Hi, my parcel stuck at KLIA HUB since 19/7/2023, now its 21/7/2023… why ya????

I sent parcel to a address,no one at home,parcel comes back,to subang Jaya,then parcel comes to death place.i tried many to inform where is my parcel by tracking,tel,dash board no reply at the end. When I went to office at the end they throw away even the parcel has email,telephone.... Sorry this is rubbish,I lost more than 300 RG,Thai post no problem,and the information about the parcel would be easy to sent before sent to the death room.no the goods,the work all for nothing, no good reputation for this pos laju.

I send parcel to germany,after some time no tracking anymore,all deleted than I go to pos office give me this address and nombor, ,told me parcel is there but nombor 014279 1552 not working.now I send you the parcel nombor,they told me you have it. CP 32 271 044 7 my.

Again and again, so many tines I had to go to the post office to collect parcel. Poslaju never delivers when people are in the condo all the time. Just left a chit saying failed delivery. So convenient right? WORST ATTITUDE EVER! Never had such problem with other shipping companies.

I sent my parcel to UK in 29/9/2021 to UK and it’s still in KL departure line for 12 days. Customer service never pick up phone and emailed but it’s unable to send.
When my parcel will be deliver or they can’t deliver it to UK?

My parcel has been stuck at PO Office Tamparuli about 12 days already. The item processed taking too much time from 19th August until today, 31st August. There is no even message or update by the pos laju service. I really hope my parcel can be delivered ASAP. Please do contact the customer if there's any problem regarding the parcel so we dont have to worry that much about it.

Apabila di semak melalui tracking number. Item telah diterima tetapi sebaliknya ia TIDAK BERLAKU.
Saya mohon pihak tuan segera menyiasat kenapa ia berlaku. Item itu adalah sangat penting.

Saya Parameswary A/P Supramaniam ingin membuat aduan kehilangan barang milik peribadi, menggunakan khidmat Pos Laju Ekspress. Barang di pos pada 23/6/2021. kepada Guru Prasth V, 112A Agraharam, Thirumnncheri Kuttalam TK, Mayiladuthurai Dt, Pin- 609801 dengan tacking numbor EE 061463157MY .

Saya track barang yang di pos memalui sistem menunjukkan item sudah di terima tetapi. Penerima di india (Guru Prasth) menjatakan barang masih tidak diterima dari pihak tuan.
