The courier irresponsibly to update the status without attending to the receiver address. This has gave very inconvenient to the receiver end..

The courier officer simply update the status as "Delivery attempted" although he/she without attend to receiving address. In additional, he/she only updated the status on the next day morning.

This has gave very inconvenient the receiver end.

Status delivered but not received my parcel

I sent a parcel from Kuching to Melbourne via Poslaju on 6 Dec 2021. Today I checked with my son to see whether the parcel has arrived. It has not so I started tracking. To my shock, I found out that the parcel never even left Kuching! 😱I hope Poslaju can track down my parcel n send it back to me if they can't deliver it due to certain circumstances. If not, I would like a refund.

My parcel arrived at Mail Processing Center Kuching on 1st Oct. And now it’s 8th Oct. What happened poslaju? Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.
