Award Letter
I received this letter, and if you read it closely it is not asking for any money, in fact, states that there is no purchase necessary. There is also a deadline as well. I sent it back before the deadline and am awaiting to see if its real or scam. I wouldn't say scam just yet because they weren't asking for anything in return at all, also they called me about a month before receiving this letter and asked me how I would like my pay out if I did win. I spoke with the man for a long time about this. He also asked what I would do with the money if I was to win. So I'm pretty excited waiting. Wish me luck.

Shame Shame
I too received the letter offering me $1,230946.00 in a single check or a 30 year annuity for $2 Million.
I wonder how many people sent them the $12.99, it says I won - so what would happen .if I sent the $12.99 where would they say my winnings are?
They need to be sued - It's a terrible joke, especially in tough times.

I also received the same letter.... It was to good to be true...so I went online and got the confirmation I was looking for. Please don't fall for this stupid scam...if an organization is willing to let you win such a big sum of money, I would believe they are rich enough and will not be asking for 12.99 $ it is so obvious that it is a scam....my first thought was, I haven't played any type of winning game to win this kind of money. More so, they say no taxes or extra fees will be taken from the amount lol....most of real games where people actually do win money, taxes have to be deducted.... Also, the fact that they had no proper address or phone number was a big indication to...
Please count on me for any lawsuit against this shameful idiots.

This is just awful that someone would send a letter stating you won money and then ask you to send money 12.99. Also stating a official form of tender no 13570-----and who in the heck is Larry Hourd is he really a person. This nonsense has to stop id everyone sent in 12.99 Larry would be rich. Scam!! Don't believe you won anything that you didn't submit your name to and then you must always to the research. Don't fall for this LIE that you won $1,230,946.00 which you have to paid them $12.99 for processing fee. If you won that much money how come you can't deduct the processing fee from my millions. Remember , Uncle Sam always gets his money First. This is a trick of some evil, demonic people who needs to be placed on American Greed Show because they are swindling money from your son, daughter, mother, father or especially on the elderly! Help Stop This Lie!!!

I just got a letter in the mail saying I won 1,236, 946.00 its so not fair that these people can do this to someone, see I believed this was a dream come true cause I am in a very bad place right now trying to pay my bills, put food on the table, cause my husband has been off of work for a while taking care of me and our kids cause I have been really sick with a life- threating stomach infection that I almost didn't make it through the night, so when this paper came in the mail I thought my wish came true and that we were going to finally have a life that we knew we were going to be OK! But I was going to send the 12.99 out in the mail tomorrow to get this check of 1,236, 946.00 that they said I won, my husband told me its a fraud I didn't want to believe him so I looked it up and found its a fraud! So not right these people can do this to all of us and don't even care how it affects us! :( :(

Just received the "Official Declaration of Certified Award" papers in the mail. After reading EVERY WORD , I find it is very cleverly worded and misleading. You are NOT required to pay any money to enter, the $12.99 is if you want the "Premium Offer". Which is how this company makes their money, off of unsuspecting and too excited "Winners" that don't read things carefully. Sure you can send it in and hope for the best but then your name and address gets put in the pile of "To Be Sold" to other agencies for further abuse on their mailing list. My advice is to save the stamp and go buy a scratch off...your odds of winning something are much better.

Judging Office & Decisions Center - Award Notification Commision
My husband just received a letter from a judging office in Kansas stating that he he won a significant amount of money and could choose one of two different payouts. A) Single payment of $1,230,946.00 B) 30 year annuity of $2,000,000.00. After reading further, they state that he needed to send in an acquisition fee of $12.99. It was pretty clear that it was a scam. There's a small paper that was in the envelope with very small print that states that he did not actually win. You have to match the numbers on your letter with the winning number that they'll pull and if they do not pull a matching number, then nobody wins. I feel terrible that people fall for this! I looked everywhere for a phone number, but of course there is not one! I wonder if I took this letter to my local police, if they'd do anything about it? Any ideas?
