Judging Office & Decisions Center
I received the letter today stating I had won $1,230,946.00 when I send in a personal check for the premium offer fee due for delivery of $11.89. Or I could add $3.00 more for Rush delivery. The first thing I did was google "judging office & decisions center"... and here I am adding to the complaints.

Award Notification Commission
I received an award letter today, saying I won $1,230,946.00 and to send them $11.89 payable to ANC. What a scam! Looks official, but nowhere does it say who is awarding the money except the Award Notification Commission. I haven't entered any sweepstakes, so where did this come from? I am not sending a cent, rip-off! Beware, scam!!

Received letter today saying I would receive a lump sum of $1,230,946. if I send $12.99 payable to the office of ANC. This really does look official. I can't make out the signature. I would participate in a :class action lawsuit. I will keep my letter. Thank-you for the information.

Letter arrived today 06/30/2015
Got my congratulatory letter today. Too obvious a ripoff for me to respond with anything but a smile.... Then, I started thinking about the people that may be taken in by such a scam. Kudos to the thieves that set this up. The paperwork sure looks legit.
If this is not Mail Fraud, I do not understand the definition of mail fraud.
I am keeping my letter and the envelope.
If any one hears of a class action that would benefit from my paperwork, forward my email to them (
[email protected]
).
Meanwhile, I am contacting the Fraud division of the USPS to see if they're interested in prosecuting these crooks.

Award Notification Commission
I too received this letter today saying I must return the form and a payment of $12.99 and my valid entry number, and if it matches the pre-selected winning numbers by the deadline for judges final ruling and permanent record, I might win 1,230,946.00. What bullsh*t is that! How can people get away with this? They really go a long way to make it look legit. But once they ask for money I knew it had to be a scam. If you legitimately have won anything you would not have to pay a dime! Don't fall for it! What gets to me is that it even says on the envelope "United States of America".Its a BIG TIME SCAM!!!!!!!
please be aware DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY

Judging Office & Decisions Center letter
Can also give to local police department (many have departments that handle these types of scams) or FBI office, since this would be a Federal offense.

Judging Office & Decisions Center letter
Thank you for this site!!! I received this letter a couple of weeks ago, but did not open it until today. I too thought it was Publishers Clearing house until examined closely. These people are operating a very sophisticated scam. This solicitation has been sent intra-state through first class mail by the US Postal system to many state jurisdictions, so this is a federal offense. I recommend that we give this letter to local state Attorney General office and/or local US Government Attorney General's office. I also recommend that we notify local news stations so that they can warn the public. And of course, all of the ideas for sending back 'pictures' of middle finger or other suitable responses. :)

Scam - Award Notification Commision
I also received this "award letter" today. At first, I thought it was from Publisher's Clearing House. I think this stinks and these people ought to be ashamed.
Here is what I suggest for everyone: Instead of sending money, send back their letter - shredded! Or you may want to send back a personal response or a picture of what your middle finger looks like. It doesn't matter what is in the envelope. Waste a postage stamp and let US bombard THEM with responses. These fools will believe they found lots of suckers - until they start opening each and every letter sent back. They can't take the chance and toss all of the mail because they can not be sure if one of those responses is actually from someone that fell for their scam.
Let us all unite and make them pay for trying to scam us!!

AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISION
I Just received one of these bogus letters Official FORM of tender no:13570 and laughed up a storm. I have never known any sweepstakes requiring a fee to collect the winning prize. They want a 12.99 acquisition fee, WTF is that? I will save this scam of a joke in the event someone may need my support in filing a lawsuit. My condolences goes out to those who paid, don't feel bad, these scammers will get their up and comings, someone will get them.

ANC Letter
I just received the same letter, I won $2,000,000. However a fee of 11.89 is mandatory.
I googled the company because I want more information before sending in any money.
That I how I found this site and I am stunned !!
So I googled the name on my letter WILLIAM BARSTOW, Director.
Pfftt...all the william bartows that I can find are all passed away.
I have no idea how to stop these people, but I fail to understand how
they can do this without the police, or any other legal agency can do something.
There must be a loop in the law that they are operating on.
I am going to start by printing a picture of a very nice middle finger and use their
return envelop to send that to them.

The "AWARD NOTIFICATION AWARD" SCAM/FRAUD
There's no way in hell that I'm going to give them ANYTHING. They also give the option of providing your bank account details to receive your "winnings". How is this allowed to happen?! This has got to be a crime! I was almost fooled initially .... but thank heavens I found this site. I'm here to help and am willing to put the "AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION" OUT OF COMMISSION!!!

Harry Lourd Award Notification Scam
Got a legit looking letter that said I won $2,000,000. The letter said I had 7 days or I would forfeit my winnings. At the bottom of the letter I was required to purchase a necklace for $11.89 or I would not get my money. Letter was from the address: Award Notification Commission, P.O. Box 2905, Kansas City KS 66110.
