Account Suspended
I had about 1400 bids left on my account which I paid for over time. I was looking at the site often but lately there were no items to bid on, so I've been waiting thinking they were restructuring the site. I just went to site only to see my account was suspended. I think we should have some legal resources to fight this company. They took our money only to scam us.

Zbiddy Fraud
What a rip off. If you go to this site, DO NOT put in your credit card numbers or you will be charged. Go in and watch some of the auctions. Especially when you see babyface1010, elekahol, djstarc and tclovell. These people are either idiots or they are being paid to run the auctions up. Just watch for a while and you will see what I mean.
Good luck if you try it. It scammed me and i'm sure a lot of other people.

Customer Service
Zbiddy says they are proud to have a customer service dept. I called their so called customer service department and sounded like I got someone in India. The only English they spoke was, NO REFUND, NO REFUND, NO REFUND FOR YOU!
This is truly one of the biggest SCAMS on the internet. Isn't it interesting that my confirmation code below ends in 666?

he is good
she confirmed it that she has made her decision, and she never wanted to see
me again.
So on one evening,as i was coming back from work,i met an old friend of
mine who asked of my wife.So i explained every thing to her,so she told me
that the only way i can get my wife back,is to visit a spell caster, because
it has really worked for her too.So i never believed in spell, but i had no
other choice, than to follow her advice. Then she gave me the email address
of the spell caster whom she [email protected]}.
So the next morning,i sent a mail to the address she gave to me,and the
spell caster assured me that i will get my wife back the next day. What an
amazing statement!! I never believed,so he spoke with me,and told me
everything that i need to do. Then the next morning, So surprisingly, my
wife who didn't call me for the past seven {7}months,gave me a call to
inform me that she was coming back.So Amazing!! So that was how she came
back that same day, with lots of love and joy,and she apologized for her
mistake, and for the pain she caused me and my children. Then from that
day,our relationship was now stronger than how it were before,by the help
of a spell caster.
So, i will advice you out there to kindly visit the same website .
[email protected]},i f you are in any condition like this,or you have
any problem related to "bringing your ex back.
So thanks to the fuma .temple for bringing back my wife, and brought great
joy to my family once again.

They lie, your first bid IS entitled to a refund!!
Early this morning at 4 am I was going through sites for freebies and I was trying to get my Free Johnsons Baby Kit through freebabypromos and I had to register for three items. ZBiddy was one of them. I filled out the first page and it took me to the next, and I filled that page out also. Keep in mind it was 4am and I was pretty much brain dead at this point (I'm a stay at home mom my baby wouldn't sleep for a bit) and next thing I know I'm charged $99 not even one minute later! Okay my mistake, I called them up I explained what happened and I let them know I need this money right now I had no idea I would be charged I must've missed it. I was perfectly honest. The lady tried telling me that I had received a "special package for $99 and because it's a special package on a special promo it is non-refundable" and offered me vouchers and gift cards instead. I said no, give me my refund cancel the account take your bids back have it all just give me my money. 45 minutes of arguing with her repeating the same message over and over I finally told her "I want to talk to your manager. Well I never got to speak with him directly like I asked but she put me on hold and not even 2 minutes later comes back and tells me that her manager agreed to give me a 30% refund. I said no. She offered me 50% I said no. She told me 75% was the highest she could go I was distraught and felt like suck a f*ck up. How in the world could I make such an idiot mistake like this??
Well I did some research and hmm in their Terms of Service paragraph 3 it states "All payments for bid packages are non-refundable except for any bid amounts remaining unused on the 1st bid package purchased by a user which qualifies for the ZBIDDY GUARANTY as stated on the ZBIDDY website. The refund will be available for 7 days from the date the user purchased its 1st bid package, provided that the user requests such refund from ZBIDDY within such 7 day period."
I called them back up ASAP and this time had a different lady who tried giving me the same bull and kept rereading her lines to me. So I kept rereading MY lines of their very own ToS right back nonstop. She finally gave up and went to her manager, she came back a few minutes later, tried to bribe me I stood my ground. I told her this IS a scam. She tried giving me a reason why it wasn't. I gave her a reason why it was "It states in your ToS that anyone for a first bidding package is entitled to their refund and you're trying to tell me otherwise. I want my money. Not a voucher, not a crappy gift card, I want MY money, ALL of it on MY card or I will file a dispute on my card". She agreed right after to refund me the rest $25 of my $99.
Now I'm wondering.... Has anyone gotten their refund yet? I have to wait 3-7business days. What crap! They took my money in under a minute but I have to wait a week -_-

Fraudulent Charges
I went on zbiddy.com and put my card info in like an idiot.. I found out if you call them they will say the money is not refundable and make some deal with you... they hit me for $159.00 and said that they give me a $119.25 credit on the card and a $50 gift card which I would have to spend $100 to use - so I'm still out money. I took that hung up and started reading on their site... This is posted on the site "All payments for bid packages are non-refundable except for any bid amounts remaining unused on the 1st bid package purchased by a user which qualifies for the ZBIDDY GUARANTY as stated on the ZBIDDY website. The refund will be available for 7 days from the date the user purchased its 1st bid package, provided that the user requests such refund from ZBIDDY within such 7 day period." So I did online chat so I would have proof of the conversation and copy pasted that to the rep...she processed the refund (full $159.00) and gave me a confirmation number. I told her if it is not in my account in 7 days - I am taking the copy of the email chat and sending it to my bank to dispute the charge and I have a black and white trail to prove it with a confirmation number. She said not to worry it will be there and she's sorry for the misunderstanding. BUT I WILL GET ALL MY MONEY BACK - THEY ARE A RIP OFF
***A really unhappy Zbiddy.com customer!

Response Marketing Group and 7984391 Canada Inc (DBA Tungsten Revenue Consultants)

Maybe he would be willing to help since he pretty much runs Zbiddy...

I bought some bids in the beginning and won some small five dollar gift cards but when i got into a little more you can never win anything of real value. I always have connectivity problems then they say I have no bids when i have several hundred. It is just a joke this site was probably started by somebody with the last name Madoff.

I Got Super Scammed Big Time and MrMarine57 are actually right. I also tried to change my username but no option and no way to do it. I noticed that the only real people bidding have usernames like: bidders name + _+number (i.e: michelle_1234), other than that these are "bots". like what we said, no way to change your username whatsoever in myzbiddy account options. please do not fall for this zbiddy scam. don't waste your money like what we did.

"On your scam site, the only information asked for was to register and if there were any "choices" to be made they were PRE_CHECKED by your system."
1. It is not my site.
2. If you enter your credit card information some where, it is not unreasonable for you to understand what charges will take place after doing so.
3. The charges that you incurred are explicitly stated multiple times on the same screen where you enter your cc information.

When a person "chooses" to buy something online, the normal method of making the purchase is to click on a product choice, then view a "shopping cart" that lists your potential purchase, then after entering information for billing the customer is asked to confirm a PURCHASE. On your scam site, the only information asked for was to register and if there were any "choices" to be made they were PRE_CHECKED by your system. After being told that my "registration" would not be finalized unless I responded to your email address verification, I was thanked for "purchasing". This is the first moment I realized that my information had been taken as a purchase rather than what you had posted as a registration. I then realized that I could just refuse to respond to the verification email and the "purchase" would not go through...BUT THAT WAS A LIE also. You processed your scam on my credit card without the verification and when I immediately called to cancel - you REFUSED!

I have already had the pleasure of calling and being told that "sorry, we have nothing to offer you as a refund except we will reduce the price we charged you ... FOR NOTHING. I did "NOT CHOOSE" a bidding package as you claim...it must have been a preset automatic "choice" because if I had realized there was a purchase being recorded rather than just a registration for possible future purchases, I NEVER would have done it. I have already called and got no satisfaction even after telling them that I would have to try to stop the charge on my credit card. I cannot believe that there is a business where when a customer IMMEDIATELY says to cancel an "order" - that business will not refund or stop the charge on the credit card...my only hope is that a business such as that (SUCH AS YOU RUN) will not be in business very long.

All of a sudden I had been charged $159
I had heard of zbiddy and was just checking out the website. all of a sudden I had been charged $159 and I'm on a small fixed income. Can't win anything as if you bid, time starts over. Pitiful excuse for an american enterprise, it's theft really. I did ask someone to reconsider charging me and they referred me. From then on, nothing. Nice scam for scammers.

There is no realistic way to win these auctions
As with other penny auction websites, to place bids and win products on Zbiddy, you must first register and purchase a bid package. The requirement to purchase bids is explicitly stated on the website and in the terms and conditions. If you were unaware that you were purchasing bids when entering your credit card information and selecting a package level, a ZBiddy Customer Service agent is in place to assist you with your concerns and can be reached at 1-888-406-6509 Monday thru Saturday from 8am to 12am EST.

There is no realistic way to win these auctions
I was just sucked into this website because of the bidding of some good items, only to find out that they were charging me sixty dollars just for the privilege of trying to buy something. Try is the operative word, because I have been sitting by the computer for hours trying to finish the deal. Unlike ebay, where you can either put in your top bid and leave, or can wait till the time runs out and see if you push the button first, those are not options here. I have pushed the button at zero probably 20 times today, only to have it zip back up to 15 seconds and higher dollar amounts. There is no realistic way to win these auctions. I would like to know how I can get my money back.
