I sent my parcels to the mini post office 9 days ago and the tracking status still has not been updated at all. It says the tracking number cannot be found. This is also the case for another parcel I dropped off 7 days ago. Multiple parcels are taking too long to show any updates. Before this, I would usually be able to see updates one or two days later. Three at most. This is very concerning as my customers are worried about not receiving their items and I do not want to seem like a scammer.

Seorang posmen datang ke rumah untuk hantar barang. Sesampainya di rumah saya, dia membunyikan hon. Malangnya ketika itu saya hampir selesai memandikan diri dan pada masa yang sama, hanya saya sahaja yang berada di rumah. Akibat tidak sabar, posmen tersebut membunyikan honnya berkali-kali dan saya bergegas menyalin pakaian dan menuju ke arah pagar rumah. Setibanya saya di pagar rumah, posmen tersebut dengan sengajanya memecut pergi. Saya faham dia mempunyai kerja yang banyak, akan tetapi, janganlah biadap. saya membuat aduan ini bukan untuk meminta ganti rugi tetapi untuk menyedarkan posmen-posmen sekalian supaya bersabar melakukan tugas. Sebagai seorang posmen jalankan amanah anda dengan baik. Akhirnya, saya pergi ke cawangan poslaju bintulu dan mengambil parcel tersebut yang di-remark "SAYA SUDAH HON 9 KALI TAPI TAK DIAMBIL". Tetapi tidak pula diberitahu yang saya sudah pun sampai ke pagar dan mahu mengambil barang tersebut dan dia bertindak lari!

DISAPPOINTINGNG!!!THE WORD THAT I CAN THINK ABOUT POSLAJU SERVIS. MY ITEMS ALERADY IN THE POSLAJU ALMOST 1 MONTHS.Today i went to 4 places to check my status items bcoz no update until now. I go to Pusat Mel Nasional bcoz in the tracking number say is there. Before coming to pusat mel i actually give call and efeedback 2 weeks before decide to come and check my items. I go there and NO COUNTER to ask anything.luckly the securityguard tell me nicely go to Seksyen 16 Jalan paku poslaju to check there. I went there but same answer. The items is not there. The man in the counter asking me to check at Poalaju besar Shah Alam.i went there and receive news that my items already reach at puchong. I feel very tired and a bit angry.i went to shah alam from puchong. And received news that my things already at puchong.WTF!!!.. wasting my energy and my time. So i went to poslaju puchong. The woman in the counter can say to me maybe 1 or 2 months can received my items. The items didnt reach at puchong yet and can say that my items not missing. U expect us to belive that. I pay money alreay for the items and the parcel. U make us (customer) like a fool. Waiting 1 or 2 months. No more poslaju. I will not use poslaju in future. Today is the lesson for me. No update and customer servis is not good.

My Parcel is being processed by ECPC Subang Jaya since 13 Dec 2020 and still no update, I do understand the hectic of

processing tons of parcels but it seems like ECPC Subang Jaya only try to "move" the parcel when questioned by the receiver.

All my other parcel from other outlet were fast and delivered within 3-4 days and for your information, I am living in east

Malaysia and expected the delivery time up to a week, but I have not received any update for a week already.

I hope this matter can be solved as soon as possible, your service on other outlet is getting better and please don't ruin others
