My items processed at Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub) since 26-Apr-20 and still stuck without any progress. I'm staying 15 min away from KLIA, yet it seems difficult for them to coordinate the process due to what reason? Pos Laju is the biggest shipping company in Malaysia with the most number of worker but it is the worst service provider during MCO so far. Shame on you legend.
