I received a letter in the mail saying that I won $1325000.00. So if this is a scam and there is a lawsuit please include me in it to please.

I received a letter stating i may have won 1, 325,000,00 ..I should return this letter with a payment of 11.89 and complete form..I did Not pay the money...but I'm joining the lawsuit because at a time when people are really struggling to make ends meet...this is just wrong...I knew enough to check first because I worked at the courthouse for 27 years...but for people who don't know...it is just sad...how dare they...please include me in for emotional distress

I sent the $12.00 fee and have kept getting mail from the office and it's defjbstely fraud so they are taking money from everybody and I would like to join this lawsuit so please add me in [email protected]

I received a letter yesterday in mail, with a scheduled form # 13570 filing year 2017 in the top right corner. It said I won up to 2,000,000.00 million dollars. Thank goodness I asked my husband, oldest sister, and one of my best friends they all researched it and let me know its a scam. Sooooo heartbroken by this we could really use the money. Especially to put to the side towards retirement. As well as take care of a few things now. I would like to be apart of the lawsuit I've got my paperwork..

CA resident - I received a letter from the "Judging office & decisions center" stating I had won $1,325,000.00 in addition to paying a 'premium offer fee for delivery' of $11.89, but for "rush processing" you can pay an extra $3.00. What a complete joke!!!!

I also received one of the letter telling me that I had won a large sum of money and for me to send them $11.89. The notice has a scheduled form # 13578 and filing year 2017.

I would like the company to be withheld with some type of damages since they are basically mailing out false hopes to individuals. Receiving this type of letter in the mail causes individuals to get excited and overjoyed about something that will never happen. This is dishonest and it should be stopped because I know some individuals will send in the fee with the hopes of winning something that is an illusion. I too just recieved this same letter stating exactly all the same stuff everyone has listed!!! I was super excited... thought finally good karma has paid off and all my financial hardships and worries will dissapear!!! Words cannot describe how disgusted and furious i am at the despicable actions of these scam artists!!! How dare you mess with people's emotions as such!!! Shame on you!!! Someone needs to put a stop to this and the sooner the better!!! Please, please, please... add me to any lawsuit or actions taken to stop these scum bags!!!

I just got one. Hahaha Seriously very Sad that we have these people walking amongst us..They wanted $12.99 processing fee. Such tough times for people and others just don't care. I hope they get arrested!

Is there a way to file a lawsuit against these people? I just received this letter today. Same thing. I was scammed just yesterday from people claiming they were from the Health and Human Services, claiming I was awarded a federal grant. I've been applying for grants online. I feel like such an idiot. Is this considered identity theft or fraud? To even be supplied our personal information? These people are evil. It's absolutely cruel for people to prey on poor people, single mother's like me, or people in need that are somewhat desperate. Something needs to be done. Yes I know I should've know better, but hope keeps my faith alive a little bit. But something needs to be done. I just can't believe how anyone could do this to another human being. recieved this fake letter today stating i won't over a million but that i needed to send in 12.99 processing fee. i would like to establish a lawsuit again fradulant company. stuff like this gives me depression. i work a job that causes me bad nerves and barely make ends meet so to get a letter like this really pisses me off and messes with my mental state. The first time I received this letter telling me that I won 2,000,000, I fall for it and sent cash $12.00 to cover what they called for processing fee. How foolish I was to send cash of $12.00. The following week I received another letter (looks authentic) that my winning money is being process and that the asked me to send $15.00. I sent back the letter and asked a refund of my $12.00 cash. Again I received a letter (forms) that the money I won will be processed but I have now to send them $23.50. A professional SCAM ARTISTS. I schreaded the FORMS. I'm sure I wont see my $12.00 back. I would like to sign up if theres going to be a CLASS ACTION. againts these SCAMBUGS.

I am a single mother and getting somerhingnlike this makes me feel all sorts if emotions. It's not right for them to do this. Please add me to the lawsuit.
