I got this letter today and before I read all of this message I had my hopes up then I read they wanted $12.99 for Acquisition fee I was going to send a note back with it and tell them to take it out of the money that I won I wish there was a lawsuit out there where they would have to pay everybody that much money for getting people's hopes up and trying to take people's money

It is sad that ppl that are in desprite time because our government undergoing economic. Destruction pulling all us citizens down each day they allow so much scamming in this world it seems to me they must be getting a cut of the 12.99 from these commission letters to allow them to continue doing for as long as they have I see a letter like that on a site just like the ones we are getting now but it was from 2008 are u serious , if the government wants something shut down they can so for all of these letters that we receive the are just as guilty and just think with all the ppl in the United States sending in 12.00 the USA would be out of debt what do u all think about

I received the same letter today,these people need to be prosecuted some how.The only information I could get off my computer, were scam reports about Award Notification Commission in Kansas City, Kansas.Is this a real Company? Signed me up if there a Class Action Lawsuit. Is Larry Hourd a real person?

I also received a letter today stating I won1,230,946.00 yeah hahaha right if thats the case why are they asking me for a 12.99 processing fee let alone to send to an office with a PO BOX . If they are giving this kind of money away I doubt they would be using a PO BOX . Anyhow thanks for not getting my hopes up high.. The nerve of these scam artists. I would love a class action law suit to occur. Please include me.. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM they are getting rich while sending these deceitful winning letters😡

i also received this letter. I almost jumped for joy at this but then I thought this is too good to be true!! So glad I looked this up!! I'm in for a lawsuit!! It's terrible to get someone's hopes up!! I was thanking GoD that I won at first! Thought of how I could secure my children's futures with the winnings!!!

I just received this letter as well! I won $1,230,946.00 & have to pay $12.99 for delivery????? I haven't paid them anything! Who are they kidding? First of all PO Box threw me off, because any awards winning organization do not use PO Box for their address! Secondly they're asking for money???? Also all of you who had paid them with your personal checks please BE AWARE and pay attention to your bank accounts!!! Since they have all of your bank information Bank Name, Routing #, Checking account # and Most importantly your Signature! If they can make such perfect Fraud letter they can very easily make a Fraud Check with your Signature on it!!!! If there's a class action against them count me in too!

i received a letter telling me to send in $12.99 for an award of $1,230,946.00, schedule form 13570. I am tired of receiving these ridiculous offers....it is an obvious scam, but a lot of people do not look it up and they fall for it. I hope someone can stop this fraudulent mail.

I also received the same B.S. certified award from ANC for $1,230.946 (weird number). They want $12.99 to handle the wiring fees...etc.
Think about it....If they send out one million of these and get back 5% or 50,000 returns of 12.99, that's a take of nearly $650,000. Nice return.
Do what I did as soon as I saw this. I began tearing it up from my walk back from my mailbox.

I also received a letter from this ANC company. With a Corporate Judges Seal Stating that I had won $1,140,000.00 lump sum, or 2,000,000.00 30 year annuity. Award Notification Commission World Headquarters, Kansas City, KS, United States of America mail reply only. They are asking 12.99 for delivery fee, or 15.99 for rush delivery.
I feel so wronged.So sad and wrong .I feel sick and betrayed is not the word its worse than anything.I hope there is a class action law suit against these people.I am all in!

All I received same letter on 9-1-15 from ANC claiming I won 1,230,946.00 and to send 12.99 . Didn't. Fall for it. Include me in lawsuit if one is filed.

I received the same letter today as the others saying I must return the form and a payment of $12.99 and my valid entry number, and if it matches the pre-selected winning numbers by the deadline for judges final ruling and permanent record, Official Form: 13570. I might win 1,230,946.00. If you legitimately have won anything you would NOT have to pay a dime! Don't fall for it! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!!! These people need to be stopped!! They are criminals finding their way to hardworking people and those whose lives have been challenged by life's tough events. Justice has to be served!!

We received the same letter asking for $12.99 in return for winning $1,230,946.00. My Filipino wife has since not been able to eat or sleep. She was so excited, that I was fearing for her health. This is a scam that has to be brought to justice and the people behind it should be locked up for life so that they cannot do any further damage to society.

received letter from anc telling me i have won 1,290,934., this is a total con. this is a violation wire fraud laws.some federal gov';t agency needs to stop this scam and put them in prison.

I just received this letter today and I was unsettled about the whole thing. If I won $1,230,946.00 why not take premium offer fee due for delivery out of my lump sum awarded. Common sense would tell you this doesn't make any sense. God gave us common sense.
