postman attitude too bad

today i help my brother received parcel, those postman just say write your name, ic and signature and he didn't told me sign where, then he show me his bad attitude and scold me. Hello, Pos Laju gave this good service to customer???? Please provide training class to him!!

Attitude of parcel man

My parcel arrrive to my company today at 1 precinct Penang.
Since 1 precinct has 2 lobby if I’m not mistaken, once the pos laju man called me I asked him which lobby he is now. He keep yelling in the phone which is I’m not sure what is he talking about and I told him I will go to find him now(I’m having my lunch at the market opposite my office).

Once I get there I saw his motorbike, and walk to him, he asked me, m i the 1 he is calling just now? , “yes, I am” then he said I’m so troublesome, and keep mumbling until I go off.

First of all, there is reason I asked him where he is/ which lobby he is.. or else where can I go to get my parcel?!
Secondly, is this a attitude to treat a customer?! I’m not sure what he is angry about, I not even scold him yet when he yelled at me in the call.

Please do check on the parcel man as I have snapped his number plate. Hope my parcel will not send via pos laju anymore. I m so enough to be treated this way.

Item pending

Hi, My items on pending status since 02.01.2018. I called PosLaju last Friday (05.01.2018) . I have 2 item.

Thay said, One of my item arrived and they will sent it to me on sunday. But I have NOT received it yet.

My other item have not arrived since Wednesday (03.01.2018). The status was pending until now.

To PosLaju : Please take an action and improve delivery services. I have waited too long.

Item not received

Sy dah track dah ER047905106MY barang sy dari 8/12/17 item masih lagi dispatched out. Sampai skg tak dapat2. Yg musykil barang2 lain dah sampai dulu padahal sellers (china) shipped lambat sikit dari ER047905106MY. Ikut ETA yg ditetapkan kan sepatutnya 13/12/17 sy dah terima item sy. Please address our problem. Barang tak sampai2 tapi dah bayar mcm mana ni?? Harap sgt brg parcel sy tak hilang atau tercicir

was not on time

I was not at home the other day and i missed to postman"s phone call. Then i quickly called back to the postman. He told me that the parcel can be sent the next day without any additional charges. However , i waited for 2 days, 2days people . I didnt receive my parcel and tried to call him but he didnt pick up the phone. i was really angry. Hope pos laju fix this problem. I have been waiting for the parcel for a long time.

Rude delivery guy

Pos Laju Malaysia dispatcher - obnoxious, disrespectful and totally no manners. I don't know why pos Laju still maintain this kind of employee. Went and complaint in Pos Malaysia Facebook, and guess what..THEY DELETED IT!!!

Bad manner and attitude to customer

An item I want to return to Lazada, I pass the item to them they say cannot return because I only printed one form . So I have come next time with 4 form. Then I say usually I go to shamelin to return but they only need one . Then the Malay woman say then go to shamelin post. What the hell service is it??

Unsuccessful delivery

My parcel was "out for delivery" on 3rd Mar 10:42:23AM and posted this statement on the tracking site on the same day 06:09:50 PM "Unsuccessful delivery. Please contact 1 300 300 300 Future delivery". I tried to call both 1 300 300 300 and also the branch (Pos Laju Butterworth) but nobody bother to pick up my call. How can it be unsuccessful when I am in the office all the while and the guard was always there for the whole day? The postman does not even bother to try to contact me and stated the this as unsuccessful delivery? I waited for future delivery but the tracking website state "Item can be collected at". THIS IS RIDICULOUS ! How can I courier service failed to deliver item to customer without an acceptable reason and ask customer to pick up on their own? So what's the point of putting the address and having post man on duty? Please check on your postman whether they done their duty in the correct manner or not? I will be waiting for a fast respond or this will go to higher level.
