My 2017 Kenmore Elite fridge has died and now I must spend $600 to get a 5 year old fridge I paid OVER $2k for repaired. The technician didn’t even have to plug it in to diagnose the problem because it’s a known defect with this “elite” model built ny LG. so much for quality.

These people are either outright thieves. Or the most incompetent people in the world.
Ordered refrigerator part. They shipped ups, and then usps, but they did not put my street address on the package

jerk reaction from Sears to comply with a safety concern. The device probably was a cheap fix that utilized a product that did not have the proper specifications for the circuit. I do not recommend my fix. . . it definitely inhibits the safety shutdown were there an actual over-temp within the burner chamber...

I purchase a pair of shoes at Sears Roebuck store in Brooklyn, N. Y. manufacture name is: WONDERLITE sleep in shoes, i pay it $65. 00 i never ware it, about a month go, week go i tried to ware it, and i discovered falling apart on the bottom of the shoes, i bring back to a Sears, and they refused to exchange, or refund the money, they sayd, they don't have any more these shoes...

Betty Sears with Sedgwick is your worst nightmare, she loses your paperwork, then you check doesnt come, she did this on purpose during christmas time and I had no money to buy presents. I almost had my house forclosed because of non ayment issues that she doesnt recieve her faxes...

as good as Walmart, Sears, Target (whatever!) I received my card about 20 days into this mess and tried to cancel. I was told that since the account was open for about 20 days, I would only get a refund of $34. 95! I did not even use their services, the website for their on-line store is a bunch of sh$%!!! This is a total scam...

The fact that there were Sears tags only prove they came from Sears, NOT that they were BOUGHT. Your gifter could have asked for an received gift receipts. That is what they are for. Not every place is Walmart where they kiss your ass. Some stores actually make you prove a purchase, not just take your word...

broiler turned on!! Sears replaced the "control Circuit Board" that controls all the electronics. Well. now 1/8/07, it was a repeat, it happened again. Dinner in the oven, i just happened to walk thru the kitchen, pulled the burning chicken out of oven, saw the "broiler" on, when the oven was on "bake", and could not turn the broiler off, had to unplug the stove to turn it off...

Called Sears today to see if there was a recall since there are so many complaints about the same problem but they do NOT care. Offered to send a technician out at my expense. Could have caused my home to burn down. Very serious and scary problem. I feel Sears should at least have a recall on these ranges...

My husband and I bought it from Sears about 4 yrs ago. My 11 yr old son was watching TV the other day when he noticed that smoke was coming out from the top of the TV, he went over by the TV and it smelled like it was burning. I bought a TV from Sears, and it didn't come with the retail box. I ended up keeping it for awhile and needed some money so I decided to sell it. I put it up on Amazon and it sold in a couple of days. It needed to be packaged and I didn't want to deal with that so I shopped around town and found a pack and ship place that would package it for $60 and ship it via Fedex for $200...
