Umobile internet line too suck
Hey umobile,
Please fix your internet line as soon as posible..and 1 more..i already subscribe gameonz50..but it not working on my games app(crisis action)..please fix it before i change to another telco..i been used umobile almost 3 years..but this month so bad coverage..

Hi umobile.
I was super proud for your service before. However, lately, your signal esp wifi super damn slow. Today is the worst! I am like what happend dude! I dont get signal at all. I cant even receive any call. Apa lagi wifi. Cant connect at all. It really affect my day, my work. Please please please give me signal - cheras KL& cheras selangor.

SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION
Masa mula2 beli kemain laju line 4G dia, lama2 org dah percaya, dah start taknak tukar line lain dia buat hal. Tak bebaloi langsung bayar rm70 sebulan utk internet yang tak boleh guna dan teramat lembab. Menyusahkan!!

For the past 3 weeks your 4G line lost connection at my area most of the time.
You know how lousy is your service thus i advise you take care of things for the better.
We can have a media campaign to boycott umobile service if you insist.

Line too slow
Im using unlimited umobile internet for more then a year. Starting from past 2 months the line giving problem.no coverage at my place only h+. I really cant get y the umobile promo always abt 4g internet service since they cant gv a good service. Plz try to improve ur service. Its really hard to those who doing online business like me. Tq

Coverage Problem
Selamat Petang,
Saya yakin saya tidak perlu membuat aduan di SKMM kerana UMobile pasti tidak akan mengabaikan aduan saya, Saya berharap pihak umobile mampu menaik taraf line internet di bandar seri alam, lebih lebih lagi di area kawasan UiTM. Coverage internet terlalu terhad iaitu H+ berbanding syarikat telco lain 4G. seiring dengan pengunaan internet dalam urusan kerja, saya berharap pihak UMobile dapat menaik taraf rangkaian.

Line very slow
Line umobile di taman ilmu nibong tebal penang sangat2 slow, please please improve before we change telco, very disapointed, 3g slow, 2g also slow, sometime cant connect internet, again, please improve ,i like umobile as the best telco for me, but at my home poor coverage.

Umobile really suck
Im been using umobile quite long time, but start from August....I been upgraded plan...And last month I change the plan to p99, but..I feel disorpointed...The high speed internet slow like hell..Only 0.3kb...My phone using dual sim..
Maxis free data even faster... Hope no one will get trap any more....

but when i want to go center try to replacement my sim card,
but the owner is not mine? Why like this problem ?

can u upgrade for line internet at AU3 taman desa keramat,keramat kL..very slow for line u-mobile..
it's hard for me to do my work using the internet because the line is very slow..
i hope you can upgrade immediately..

Hello ,Saya nak buat aduan tentang line problem (no service)dekat kampong paya rumput ,Melaka masjid tanah.semasa Saya ingin tukar ke plan umobile ,Saya telan bertanyakan tentang line Dekat tempat yang Saya belajar iaitu di kolej komuniti masjid tanah,paya rumput.kumudian orang itu Cakap line okay laju then dia suruh Saya tukar ke line umobile .tetapi bila Saya sampai di tempat belajar Ter sebut tetapi line nye teruk kerap sangat no service sampai nak buat call pon susah apa tah lagi nk connection internet kan .saya harap pihak umobile boleh ambik perhatian atas apa yang Sayang katakan ini .terima kasih

Line Slow & Teruk
Apa ni umobile? Publisiti UMI30, 7.5GB tapi x guna jugak kalau line teruk sangat & kdg2 sesetengah tempat walaupun area lembah klang masih lembab, slow mengalahkan siput sedut. Kalau dh tau ramai yang pakai kenapa tak upgrade sistem? Sangat kecewa bila bertukar dari maxis. Kalau servis masih sama teruk & semakin teruk, sudah tiba masa tukar kepada telco lain yang lagi bagus even kurang dari 7.5GB monthly data limit.

Invalid charges
For all the mobile users to be aware of choosing this worst ever provider. Our three family members are all Umobile users. We are all using the 70/month package, however we have been overcharged for few months and only back to normal charges after complaint.
Two users have been charged under the company of mobile 88, showing that we have been purchased items regularly and a certain amount. Another user has been overcharged RM100 and above monthly for digital goods and services. However, we can confirm that we did not purchase the specific items purchased.
We tried to complain through the customer services centre, but the Umobile staff always end up with no solution, pushing all the responsibilities to users. Umobile staff directly told me that for sure we have pressed wrongly or we have purchased the items without providing any valid suggestions.
If the Umobile system continue to educate staff to be so impolite and irresponsible towards the customers, I will highly recommend all my friends and family to be aware of this service provider. Please respect every customer and be responsible for the problem solving as we paid for services.
