No Direct Deposit

I've worked overtime & extra hours on two jobs to be able to pay my bills and feed my family, and at this very moment I can do neither. This is totally unacceptable! Rush Card has not deposited my funds into my account. I've been inconvenienced tremendously by this company. I've lost faith in this company with the lack of communication. I'm being accessed late fees on my rent payment, and other bills that need to be paid in a timely fashion. I need to be compensated for the extra money I will have to pay for a problem I didn't create. I've contacted customer service and actually got thru only to be told they can't provide me any pertinent information and I have to wait. My Lively hood is be taken away from me and I'm unable to protect or provide for my family with no funds. I need to be compensated for the late fees the Rush Card Company has caused me to accrue.

direct deposit not deposited.

Today is the day I'm suppose to get paid and I have soo many bills to pay and due to the not depositing my paycheck I now have to pay late fees. On them and ruch card needs to pay them. That's not right. I pay my monthly fees and so on. And I should have access to my money when I need it. U guys are going to have to pay for this some way or another it's not right.

In the dark

I am canceling ASAP. As soon as I get all my money...Never again....I finally found a number everyone can call. Not that they were a big help. The company is full of BS, but you can call 646-679-4928.. All they said was we apologize for the inconvenience and that the matter will be resolved sometime today, and no worries, to please have patients....I am over being patient. I am heated.... I want serious compensation for this huge inconvenience, otherwise I would like to start a class action law suit. This has got to be against the law what they are doing.

Lack of updates

I have been a RushCard member for several years. I loved the company low monthly fee and direct deposit up to 2 days early. However, my enjoyment of the company and ease of use has all changed. On Monday I went to use my card and I was declined. I called and it said my card was not activated, it was, I had been using it for months. Call back Later and they couldn't access my account. Call back later and was on hole for 60 minutes, spoke to a female CSR she insured me my money was still there and told me it could be either 2-4 hours or 24 hours. She had an accent so it was hard to understand. Anyways on Tuesday afternoon (well after the 2-4/24hr wait) I tried my card again, declined. I called about 20-25 times either call would not connect or I'd get hung up on. Finally talk to CSR "Justin" he assured me that my money was still there and proceeded to put me on hold while he reactivated my card. He comes back on and tells me my card is now reactivated and I could immediately use my card. Well guess what I tried, denied again. I also sent an email to the company and got an automated email back stating a representative will email me within the next 12 hours. I proceeded to RushCards facebook page and twitter page where they had posted a few updates. Each one was hopeful but turned out to be a lie. It's sad and comforting to see that there are others in the same boat as I and that I'm not alone. RushCard has upsetted thousands of people, causing late fees and repossessions, families to go hungry, and people's power to be shut off. However, this is now Wednesday afternoon, it's been 11 hours since their last facebook and twitter update, well past the 12 hours for an email response and many spoken broken promises about they will have their money within a time frame, and not to mention almost any phone number there was to be able to contact this company had been either disconnected or they aren't answering. The innocent members of RushCard fell like they have been robbed and we need legal help. Is there someone out there that will stand up and speak for all of us? We can only hope.

Botched Update

I have been a RushCard customer for several years. I have my payroll check direct deposited as well as my tax refund. Your recent and ongoing update has single handedly attempted to ruin my life. the update from 3 days ago still isn't complete. Your customer service line has no information and no updates have been sent to customers, the service line repeatedly hangs up on me. false updates from your company have been provided via social media by Russell himself which is irresponsible and possibly illegal. My account balance reflects the incorrect balance and I am unable to even make purchases in the amount that is reflected. thousands of users have been affected. In this current economic climate accuracy and availability to our hard earned funds is paramount. this morning I stopped my direct deposit but was informed it won't take effect on this pay period so I expect my funds to be in limbo dealing with your terrible company. I have been a member through the several financial underwriters you have chosen with whom I have encountered several issues but nothing to this magnitude. I will be closing my account and seriously look into taking legal action.I have been embarrassed in front of business associates due to declined card swipes due to your negligence and improper business practices. When my account has been corrected I will no longer be using this card for any kind of purchase but I will keep my account active throughout the legal process to show long I have been a member.

RUSHCARD

Rushcard did this update on the 12 it is now the 14th and I have yet to receive my direct deposit. Rushcard has since cut off their customer service phone lines and there is no way to get in touch with anyone about my money. I have bills to pay and a toddler to take care of. I wish I was rich like Russell Simmons and didn't have to worry about situations like this but unfortunately I do. And I trusted rushcard with my money and I'm over it I've been with rush card for 5 years. Not only is it my direct deposit I've been charged multiple times for transactions. And the balance in my account is incorrect.

Holding Funds

A rush card account was set up with my brothers authorization. The card was being used until a sum of $1000.00 was placed on the card and then rush card, put a hold on the card. They requested power of attorney /notarized authorizing me to access the funds, everything requested was provided, to which they responded with the documents were not legible, however a supervisor Sheena ID #4171 looked over the documents and said that they were perfectly legible to her. She then read some notes indicating that the documents were not acceptable, however I had spoken with Rush card customer service several times and they made no indication that the documents were not legible or that they were unacceptable, only to say that the notary seal was not provided. Since my brother is incarcerated the notary was done at the Los Angeles State Prison and sent to me via mail with a letter of explanation regarding his situation, he also provided his prison identification. There is no reason for rush card to continue to hold the funds, we have provided all the documents they requested and I have been going back and forth with them for months. They did not provide any reasonable explanation regarding why the documents were not acceptable after receiving everything that they requested.

Rushcard

I'm so disappointed and tired of this company. Rushcard been holding my father refund and requesting his personal info. If the IRS approve it then rush card should. That's why I contacted The Federal Trade Commission and The Attorney General. Its time for Rushcard to come off the market. They have affected so many ppl and have cause so much pain and suffering. To all victims of the Rushcard scam report them to FTC and your Attorney General. Its Time For A Class Action Lawsuit and Rushcard to be CLOSED DOWN.
