More than 30 Parcels havent receive
Please check the status of my parcel. It has been more than 2 months from the date of delivery but I havent receive my parcels yet. I also have send an email ( [email protected]) on 17th November 2018 but until now no action on it.

LATE DELIVERY & BAD SERVICE
Tracking no EH879501087MY, post my parcel on 12/11/2018 4.59 pm, but i received it on 16/11/2018. Is that takes such a longer time to deliver the parcel from Ipoh perak to sungai petani kedah.. What kind of services are you provide to us . and also my parcel was fully damaged inside how chould you throwing my parcel until inside of the things was damaged like this.. are you responsible for this damages? or pos laju gonna answer for this damages ? what kind off stupid service do you have.. do you know the value of the things inside or do you know the cost of the things.. Im strictly said better you guys take proper training ... im disappointed with your stupid service like this !!!!!

ON 12/11/2018 4.45PM MY PARCEL WAS POSTED FROM IPOH PERAK TO SUNGAI PETANI KEDAH , THIS STUPID POS LAJU SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVER TO SUNGAI PETANI WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAY ONLY , BUT ITS TAKES TIME 5 WORKING DAYS. What kind of service are you provide to us. I received it on 16/11/2018 - Is that from ipoh to sungai petani takes such ah longer time like this !!! you all making us stupid or you are the stupid .. Im really disappointment with your bad stupid service like this. And also my parcel was fully damage inside ,you guys throwing my parcel until inside the things damaged.. do you know the cost of the things ? stupid service.. better u all change your attitude

Parcel not received
On the 19th of July, 6.06pm, my parcel #EN223131852MY was stated delivered to a person named MUHAMMAD RIDHWAN. But during the day, only the guard school there to receive any incoming parcel. No guard named as that name. What happen to my package?I tried the phone line in Puchong and it's engage the whole day. I couldn't even get through. This service is really bad. Please check the complaint no CP180806146843 (second time report the complaint). I will ready to submit report police about this issue.

NO NOTIFICATION CARD
Dear Pos Malaysia,
I did not received any notification card at all send by your postmen,and i check in track n trace column your postmen left me a notification card and ask me to call the hotline no,W.T.F!!!am here the whole morning and no ### postmen ring my door bell at all and my important item suppose to arrive by today on my hand to received it,the sending address is a office address, there are 30 more human could possibly receive my parcel and they know me for many years, and please upgrade your hotline service,suck really bad, i demand the parcel to be send to me by today, this is bullshit!!please ask pos laju kepong to send it to me!!tq

I send my documents on 4/7/18 and today 11/7/18 the recipient yet to received.
It sending from Jalan Sultan Ismail to Leboh Ampang in KL.
Tracking only show the update until 5/7/18 which is arrive at delivery facility Brickfields.
Appreciated if you could check the status and let me know ASAP.

mail not received and inefficient staff
I sent a mail through Pos Laju from Pos Besar Shah Alam Ezi-drive to Melaka on Tuesday and the receiver did not receive it until Friday, Pos Laju did not even contact me and inform me anything, I lost my tracking number so couldn't track. I called Pos Besar Shah Alam and Pos Laju and they both told me they cant do anything to help me find my mail. I went over to Pos Besar Shah Alam at the Tracking Items counter and two ladies were there on their phone. While attending to me, they were still on the phone and kept on saying 'Tak tahu lah, tak sure lah, susah lah, lambat ni'. How inefficient and unprofessional are they and those from Pos Laju who did not contact me to inform about my mail should be held responsible too. I am the customer and I paid for the service, you have to find a way to solve my problem but now my important mail is lost and thanks to everyone, your slow work is only going to make it worst! HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO DELIVER A LETTER SERIOUSLY???

Postman sampai rumah tapi tak " Hon " atau call pun no.phone yang dibekalkan dengan alasan postman tidak dibekalkan top up untuk call customer, sedangkan sebelum ni boleh je call dan bila saya call customer service, mereka bagi alasan tak ada sesiapa rumah , sedangkan saya ada sahaja di rumah, call no Pos Laju nilai sejak pagi pukul 9am smpi 1pm tiada jawapan. Call post laju customer care pun tiada jawapan. Sangap kecewa dengan perkhidmatan Pos Laju.
