockeystar6, 34 yrs old, from Hampton,NH and works ambulance company per profile but really is unemployed. He had scammed 2 women on this site and got $3,000 from each woman. He wants text immediately and wants your phone number and gives his. He also wants you to text and/or email sexy photos. He might look like a handsome guy but don't be fooled, ladies! He had been messaging with me all the while he had a girlfriend. He told her he deleted the account and asked me to meet for a drink Thur night after only talking for 2 days. I found out who his girlfriend was and sent her a Facebook message, she told me he's a liar, uses women for money. He is unemployed and took $3000 on her credit card and took other girls on dates. He also lied and said he was single for 6 months. When asked about his job, he dodged those questions because he's not employed. All the while with the girlfriend he was using another girl and staying at her house, taking her on dates with girlfriends credit card. The only reason they found out about each other was because girlfriend contacted his father to let him know and get her money paid back. Ladies, he will sweet talk you, tell you what you want to hear, say he's not like any of the other guys in pof, that he is honest, never cheated, and never will. He seeks out fits who have good jobs and have money because he had none. He lives at home with his parents, who pay everything and are paying back these 2 girls who can't forward. He will probably date you for awhile then use the feel sorry for me I have credit or financial problems and then that get ladies give him money. Since, this incident went down he's been grounded by his parents and can't go anywhere. This due to his dad having to pay these women back.

Beware of Bruce Smith (C.I. Ltd.) of Campbell, CA and/or Cape Town South Africa, [email protected]. After 3 months of lovely text and emails and a couple of phone calls only, (no face to face meeting), he finally asked me to send as much of the $70,000 he needed for his 'mums' health and business issues ASAP; when I refused, he vanished! I am afraid that he has scammed other women out of funds, he can be quite charming!

hey logged me out of my plenty of fish account and could not log back in.I got deleted out of no where while just signed barley up on the site with in not even 1 hour and nothing on my profile was bad or even looking for a "fast hook up" I was putting serious effort into my profile and nothing I have done was wrong and next thing you know am logged out with no reason why...

I tried contacting Plenty of Fish and never got a response to this so am just going to report this to higher levels and as well alert all social media and online forums and all review boards against them.As far as rating, if I could not even give a 1 star rating, I would give them no star rating.

POF.com ROBS money from you even if you have cancelled your POF account prior to renewal of your one time upgrade! Please check for automatic two year recurring payment registered by POF on you Paypal account, bank account or credit card. THERE WILL BE NO WAY YOU WOULD GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Comparing to other dating site, POF.COM is like a con man. I will never use POF.COM and nobody should. My bad experience in summer, 2016... When I chose the one time payment at POF.com for a 2-month upgrade option for $37+ using credit card via Paypal or any other means. POF made you believe that you would only be charged for that amount once and be able to cancel your Prfofiel in POF and their service to you anytime without further financial obligation. In my case, after I authorized the payment, Plentyoffish (POF) actually put in a two year automatic recurring payment onto my account in Paypal but I won't know about it (as you thought POF only charges you once for the upgrade as said in their website). POF didn't inform you at all about the recurring charges in the invoice or in your profile in POF. I cancelled my upgrade two weeks before it expired and closed my account (actually, POF never really deleted your account). So, you thought you were done with POF... WRONG, When it comes to renewal, Paypal or any other means you used would automatically send another $37+ to POF. Paypal won't stop the payment because they said I authorized a two recurring payment to POF.com. POF.com replied my email once to say they won't refund even thought they lied about the payment option at its website. After the first email, POF.com won't reply my subsequent emails. I hope this helps the person who plans to buy the one-time two month upgrade.. DON'T use POF.COM! There are other honest dating site. If you are current user of POF.COM, I will suggest you to check for 2 year automatic recurring payment registered against your method of payment right now!

my complaint is that POF owner is cancilling our account with out our permision deliting them soon as we open our account i hove no choice but to report this to the uk police and the FBI

this is not funny this is my 6 account and every one has been shut by you for reason at all get a grip and stop cancelling ppl account if we payd for it this would not happen

I registered on POF for the first tim, but already the very next day, my account was deleted. I haven't done anything wrong, sent a single message to another user, asking "have you studied in the same city?", nothing else. No nude pictures or other things. Next day I want to check for a response - but the account was deleted, the email address for resetting the password is not in their database anymore.

Sending an inquiry to "[email protected]" is useless. No response seems to come back from this address.

Conclusion: POF is a waste of time.
