I sold off the majority of these properties just prior to 9/11 doing very well financially. Having seen the housing market crash that we're facing today, I'm able to buy properties for less than what I paid for my very first home. So a couple years ago I started buying property again. In this distressed economic housing market; I'm buying (paying cash) Single Family Residences Condo’s (with low HOA fees), as rentals and homes to potentially flip.

Both my parents are still alive, still married. My Father is a Retired Army Officer. I have three other siblings (3 boys, 1 girl). My parents attend Church regularly. Having been an "Army Brat," My Father’s Military career took us to several parts of the U.S. and abroad lived in places like England, France, Germany, Holland, and Thailand.
