I had a problem with the stability of the service on 9/9/2018
to 3/10/2018
My request for compensation is rejected !!
After every heartburn I contacted about 20 times the customer service and the allowance I get for compensation is my right for the period when the service was unstable and every net service is separated.
The response is the request for compensation is rejected !!

I wish without heartache and blood burns any one contact with me to cancel the service and go to Vodafone or any company that respects the customers other than you.and i called etisalat masr to join to there company after i cancele with you
It is not enough every month Net and I have been waiting for you for 5 years but I am wrong because I do not know each time and continue with you hope that there is improvement and stability in the service, but shows that it is something difficult for you because you are the only service stable you are only collect the subscription. But service stability! Almost not within the dictionary of your work.

The company changed my home internet package without my permission
Te data company changed my home internet package from 150 Gb ( 2 Mb/s ) to 100Gb (15 Mb/s ) without my permission and I called the technical support ( Mr. Mahmoud aeoes محمود عويس) and he told me " that action happened to all customers and he can't do any thing and the manager will call me after an hour " so his manager call me after an hour ( Mr. Salam Mohamed سالم محمد ) and told me the same and offered me an offer and the offer was discount 10 l.E so i refused and insists to write a complaint .

بيوصل منهم ١٠ ميجا بقالى اكتر من شهر فى مشكلة بطئ خدمة وعدم استقرار والثلاث ايام اللى فاتوا سرعة النت نزلت ل اقل من ٢ ميجا والراوتر عمال يعمل ريسترت لوحده اكتر من ٤٠ مرة فى اليوم كل دقيقتين وده كتير اوى كلمت خدمة العملاء وكلمت مدير قالى المشكلة اتصعدت للمركز الاعلى وساعتين وحد هيكلمك وعدى ٧ ساعات ومحدش اتكلم كلمت مدير تانى قالى ساعتين ومحدش اتكلم كلمت مدير ثالت ونفس الكلام برضو ومحدش اتكلم واتكلمت اكتر من ١٥ مكلمة لمبارح بس ومفيش حاجة بتتحل المفروض اعمل ايه حرام كدة

INTERNET DISCONNECTION
Worst Service Ever
My internet disconnection from 1/9/2018 till 21/9/2018 (for more than 20 days), and it is recorded in your database by the way. Yet, no one cared to satisfy my request of compensation for all these lost days, however, non of the technical problems were fixed from my side, all problems were from the company. And again all the information I am sharing is recorded at your database as I was informed by your representative in the customer service.
Customer Service does not provide service
Customer support does not support
No one cares about clients
No one helps to resolve my issue
I requested a compensation for these days. However, they rejected the request (with NO VALID REASON) and they only compensated me 22 LE. Ironically it has not even been applied yet and the bill is still as it is.
I demand to have all the period compensated.

Internet disconection
The internet connection failed from 15 days, and i called the customer service many times, at first they say the problem takes 48 hours, after that they say 24 hours after that 24 hours after thats 24 hours, and then i went to the rehab branch two times they told me that they will solve it at the same day and will call me nothing happened, its the worst company i had ever seen, no one cares,

Worst Service Ever

Internet Dissconnection
I had an internet disconnection of 21 days followed by 5 days within 2 months (You can verify this through my complains with the customer service).
I requested a compensation for these days. However, they rejected the request (with NO VALID REASON) and they only compensated me 22 LE. Ironically it has not even been applied yet and the bill is still as it is.
It has been only 4 months that I joined your service and I had already submitted around 5 complains, non of which the problem was fixed from my side.
This has been the worst experience I have had with a customer service. And I didn't have any support form your customer support.
I demand to have all the period compensated.
Thanks for your understanding, and awaiting your prompt reply.

Out of Service for 8 Days Because of a Mistake!
I have no internet connection for the last 8 days and when I have called your customer support they informed me that my data was removed by mistake and the promised it will be solved in two working days. After two working days they promised to be solved in another two working days and now they are asking me to wait another two working days!!
Do you think you are building trust with customers while you are sharing wrong information with them and harmfully affect their businesses?
Although I believe you are getting better through the previous two years, it seems that you are going back to the previous bad unaccepted performance.
Your feedback will be highly appreciated.

I was getting 1.5MB/s and the line was dropping too since day 1 and I’m paying 285EGP for 15MB/s (my line can handle around 85~90MB/s) and I made several complaints since 17/5/2018 regarding the speed and droppings on the line the I called the tech support couple of weeks after telling them that I’m still getting a slow speed so then told me “we will raise another complaint about the speed issue, the speed was restored around 2 weeks ago, then I spoke with the financial dep. and asked for refund, they placed a refund complaint order, then I called today looking for updated and they told me the refund was rejected because the service was restored, then they told me that I didn’t raise a refund for the slow speed complaint what was placed 5/6/2018 so I told the lady how about the 19 days before that, she told me we can’t do anything in those days because the 1st complaint wasn’t about the slow speed so I told her that this is not my responsibility and the agent didn’t report the slow speed from the beginning, than she told me that I can raise a complaint to your dep.

انا مشترك فى فى سرعه 16 ميجا فى الثانيه بيوصلى منهم 5ميجا توصلت بى خدمه العملاء و عملت شكوى رقم 48204719 يوم 4/7/2018 و قالو هيرجعوا للسنترال و يتواصلو معايا محدش تواصل كلمتنهم قالولى اتحولت لى قسم الزيارات المنزليه و هيتواصل معاع فنى فى خلال اربع ايام ومحدش تواصل معايا فى خلال الاربع ايام كلمتهم قالولى هنعمل طلب استعجال و هيتم حل المشكله فى خلال يومين, محدش اتصل فى خلال اليومين كلمتهم و توصلت مع المدير و قالى هيبعتلهم ميل و هيجي الفنى و المشكله ومحدش تواصل معايا حتى اليوم دا تقصير

Usage
the package consists 100 Gb on the date of recharging it we found that we have consumed 5 GB and we surely did not and we are sure that we have not used that 5 Gb that was 17-6-2018 we called and made a complaint and I found that my complaint was twice not submitted to the IT team and I need a solution right now for the worst customer service I received and a Guarantee that my problem will be solved as am very disappointed and I will go consumer protection agency and I will make a complaint against WE or TE-Data as after two days from the first complaint I found the usage increased to 10.16GB and am sure we did not use all of that and am also sure no one is connected to our internet

Service Delay and Customer rights abuse
An application for Adsl was Applied to the customers Office in Te-Data ( Sharkia Governorate - East Zagazig Dept) on the 6th of May 2018

Hopefully that the service has been improved after the whole change Claimed Through Media ads
But till now and it's 11-6-2018 a whole month has passed uselessly
Wasting our time and delivering an Example Of customer Rights Abuse

1- Delay which expresses The waste of time and Money
2- offense we had from your Operators and Agents
3- Under-Estimation of the Fact that your Company Represents The Government section For Communications and that is Discating
We had all the procedures we're forced to Have hoping that we can get the service on Time but no use
We Request a Satisfying solution For us in the first place then you in the second place after all we have endured with you

Compensation Escalation
My inquiry about landline 0222749269 , My name is Mohamed Ali.
I have a big problem now with department of compensations. After I just subscribed with the internet ADSL, I faced big problem which was unstable internet service. This problem took approximately one month to solve it from your side, after that I requested a compensation for this month and finally I got 5 days only!!!!!!
I talked with “Tamer Abd El-Baaset”, he is the manager for sales & compensation department. Unfortunately he disappointed me that he can help me in this matter. I talked with him about My escalation ticket no 460313408 (This ticket was about unstable internet service) why technical support closed this ticket and opened another ticket with description (unstable internet service with unstable ADSL lamp). I talked to him that he should look to the escalation from client prospective but unfortunately he is a manager and he can’t solve problem like that!!!
My Big problem was haven’t stable internet service all the past month, technical support close and open tickets, and finally I got 5 days compensation.
Please connect me with person higher than Mr. Tamer because he can’t understand the problems at clients even he didn’t try to solve his problem. He just read to the client the history of tickets.

Impolite and dishonest cashier agent 10th of ramadan branch
Dear Sir,
Yesterday at 10th of Ramadan "WE" branch i was renewing my subscriptions on 3 ADSL lines and after confirming with this agent that i had to renew all of this lines ,informed me that all this lines needed to be renewed after paying and after i went back to home my wife told that she already renewed it 1/4/2018 ,,,,, i returned back to the branch wasting my time and money for his irresponsibility
when i blame him for his fault he didn't believe that it's his fault and blamed me too in an aggressive way ,
also i requested from him to make a refund for me immediately because it's his fault leaded to wasting me money and time he refused and insisted to put me in the row wasting my time again as a reason for his fault .
and the big problem that , he raised his voice very loudly which put me in an embarrassed situation in-front of the clients and told me "I can refuse refunding your money " ,when i insisted to show him that's his own fault and it's my right to complete my request without waiting again to the clients queue .
and after i requested the complaint mail he write this mail for me " [email protected] " increasing his fault by his dishonest way

Service Disconnect all the time
This is like the 1000 time complaint
I had a terrible service from November 2017 till now
I called the Tech Support guys like a million time, and no effective solution
I even gone to Technical office at TE data in Pyramids street Branch to change the router because i though it was the problem
but with no success
Home visit technicians came to my house more than 5 times. they didn't find any problems because I already:
- change the telephone cable from the street to my PC
- change the Router as mentioned above
- change all splitters
- even change the ADSL cable from the router to the PC
the only solution left is to change my telephone Board at the telephone company
and I asked that lot of times with no reply
It has been too long
it has been very boring issue
Please find a solution for this problem

Poor Service - Poor Speeds
I have had nothing but terrible service from TEData over the years. The latest saga reflects that your company lacks honesty and integrity. I would like you to forward my complaint to your executives even though I doubt anyone cares!
I subscribed a few years ago to the 8Talqa and was advised my line is capable of handling 8mbs. I was a few years later advised that there is a better faster service which is the 16 mbs and they will check if the line can handle it and again was advised that it can. As you can see from my file, I had nothing but problems, leading me to change a couple of routers to TEData routers. Still I get poor speeds most of the time.
When I came back from Canada I noticed that the speeds were very poor and filed another complaint on Jan 23. Since then I get a call every 2 or 3 days saying that they have done something and the service should improve, which it does for a few hours, then goes back to poor speeds. You sent a technician who did nothing, and told me the speeds are 10mbs and an hour after he left it dropped again. This was followed by another technician as per the below email, who actually never showed up.
Finally a few days ago, I was told that the line capacity is only 4 mbs!! If you knew that all along, why were you placing me on a higher speed and charging me extra for speeds that I was not getting??
Today I was advised that you would reimburse me for 10 days. This is daylight robbery, a complaint that was never resolved and has been ongoing for years and you have the audacity to just compensate me for 10 days!! I expect a quick resolution to this issue, by providing proper compensation and fixing your poor quality service and poor speeds.
