Incorrect Charges and Extremely Poor Service
I have recently been charged RM10,00 for data usage in Australia. I received a text message from U-mobile on 18 August that I have been charged RM10:00 for data usage on the day. This is impossible because i had the mobile data turned off since I arrived in Australia on 13 July 2018. I reported this to U-mobile via email and then followed up by a phone call. I asked to speak with the manager when the customer service staff wasn't able to explain further. I was put on hold and then was told the manager was too busy to speak with me and was asked to call him back. I then requested for the manager to call me instead.
This is NOT how you treat your customer U-mobile. You DO NOT simply charge someone overseas randomly and then failed to provide a reason. It is not the RM10:00. It is a matter of principle and how you do business. This is just WRONG!
I will not use U-mobile service again and will change provide when I next go back to Malaysia for both my principle and supplementary line and I will NOT recommend anyone to use U-mobile because of the POOR service you have provided from day one!
As a company, you need to ensure you staff are all well trained on the products you offer and that they understand the ethics of customer service!

line tak leh jalan
saya pakai P99, ada 30GB hotspot, dan unlimited data... Lah nie nak pakai hotspot tunjuk no internet padahal banyak internet lagi... cuba bantulah saya umobile...... lah nie handset pun slow... saya bayar, bukan tak bayar tau?

Line problem dh 2 minggu...sy pakai pakej Unlimited RM78 sebulan...nak memudahkan anak belajar on9...tp bile dh line problem mcm nie,anak trs x blh nk belajar on9...baru setahun pakai U Mobile nie...tolong la ambil tindakan segera...

Internet data too slow
Line internet slow sangat especially around town area, might be congested due to lot of users, if this happen for long period of time we should consider to change another telco, please fix this ASAP. Thank you.

cancelling the service of sending billing letter to my house
I would like to cancel the service of sending billing letter to my house. BUT the worker at the booth told me to do the cancellation in the center. When I reached the U-mobile center, they told me to call to cancel the service! It has charged me for many months in my bill!
I want to complain about the unprofessional service and please help to cancel the letter sending service.
Hope that can settle this ASAP.

LINE MACAM SIPUT SEDUT
Line terlalu slow test speed pakai apps okla speed 0.5 ..kejadah slow nak mampos.. Tolong lah perbaiki line terus sangat area taman universiti Johor ni.. P99 tau pakej aku amek bayar mahal tapi budak2 topup RM3 LAGI LAGU DARI AKU YANG PAKAI BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Line is getting slow

VERY POOR INTERNET COVERAGE
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding UMobile's poor line coverage at Shah Alam residential area around Seksyen 27 (Aroma Tropika). Last time when UMobile joined with Maxis, the coverage was good. But ever since detached from Maxis being independent, the coverage has become so bad at Sek 27/38, Sek 27/39, Sek 27/40, Sek 27/41 and Sek 27/42. Please improve and set a stronger coverage here! This is Klang Valley area and the coverage has to be impressive! Thanks.

Beberapa hari dlm minggu ini, saya mengalami gangguan line telefon, aplikasi internet drp umobile. langsung x dapat digunakan. cas berjalan seperti biasa. masalah saya sekarang, saya memeang bekerja dengan menggunakan media tersebut. please. dalam fikiran saya dah terbayang utk menukar telco lain. umobile semakin teruk. serius

u mobile no coverage
sy telah menggunakan servis u mobile lebih dr 3 tahun
sejak 2 minggu ni,saya menghadapi kesukaran untuk menerima wasap dan melayari internet dgn menggunakan hp.
data line terlalu teruk.apabila berada di dalam bangunan pejabat,data langsung x de.segala wasap akan hanging sehinggala sy terpaksa keluar dr bangunan office untuk mendapatkan reception.
sila ambil tindakan segera utk mengembalikan coverage kepada sediakala..bill tetap akan caj yg sama walaupun data xdpt digunakan.

u mobile no coverage
saya pengguna u mobile sdh lebih dr 3 tahun.sebelum ni tiada masalah langsung dgn coverage.
but sejak 2 weeks ni,line u mobile terlalu bermasalah.apabila berada di dalam bangunan,mmg x der coverage..segala wassap akan hanging.terpaksa keluar dr bangunan office untuk dpt reception.
sebelum ini x pernah hadapi masalah ni.
sila beri penjelasan.

Very bad network
Im very sad with umobile network now.. I switch line from another telco to UMOBILE.. And then i look at their promotion is so good.. I switch again from prepaid to postpaid 28..and then i see the promotion better than what i use now.. So from postpaid28 i switch to postpaid99 with a highspeed internet.. Im very disappointed with this telco because i paybill every month with rm99 and i get this ### network.. When i call services centre they inform me line was update right now.. In 1 month how many times u udgrade your network??? I think umobile must stop their ### promotion and upgrade your network first.. Always make users angry with this problem.. This is last day i will use your network, tomorrow i'll change to the better network.. sorry and goodbye..

POOR SERVICE
The customer service was poor and unexpected. On 2017 was used P38 plan and due to business purpose the plan was changed to P99 (online) from April'18 till June'18. Several complaint was made on slow internet and no remedy works was taken! The customer service informed that to downgrade need to go to branch. Therefore wnt to Kuantan branch on 11/6/18 and paid RM212.00 and informed that the additional RM102.00 will be deduct on next 2 to 3 month later. Shocked received and sms 8/7/18 that need to pay RM102.25! Went again to the kuantan branch and do not they missed place the form was signed. Again signed and informed clearly that the plan changed to P38 as my earlier plan. Today 11/7/18 received sms that using P68 plan! What is this? Are the staff think Im too free to travel 38KM just change the plan? The attitude and listening to customer complain was very poor and unexpected this type of service provider. Paid advance RM102.00 for the line not used and consuming my petrol make a 3 trips! Who want to pay for my expenses for the simple work to be settle in early stage. Again need to travel to do the stupidly work! Deeply regret dealing with Umobile.

Dah dua minggu line tiada. Takboleh call, tak boleh sms. After this, pakat pengguna u mobile tukar telco lain lahh.. Susah nak buat kerja la wey. Upgrade tak de.
