This company ships from China and so communication if any is limited. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY AT ALL. Beware that TBDress is not a reputable organization. They took forever to get it to me and when they finally did I was out of town and so they decided that my time for return had lapsed. Do not by China made. They have their own rules and they do not practice the customer service standards that we have here in the USA.
The products are not the sizes that we have here in the USA. There is a shipping company out of Vancouver, Canada but they didn't have the seller's name or contact information they said. I did send them a message through Facebook but they never said no return label would be mailed out. If you return back to China it is outrageously expensive and they will not pay for it.

I WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS PRIOR TO THIS.

The worst service I've had in awhile. Once I placed my order for some overalls, there was no email sent to me with any tracking information and when I asked for it they still wouldn't email me with my information. Then when I received them, they were huge! Ive been getting the run around trying to return, and keep trying to say I will be paying for shipping so I should just keep them. They still won't give me a return address. Im going to do all I can to report them.

I purchased two dresses and when I tried to return them because they were HUGE and missized, they will not give me a return address to send it back to them. Does anyone have an address that they have returned an item to them My credit card company will go after them for a my refund but I have to return the dresses first with a tracking number. I ordered a pair of shoes to wear with my wedding dress and I never got them. I was therefore forced to scramble about to every store in my area last minute to try and find a low heel for my wedding. SO stressful and all could have been avoided if I had just received my order. Very unhappy and will not tell anyone to shop from here.

I just want to thank the consumers who took the time to write on this complaint board and share their experiences. I was considering getting my wedding dress on this site due to the positive reviews on TBdress.com, but due to all the reviews being so positive and not having any complaints or issues I became skeptical. I asked TB dress to send pics of the dress not on a model and they refused. Huge red flag. Also they are not allowing consumer so show pics of their so called "perfect dress". Let be real if consumers did like the dress there would be minor issues in size and such. I will def not buy from this company. I got 99 problems but TBdress aint one!!!!

They are so terrible, the dresses are expensive, but the quality is so bad. However, when you want to return, they seem don't want to let you do it. They will just keep saying the information you give them is wrong and they can't find it. They will mess around with you until the return period is end which mean you can't return it. They are so bad. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM, IT IS NOT WORTH

I want to return the dresses, so I try to email their customers services to get the return address. However, they didn't give me the address but keep asking for order number and sub order number which I never received from them. They take so much time from me to replies their email just for the return address. They will just include a small piece of paper about the order detail that written in Chinese in the packets. I don't think they will let you return what you buy. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. HORRIBLE!!!!!

I ordered 3 dresses and can't return any of them. Tried multiple times to get a return address, company has never replied to me with a return address. Only have 15 days to return and its beyond that now, so now I'm stuck with 3 dresses ____Very frustrated!

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress on TB's website. The dress arrived and was the WRONG dress. Looked nothing like the dress I ordered. The website guarantees customers will receive a refund if the wrong item is sent. When I tried to ask to return it, they would not give me the address to ship it to and only offered me a 50% refund.
What a joke.
I knew it was a gamble, but this is a terrible company.

TBDress told me on two separate occasions they would give me a refund for a dress I bought from them and never honored their word.

I contacted tbdress as instructed on their site and the hell began, they told me go take a photo and basically show proof that it doesn't fit, then told me they would refund me but they would not give me their return address in Los Angles. This company is ripping people off with these cheap dresses. Something has to be done to shut them down. I have read hundreds of complaints mirroring mine. Please pass this information on to others on Social Media.

They do not list their return address at all. This bonus company needs to be shut down, they are ripping people off with these cheap dresses. Something has to be done. I used PayPal or I would have my bank refund me. I am so pissed right now!!!!! I wish I had seen this site before ordering from these losers!!


Okay folks, this women had the same experience as I had; Please do not deal with this company. It is the biggest scam going on in the clothing industry.

I ordered a coat and when it got here it was labeled 2X but was actually a medium. Then they charged me to ship it back! I had to get another company involved to help. My family will never order from them again.

I purchased a mother of the bride dress that looked elegant in the picture and when it arrived it looked like a dance costume for a preschooler. I took pictures and they denied the return. There was no way to communicate with them through phone or live chat unless I could speak Chinese. I filed a claim with Paypal and they approved it and gave me a return address. I went to send the dress back with Fedex and the cost to return it was about $100.00. They also questioned the address and said that it was showing that it was invalid. They suggested that I try sending it back through the US Postal service. I called Paypal and spoke to them about the address. They said that if I sent it to the address they recommended that they would absolutely stand behind it. I spent $30+ dollars to send it registered mail at the end of August 2012 and was also able to track it. Today is 11/14/2012 and tracking shows that it never left San Francisco. Paypal won't pay because the package never arrived back to China. This definitely feels like a SCAM to me!

I don't know exactly who to blame: TB Dress, Paypal or the USPS.

The worst experience ever!!! Such a disgrace to Chinese, and I'm Chinese!!! I ordered two dresses for a wedding, I leave for my trip in days, no dresses. All I have is a bunch of emails asking me to be patient, to not worry, my dress are being made by the most experience tailors, blah, blah, blah. I can only imagine some fat greasy bastard sitting at his desk counting all the money he's ripped us off on. I just gave them freaken $200!!!! You know how far $200 can go in Beijing?! All I know that guy is living a good life... And for the people who did receive their dresses, he probably has a factory of little kids sewing these dresses, that's why they look so horrible.

Okay and now, I filed a claim with PayPal and escalated the claim. Now, TB dress says that one of my dresses are completed (wow, amazing coincidence) and ready to ship out and ask if they could send to me. Umm...Yeah!!! Why the hell you have to ask, I paid for the dress, if it's finished you should ship it to me. Then next email say "oh sorry, you escalate the claim, we cannot ship you the dress under this situation, can you call PayPal to close the claim and then we can ship you your dress." Does that not sound like blackmail!? How the hell do these people sleep at night?! Probably on silk sheets with all the money they make on these scams. Oh gosh... hopefully PayPal can help me out here....

Damn Chinese....damn..... Sorry all, I just had to vent somewhere and hopefully prevent someone else from falling victim.

And I want to add that I now get all these spam emails from China now! So annoying!!!!!

It's my cousin's wedding and i ordered her the dress from tbdress on march,30 and i get online everyday to check for any updates, tracking information or someone to have answered my emails from this company. I'm totally horrified right now! i never checked the reviews before i paid, i wish i did. Now after reading all the above comments im scared i either wont receive it or it will take forever to get to me even though they state 4-8 days or it will be horrible and wont fit!! its a total loss. i email them everyday asking about the estimated time of arrival since i have to travel soon and i get no response, i dont know what to do now and i want to cancel the order and save time to order another one. please advise.

I order a prom dress for my daughter a week ago when I go online to track her order, I get a message saying the order doesn't exist. I've sent several messages to the compay but no response. I will be reporting this company to my state attorney general office and the better business bureau, I should have check the reviews before ordering from this company! A complete RIP OFF!

Never order dresses from this company!!! I ordered a wedding gown on March 10, 2012. When the dress arrived - 1 month later - it was the wrong color, wrong size, and the stitching was misaligned - causing the dress to hang asymmetrically. This place is located somewhere in China, which means that reaching someone in customer service is impossible. The dress I ordered looked like something a high school student would have made in a beginners sewing class. I am absolutely disappointed with this company and would NOT advise anyone from ordering anything from them.

i wish i had seen this reviews before. i ordered wedding dress for my sister and it cost me around 320$! i a very very worried and concerned now. i will post my review once i received the dress.

Dear ladies, didn't you do your research before ordering? The company is Chinese, not American, regardless that the "person" that answers the comments on the page is named Cathy. Plus, didn't the word CHEAP mean anything to you?!? What did you expect??? What kind of wedding dress do you expect to receive for 150 $ ?!?
This page (TBDRESS) is a scam for naive people that they think they can get more for less. But you have to admit they have impressive collection of one of the finest dresses in the world. So, chose a picture, find a tailor and make it work for you

i really wish i would have read this before. i just ordered a dress for from from TBdress about three weeks ago but it hasnt come yet, even though it said 2-5 days. now im afraid of what it will look like if it ever does get here.

OH WOW SMH same here. I ordered my dress and it didn't fit and they refuse to give me my refund back. They gave me the run around for 3 months. There customer service is horrible!!! I bought my dress in december 2011 and in march 2012 they told me they would refund me $20 out of $210!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I see that someone else said that tbdresses.com are the same..thanks for that advice cause my friend was going to order from them. I will be posting on every site that there is letting ppl know about tidebuy. I open a complaint and with my bank. I hope I get my money back :-(
