Melaka coverage
Dear umobile, please put 4g coverage. Plzzzzzzzz!!!! Ur h+ coverage is so good. Now we want 4g lte. My phone has 4g lte connection but uses h+ coverage. Fastest network but not the widest coverage. Please install 4g tower in melaka. Tq

Data bandwidth
Data speed is terrible. There's no connection in the areas around Happy Garden, Taman Continental and OUG. Calling the helpdesk the lady only kept asking me to set my network to 3G Only as a fix! What kind of service is this? So ok i set to 3G but there's still no connection! Total regret with this mobile operator. I need to use data to work, and it's not going anywhere. If this carry on I'll port out and never return. Will ask my family members to do the same.

BROKEN PHONE
I subscribe a plan with an iphone 7 and when i took it was physically fine (the appearance of course because i was asked to check that ONLY) but then the next day while i was charging my phone, the phone stops charging!!!! so the next day i brought it back to the centre in Temiang to have a check or to get a replacement but THEN they say i have to do send it to apple and use up my warranty to repair!! WHAT IS THIS? ITS NOT EVEN A DAY MAN! BAD SERVICE NOW UMOBILE HAS MESSED UP MY RAYA PLAN AND I WONT BE IN MALAYSIA NEXT WEEK (PROB GETTING MY PHONE BACK LATER THAN THAT)

Internet slow and line unstable
Some area cannot connect internet especially when raining, even no raining your line also unstable, totally no service, so what use for my phone if using umobile? My phone got 4G but I cannot connect 4G data internet, when I connect to 4G, NO SERVICE again, regret choosing umobile

line spoil in my house area
hi umobile...saya salah seorang pengguna plan postpaid umobile...tetapi saya kecewa kerana line dirumah saya tidak seperti yang dijanji kan oleh umobile...line begitu teruk sekali ketika saya berada dirumah...saya berharap agar pihak umobile boleh mengambil tindakan segera atas masalah saya ini...seperti yang pihak umobile janjikan plan internet 4G...

UMOBILE GETTING WORST
Dear UMOBILE,
Starting this year, my internet connection not able to maintain LTE/4G speed.. sometime i need to wait more than 5 min to watch a short video in FB (2 min videO).. slow downloading/uploading and always disconnected during surfing.. it make me pissoff because i paid RM7+ (P70) for this shitty service.. pls improve your coverage!
note: current condition, ping:40ms | Download:6.71Mbps | Upload:0.32Mbps --> this is an a$$h0le!

internet coverage slow
helo, ive been using umobile for the past 2 years when i started to study in shah alam, the coverage was so good back then.
this year the line is freaking slow at my college, we are student here and we do need to use the internet regurlarly with fast speed and what os the point of paying if i have to subscribe for another data plan from other network when its urgent.
hence, i really hope umobile can improve the internet coverage around shah alam area so that i wont change to another network which i would if this matter still continue!

COVERAGE VERY BAD!!
Hi Umobile,
I hope you can take this into serious action because I use my mobile data to do my college assignments, etc. Sometimes I want to do urgent exam online and it's frustrating when the line is so, so poor. I have to go out of my home and find a better coverage which is far from where I live.
I am just a few months into Umobile, and I am planning on staying on this line but with very poor coverage on my area, it's going to be a no for me. Please bring this into action for customer satisfaction. With the line so bad, I couldn't even download any small files let alone the MB files. (even kilobytes files from documents).
I urge your action as I've pinpoint to you earlier; I need mobile coverage for education purposes. I'll put the details of my code area below.

Payment
I'm curious that why I still subjected to pay rm14 after I just change my plan from p28 to p38 on 8th may( I have made my payment that day which cleared p28 amount with deposit of p38). But there are still rm14 issued to me the month after I changed my plan

Internet damn slow
Internet line is damn slow compare to last year.
Im using U Mobile since for the past 4 years. This time is so poor.
Pls look at it seriously. Otherwise surely i'll change to other service provider

Susah hendak dapat line u mobile untuk internet
Di kawasan saya taman dagang,jln musran,rantau panjang klang selangor...susah hendak dapat line internet terutama waktu malam...lagi lah susah...bila saya check u all pye coverage u mobile...kawasan saya tu mmg x dpt line internet..klu dpt pun cikit sahaja..
Saya harap pihak u mobile...boleh x adjustkan pencawang sedikit agar saya dpt menikmati internet tanpa segala gangguan...

Makluman serta aduan kepada Pihak Umobile :
1. Data Internet kurang memuaskan bermula sekitar Tarikh 18 Mei 2017 hingga hari ini di kawasan(spt area dibwh) tidak sebelum ini Coverage Umobile amat memuaskan.Hampir 1 Tahun lebih saya menggunakan UMobile Postpaid 70. Minta pihak Umobile dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah ini..

LAG/CANNOT CONNECT
Cannot access internet, the speed was very SLOW cannot even load a picuture(video of course not). Especially in KELANA LRT line, 4G connection like 3G download speed cannot reach even 1 Mbps. Please improve it else we got data but cannot use, what is the point?!

Data line is so slow
Dear Umobile, I have been using umobile since a year ago. Since a few months back, I noticed that the line is soooo slow, even sometimes there is no network at all. I cant send and receive whatsapp although that only needs not much data.
Please enhance your data coverage line as soon as possible if you want us to stay with you.

Worst network
There is no 4G LTE especially within the Park Avenue Condominium, Damansara Damai. Please fix this problem. I'm not using your line for free. I do pay for it. Make it worth it or people will start changing to other telco provider. Please do appreciate your customer by providing good service. I'm living in the city, not in the jungle and I'm expecting for a good service.

Poor 3G network
My network is slowy down and i playing games online and watching video every night and after 7 month i use it,every 35 minutes my line network is gone after i restart my phone and i try it again is useless,Before it,i try solve my problem phone again, for example i delete my memory phone and i restart again..But sorry i have to tell you,your network is very2 bullshit please fix it before i change my mind to terminate your telco plan...thank you....

Internet terlalu teruk hampir keseluruhan kawan...
Saya berharap umoble dpat membuat sesuatu sebelum semua penguna umoble bertukar kepada telco lain...
Saya dan penguna umoble yg lain dah mula bosan dengan kerana byaran yg sama tp servis yg palaing teruk buat masa ini.....harap pihak umoble dpat membuat perubahan dlam msa terdekat....
