havent received my parcel for one month already :'(
I have not receive my item with tracking number ERB941015548MY . The status for my items never being updated since 16th May 2020 which had been one month already. According to the status , my item being processed at Poslaju Puchong . Until now , there is not update on my parcel where-being . Previously , I had lodge the same complaint but no action taken as well as an update in which it is such a disappointment for me as a loyal customer for Pos Malaysia , particulary for Poslaju courier. I am afraid that the parcel is missing , overlooked etc , its a Birthday present btw :(

seller post brg 5june sampai ke sudah takda update.kalau cam tu mcmne nak tau sellee penipu ke poslaju tak guna? dua2 prangai pun tah pape, aku baya kot poslaju bukan guna free.kot ye pun byk parcel, sampai smgu ko tak update da kenapa? ko ingat aku beli brg mmg nak letak kat tempat ko tuk hiasan menanti kiamat ke cmne?da la complaint takda respon, kol robot jawab, ko tutup jela cs kot yang guna ask.post tu.xbguna pun.mnyakitkan ati.sptutnya ngan keuntungan ko sampai 2020 ni ko patut lebih efisen.cuba amk teladan currier negara lain,cm ne system dyorg.ni blik2 staff up kat fb sabar brg byk or etc.cust boleh saba tp y ko mnyusahkan cust tak update sampai kiamat da kenapa!
