Umobile
I went to oversea to Sri Lanka on 10tg August 2017, when depart from Malaysia, my mobile phone was in Mobile Data OFF status. But after I landed in Sri Lanka, I receive 2 SMS at the same time (1236H, MY time) stated: 1) You have been using more than 1MB mobile data, 2) You have been using more than RM300 on data usage. But I was still disconnected from mobile data and receive no signal.
The total bill for the roaming is >RM 432 within one minute.
That's crazy and after I came back to Malaysia, I make few calls and drop emails to umobile, but the case still in pending n checking after weeks. They are not actively reply ad taking this case seriously. The WORST service I received in umobile indeed. What they replied me was I need to pay because the bill is valid, also they will just reply u, you can make termination as well but payment first.
They didn't solve customers problem and just ask for payment only.

P70 user : Unstable speed
I subscribe Umobile since 2015 and I wish to say it's time to switch either Maxis or Celcom.
To Umobile, with your line, I can't even send email, do banking transaction most of the time. The amount of frustration you have caused to my life is uncountable.
Your RM10 add ons for 1.5GB looks like 100kbps, finished within few hours of browsing Google website. I was in SEA Game closing ceremony to make a live video but your speed internet is totally sucksss i have lost a lot of moments to share with my friends!

service terminated without notice
I have one registered line with U-Mobile which is a prepaid account and i have token balance for this line RM43.34 when i top up the service at Jun 8 2017. I registered this account since Sept 3 2016 as a prepaid customer, right before i received SMS from U-mobile for the service termination i will top-up the service so that i can continue to use this line to receive calls. This action has been done until last top-up at Jun 8 2017. At Aug 5th, i received an SMS from U-Mobile for service upgrade and since last week, i noticed that my U-Mobile service is only able to receive emergency calls. Today Aug-31, I called U-Mobile, the operator said my service has been terminated because i have not yet top-up. I told the operator to check for me but she said she cannot check since my record already been deleted from their system. I would like to have U-Mobile help me to get back my balance and restore back my line for me.

Line slow
I have been using umobile for 2 years and I was glad that umobile promotes the best mobile internet package, but it has the worst internet speed and internet coverage. The internet speed start becoming extremely slow 2 weeks ago that I can't even make searching and watching YouTube. I have just sign the UMI30, and it costs me RM30 but now cant even use my data. Its time to change internet service if this umobile don't fix this problem immediately.

Internet slow for 2 weeks already.. Please give respon and upgrade the internet as soon as possible because i get a lot of hard moment to get in touch either in internet line or not..i get this hard because i have the line problem already start from 10 august till today

aku ambik pakej internet UMI30 igt sikit ke ha...byk tau tak RM 30 tu bleh beli bnda len lgi internet 7.5GB tpi LINE SLOW gila nk mati...nk tgok video pon tak lepas cam mane ni...tlg la upgrade nk sruh org pkai simcard ko kn beria2 buat iklan tapi hampeh...line penuh tpi still loading nk tgok vid...plissss6 lah upgrade ye...sblom aq tukar plan len...satu family aku pkai umobile ni rugi la korng kalo satu family tukar plan len plak

Line Not Stable / Down / Lost - Have to Restart Phone
I'm Prepaid user in KL area. Always have to restart my phone to get the line back..already try searching network in menu (setting) and switch to others phone..same problem..so its not the phone..its the line / data (U-MOBILE!!!). Very disappointed and not worth-it for the money / monthly plan i bought. Please fix it ASAP to maintain your previous / future customers.

Internet cam .......
Dear umobile. X guna promote data murah berbanding telco lain kalau xde coverage. Data bnyak, tapi x leh access ibarat duit banyak tapi tinggal di tengah tengah pulau. Xde guna langsung. Dah banyak kali kami sebagai consumer telco awak menghadapi benda yang sama. Janji yg diwar war kan oleh promoter ibarat menanam tebu di bibir. Kami mohon anda memperbaiki dgn kadar segera masalah coverage dan kami pasti anda mampu mengubahnya. Dan sekiranya, masalah masih x dpt diselesaikan, kami sebagai pengguna tidak teragak agak untuk mencampakkan sim kad umobile ke dalm tong smpah dan bertukar kpd telco lain. Harap maklum.

Internet is really bad
After switching to new plan, the internet was so bad..not to mentioned when i was in remote areas, here in Kuantan it was so damn bad..have to port out to other telco. Sorry u mobile.

Very low quality network
I've been using umobile for almost 3 years. And I've also been upgrading umobile plans for 3 times. One thing for sure that I noticed, only the FIRSTH MONTH of each upgrade the internet is fast and very good. After that internet very slow like siput. Sometimes ada sometimes tak ada. Full bar but no internet at all! Sometimes paling teruk, only one bar for the whole day! You promote your service to customer very superb but only the first month performance is promising. After one month hancur. Also I bought plans that give unlimited data and unlimited calls to all network and I don't use message since I only text through whatsapp. But my second month bill rise until RM102?! Where did that come from??? I don't buy any add ons why would i need one if my data is unlimited. Please la umobile upgrade your service. I bukan duduk hutan atas pokok tau. I duduk KL tengah bandar. Takkan tengah bandar pun line very disappointing?

BAD COVERAGE+INTERNET
saya tidak berpuas hati dengan rangakaian u mobile oleh kerana coverage dan internet sangat teruk di sekitar terminal bersepadu selatan, bandar tasik selatan. di dalam bangunan susah dapat line dan internet. sedangkan bayar bill setiap bulan tapi service macam ni. kepada pihak berkenaan please action ASAP.

coverage very bad
saya memang tidak berpuas hati sangat dengan menggunakan rangkaian u mobile ni. line teruk. internet kejap2 ada kejap2 xde. sedangkan di bandar kuala lumpur pula tu. bil bayar bulan2. tapi line mcm hape je. plz la pihak berkenaan upgrate n amik action dgn kadar segera. naik menyampah aku. dah la kene ikut kontrak konon. yg menggunakan prepaid pon same jugak line mcm haram jadah!

Nano Simcard Not Functional
Saya amat kecewa dan kesal atas kegagalan Customer Service (CS) UMobile menyelesaikan masalah simkad (nano) yang tidak berfungsi bermula 2 Jul 2017 (Ahad) sehingga 6 Jul 2017 (Khamis). Satu laporan telah dibuat kepada CS UMobile melalui no report 16650039 pada 4 Jul 2017 malangnya pihak mereka gagal mencari jalan penyelesaian kepada saya dan meletakkan isu saya dalam siasatan.....berat sangat kah isu tuntutan saya!!! Pihak CS menasihati saya mengunjungi UMobile Center berhampiran untuk menukarkan simkad baru dan persoalannya di sini mengapakah kos penukaran simkad ini ditanggung oleh saya??? Masalah simcard failure di luar kawalan saya dan pihak UMobile seharusnya mencari jalan penyelesaian dan bukannya mengambil jalan mudah...." encik, sila pergi ke SVC untuk tukar simkad" Saya loyalt menjadi pelanggan postpaid yang kepada UMobile amat kecewa dengan layanan telah diberikan sebegini. Dengan tegasnya, di sini saya ingin menuntut rebat bil bulanan akan datang dari tempoh simkad saya gagal berfungsi selama 5 hari dan juga kos penukaran simkad baru sebanyak RM10.00 kepada pihak UMobile.
Dan kalau perkara ini tiada penyelesaian juga tidak diendahkan oleh pengurusan UMobile, saya dengan dukacitanya akan beralih kepada Telco lain malah sudah pasti akan diwar-warkan kepada tatapan umum agar pihak lain tidak mengalami masalah yang sama seperti saya.

Internet Very Slow and Not Stable
Always need face low bar and cannot connect to internet, speed also damn slow. Always have to reset and after few minutes, have to keep resetting.. Please take it serious and it really very disappointed. This condition started since May 2017 until now

Poorest network
Currently having the same problem as previous user.. bad network..
And me having may be doouble or triple super duper network prob, you know what, i cant even load my fb acc..
I paid hundred over with gb quota 30s and only use among 3gb.. the rest? Cant.. damn
I suggest u side better upgrade the services or be ready to bancrupt.. chears dude

Poor network
Internet getting worse, even though it is show LTE/4g but the line load very slow. It is useless come out with good mobile data plan but the mobile data cannot be fully utilize by users. Hopefully U mobile team can upgrade your service as soon as possible.

Speed Semakin Slow
Saya telah menggunakan plan MB40 sejak tahun 2015. Sebelum ni, speed agak memuaskan dgn kadar purata 3.2Mbps. Namun sejak pertengahan Mei 2017, speed mnjadi semakin teruk. Purata 0.2Mbps sahaja. Ini sangat mengecewakan. Kadang-kadang speed mcm basic internet yg dibekalkan secara percuma oleh Hotlink Basic Plan. Kalu speed sekadar itu, patutnya percuma sahaja. Saya bayar untuk speed okey. Kalu masih berterusan mcm ni, elok saya terminate dan guna Basic Plan Hotlink sahaja. Free & puas hati!!

line di sini sangat teruk.. 1 bar dan kadang-kadang tidak ada langsung (emergency call).. harap pihak umobile dapat memperkuatkan jaringan internet di sini..ramai yang kata umobile line bagus dan internet hight speed.. but sebaliknya yang saya dapat... berharap sangat dapat diperbaiki.. terima kasih.

Bad counter service
Your counter service staff should have better manners. Those who do not show respect and courtesy should not be in the front line. Example of bad attitude is you staff at counter 3 on 27 june 2017 7.26 pm at Ipoh Parade. U Mobile should do better than giving the public rude staff.
