IHave no plcs but I did see a 2pc fine knit sweater set. It had a plain black tag with PRADA on it. The r did seem to be slanted.

I purchased the saffiano luxe tote from the Prada boutique in Singapore 2 years ago while on holidays and the first time I took it out of the dust bag to use it, the side button ripped off. Now i was very gentle with the bag, it being new and all so I was quite surprised. I immediately went to the flagship store in Sydney where they replaced it on the spot, assumedly with a piece that had been sent for repair. Since that incident I haven't used the bag for the past year, it's been sitting in its dustbag in my cupboard but when I took it out again today, the side button of the replacement bag ripped off again! I was extremely careful with the button since this has happened previously. I am absolutely appalled by the quality of prada, and the fact that this same problem would happen to 2 bags. Has anyone else had any problems?

I went to prada stores in istanbul to change my prada pump shoes which are my friends gift. But because of the employers rude and insolent behaviours, i want refund instead of gift voucher. Prada is unable to provide customer satisfaction. That’s disappointed me a lot. Invoice will be submitted. I would appreciate if you take immediate action. Thanks

I just wondering about the Prada bag that i purchased online in NEIMAN MARCUS website and just got it. I purchased Saffiano Promenade Handbag, Bright Royal Blue from them but i'm not satisfied with the dustbag that i got because there is no Prada Logo on it and its not original dust bag so i called them to asked about that and they said that they dont get the dustbag from Prada either.
Is that true the Prada dont have the dustbag for that bag? I bought almost $1500 dollar and without the original dustbag, it doesnt make any sense because i bought from retail store. I bougth another branded bags but i got original dustbag. Really bad experience to shop in Neiman Marcus online and they charge my CC twice coz they must to hold other payment, really doesnt make any sense at all for me......
