ANC Award letter
I received the same letter except I was asked to send $11.89 and to add $3.00 for rush delivery... That right there doesn't make sense because you pay the post office for rush delivery not the person receiving the letter. Add me to the lawsuit :

I also received notification of a very large amount with the 7 days response. The 2nd page said to complete payout ino and submit 12.99 plus $3.00 shipping. Sounds like a scam but does look very convincing with the information provided by them. If this isn't a legitimate offer and a scam, please add me to the lawsuit list. Email

Award Notification Commission
I received the same award letter stating the same winnings and asking that I send money to claim a prize. If a class action is started against the company please include me as well. I live in Columbus Ohio and apparently they are mailing nationwide. It is hard to believe someone has not stopped these people by now.

I received this letter in the mail. I opened it and was a little surprised. But then I had to research and read the small print. Possibly a scam! If any lawsuit is filed, I would love to be included in the lawsuit against this fictitious company. I can be reached at

I have received the same bogus award letter stating the same winnings and asking that I send money to claim a prize. If a class action is started against the fraudulent company please include me as well. I reside in florida and apparently they are mailing nationwide. has anyone thought to file complaints with the USPS Postal Inspection Division as they are responsible for filing criminal charges of mail and wire fraud?

I received the letter, but researched the name to see what is was about. Thank goodness I did because it was just what I thought!! A SCAM. How do these people get our address?? Please press charges someone that sent them money. I just remember hearing that if you have to send money to get money be careful it is most likely a scam.

Same old, same old. ANC got me too I'm embarrassed to say, but I do know a couple of lawyers and I plan to go to see the post master at our local office and for you on active service or retired; skip trying to find assistance from the navy federal credit union. they don't care about you, just your money. As a two war vet in my 60s, the nfcu treated me like I was responsible for the theft and offered no solution to the problem. "You sent them the check with your info so its your fault". WHAT!!!! I called them to get assurance that my account is protected but instead, I'm told that because I am now aware of the compromise, they offered to change my account and nothing else. Oh, the gal did tell me I could move my money into my savings and that would protect me. WRONG!!! The supervisor said once the money is exhausted in the checking, money is drawn from the savings without your approval. If anyone gets to a lawyer before I do, count me in;
[email protected]
. Tomorrow i will go to the bank and withdraw my money and find another credit union. NFCU was once a great institution but now, its just like the rest of Wallstreet crooks. I also plan to go to the postmaster as I said. Pray for me and spread the word. Let's not let these bozos get away with this. Someone has to pick up the mail from the P.O. box right? What's so hard in catching the crooks? Semper Fi. Brother Danny USMC retired.

Fraudulent award letter asking for $12.99
I received the same letter as all of you. Since I had entered PCH, I almost believed it for one second. The request to send $12.99 for the "Premium Offer". Premium offer of what?? I agree with the aforementioned challenge that this needs to be reported, but to whom do you report? Note only a PO Box used. Another question, How did they obtain our addresses??
Thank you all for posting so that just maybe one person will do a search and not be scammed!

Award Notification
Yes. I too received a letter stating to be from the Award Notification Commission. The letter (looking to be official document) informing me that I won $1,230,946.00!.
The form accompanied a Judging Sheet (with an ID #) requires an ACUISION FEE OF $12.99 BE MAILED WITHIN 7 DAYS
to P O Box 2905 Kansas City, KS 66110 & OFFERS PAYMENT METHODS OF CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.
I did not fall for the scam. However, this company needs to be prosecuted for FRAUD!
I would like to press charges against this bogus company.
If there is a class action law suit, please contact me @

I received a letter stating I won $1,230;946.00. First off no phone number. Second no purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase chance of winning at the bottom of the check. 3rd send $12.99. All red flags. How many people actually send them money? Who's the real winners here? If you look closely your name and address is a piece of a cut out over the check and then copied over. Don't they show up at your door if you won this much money? Thanks Google! You do know everything!
