Undelivered parcel since 5/10/2019 until today 7/11/2019..its have been reached 1 month! What happened actually with my parcel there?! Ive already called KLIA hub and Pos Laju HQ but no one answering me. I also write down the email to pos laju careline and attached my phone number. Please! At least call me back to tell me where is actually my parcel. So that i can collect by myself! Pos laju KLIA Hub is SUCK!!

To KLIA Pos Laju Hub. Please make sure all your staffs doing their job.
1. My parcel from 5/10 until today 7/11 it have been reached 1 month my parcel hanging there at your office hub.
2. I’ve call so many times you office and Pos Laju HQ but no one answers me. Are all your staff was so busy????? But what happened to my parcel?!
3. At least let me know where is my parcel so that i can collect by myself if your staff are all “busy” and couldnt send it to me!!!
